En el techo de la habitación hay 5 bafles negros que me hacian sentir incomoda,no sé si me estaba espiando o filmando. El telefono de la habitación tenía un aviso que decía ( marque 9 para llamar afuera) no estaba habilitado esta opción, Las luces de la habitación y pasillos muy tenue,se veía oscuro,la habitación no tenía ventana .en la mesa de noche había un bafle más grande aparentemente desenergizado. En algún momento en la noche escuche una voz robotica de una mujer que salia de un bafle y no pude identificar de cuales era. El desayuno no es lo más agradable son porciones demasiado pequeñas ,ejemplo: me dieron 1/3 parte de un banano, en otra ocasión me dieron 5 cascos de una mandarina. Lo bueno: al frente paran todos los buses y a dos cuadras queda la parada del tren eléctrico . NO lo recomiendo

Normalmente no dejo reseñas, pero me siento en la obligación de advertir a otros. Este lugar es totalmente engañoso. Las fotos en internet NO tienen nada que ver con la realidad del lugar. Las habitaciones estaban deterioradas, sucias y mal mantenidas. Los muebles eran viejos, rayados y había un olor extraño en todo el edificio.

Lo peor es que el lugar se sentía completamente inseguro. Había personas merodeando por el estacionamiento toda la noche, discusiones fuertes afuera de nuestra ventana, y no nos sentimos cómodos dejando nuestras pertenencias en la habitación.

Seamos sinceros — esto NO debería llamarse hotel. Es más bien un motel de mala categoría, y decir eso ya es ser generoso. Recomiendo fuertemente que eviten este lugar. Hay opciones mucho mejores cerca, que realmente se ven como en las fotos y ofrecen una estadía segura y limpia.

No habían cosas básicas como jabón, las toallas estaban manchadas. El servicio en recepción y restaurante demorado y poco amable. No nos registraron adecuadamente, tanto en el restaurante como al momento del check out comprobamos que como huésped de nuestra habitación aparecía el nombre de otra persona.

As the old saying quoted. “ Are you certainly get what you pay for”?. I was not impressed with the hotel once I asked you arrived. If you’re looking for a place that is cheap? Well, this is your spot. Because of the conditions of the hotel, my guess and I did not do the breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel as long-term stay. Along with the back conditions of the hotel and the somewhat dicey area. We also had roaches staying with us too.

Poor everything lost all my money.

Middle of worst part of Medellin. Asked for an airport pickup, never heard a response. Tried to get a taxi to hotel from airport, the driver said it was too dangerous and wanted me to pay double.. I paid double, when i got to the hotel after 11pm, their was no way to check into the hotel, no staff available. Taxi driver nervous told me to get in the car and we had to leave. tried to contact hotel, never responded. Asked for a refund, they wouldn't give it. I love adventure and danger, but this place was straight out of medellin dangerous.

Great central location, lots to do within walking distance.

The bellhop Robinson is awesome! Staff in general was great from Gustavo at the rooftop bar to the kind people at the front desk.

A couple things to consider are that the rooms are not soundproof at all like advertised. You hear everything. Also, if you turn the sink pressure up high the water goes onto the floor. They look cool, but arent practical.

Overall id easily stay there again. Its so affordable!

As other reviewers have noted, this hotel is in downtown Medellin. It is not a typical hotel for long term stay, it is a couples hotel for having fun.

The rooms are quite beautiful, but they are not very functional. The beds are not made. They just give you clean sheets and blankets each day. Even though the rooms look nice, they have a lot of problems. The sinks, for example, cannot hold water so you cannot shave. The shower heads were loose and sprayed water all over the room. There is only one trash can in the bathroom.

No desk, no closet, no safe, not even a valet to put your suitcase on. A lot of noise from the street outside (expected since it's downtown). They served the same thing for breakfast each morning and it wasn't very flavorful.

There was only one person who spoke English well enough to help.

If you are a couple looking for a place to have a night of fun, this hotel is good, but if you are looking for a hotel to stay at while you visit and explore Medellin, keep looking.

Our expectations were high, but this vanished from the first sight of the property and its surroundings, since it was late at night we decided to spend the night, the following day we contacted your cust.service to inform we were leaving the properrty. but your cust,serv, rep. told me he would have to consult the hotel management about restitution. we did not hear again from you. so in the afternoon we checked out and after checking out the lady at the reception desk told us that they would restituate the funds for the unused days to Expedia. Property is nice, they were doing construction when I was there so expect enhancements! The place is nice esthetically but it’s not meant for stays longer than a day. No microwave, no iron, no ironing board, no utensil for food, have to go up to the rooftop to get them. I changed my room originally because there was no AC and the ceiling fan was dull but at night it did cool down so I should’ve probably kept that room. I upgraded to a room with AC and a jacuzzi that sucks, shots water everywhere and got all over the floor. The noise from outside is unreal, being in my room I felt like I was outside. Thankfully I’m a simple person so I dealt with it all however

I stayed at this hotel for about six nights. My first worry was that my flight got into Medellin at 12am. I arrived at the location in the wee hours of the morning and they have 24 hour front desk service, so that was a plus. I picked this location because I was running the Medellin marathon which the start and finish was at Parque de las luces really close by. It's the center of the city, so not much night life offered around where the hotel is located (because of the iffy location), but that's not why I chose this location. After I picked up my bib number at Plaza Mayor which is also close by and completed the marathon, the front desk reserved my next two days with a tour company to visit Guatape and Santa Fe de Antioquia which picked me up and dropped me off at the hotel! They offer breakfast which is included with booking, I hoped they offered a restaurant to purchase lunch and dinner, but they will help you order those meals at the front desk or you can walk across the street to the mall where they have a food court. Overall, for the economic price I got a good value. Metro stop located nearby!

Super defraudado. Primeramente, este hotel no es nada de lo que sale en las fotos. El hotel se ve sucio y la habitacion nada limpia. En los alrededores muy sucio y por la noche no hay quien duerma con el ruido.

Estoy conciente que el hotel tiene politicas, pero en cuanto llegue al hotel que hice el check in, que vi las condiciones tuve que buscar otro hotel ya que la persona que estaba en el lobby ni siquiera trato de buscar aunque sea un acomodo razonable. No nos devolvieron el dinero y nunca usamos el hotel. Asi qje le soy un 0 de 10

No pude hospedarme ubicado en lugar inseguro

Es una lastima ya que el sector es muy peligroso, en las fotos se ve muy bueno el hotel, pero está muy mal ubicado, hay mucha indigencia e inseguridad. Nosotros decidimos no hospedarnos, incluso perdiendo la reserva que pagamos previamente. Lo seleccionamos porque filtramos opciones con parqueadero, pero cuando llegamos no había cupo.
