Came here for my partner's birthday week and honestly can not recommend it any more. The entire hotel was incredible. ALL the staff, Margaret, Izzet, Suheyla, absolutely everyone made this the most memorable stay. I would come back here immediately, the escape lounge, the gym, the rooms were all top class.

The upgraded us as it wasnt busy and put us in a beautiful room. The spa was also stunning. The pool was great. Lovely food at the restaurant as well as a beautiful breakfast spread. The location is great especially if you are willing to get some cabs. The area is nice and quiet so great to relax.

This was our first time in Bodrum and at Cape Hotel. While the resort felt luxurious overall, there were a few disappointments. Some towels were extremely worn out and should’ve been replaced. Our first room had a strong odor, but the staff acted quickly and moved us. Unfortunately, the new room wasn’t much better — it was dusty, the floors weren’t clean, and the mattresses were uncomfortable enough to cause back pain.

On the bright side, the beachfront was beautiful and easily accessible. Check-in and check-out were smooth, breakfast was good, and the salon on-site was excellent — friendly staff and great service. The hotel has potential, but cleanliness and comfort need improvement.

This is a new and an amazing hotel in the most beautiful part of Bodrum. The pool and the beach club is just out of this world beautiful. The service is superb. It's 20 min to Yalikavak Marina. There aren't anything around the property so best if you have a rental car. If you like highend service from the conceige for the top places in Bodrum, you must do it yourself. The conceige is super kind but not capable to hook you up with top hard to get places. I would definitely go back as it is by far the best hotel in Bodrum.

Absolutely astounding location and aesthetic, an incredible diverse range of food including the exceptional breakfast every morning and the pool and beach area are beyond superb. But the real rockstar of this property is the absolutely unreal attention to detail and WONDEFUL staff. It’s white Lotus and all the right ways and I have Never had such an experience of feeling at home and taken care of. Truly five star and I would give it six if I could. We will be back to say the least.

Whilst I was there at the start of April which is reasonably quiet there were still things to do. I could walk to the local shops and amenities. The staff were delightful, made good suggestions for activities and nothing was too much trouble. The hammum at the in-house spa was fabulous! The food was delicious and the breakfast spread was amazing!

As it was cool weather it would have been lovely to have a warm water spa/hot tub section in the outside pool area.

Our stay at Cape Bodrum exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff's warmth and attentiveness made us feel truly welcome. Their willingness to assist, including arranging taxis, was exceptional and greatly appreciated. Our sea view double bed room provided a stunning backdrop for relaxation, with breathtaking vistas and luxuriously comfortable pillows ensuring a restful night's sleep.

The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the spa experience. As a connoisseur of deep tissue massages, I can confidently say that the massage I received here was unparalleled. My back felt rejuvenated, and the level of skill and care exhibited by the masseuse was truly exceptional.

The culinary delights at the included breakfast left us spoiled for choice. From fluffy pancakes to made-to-order omelets, the quality and variety of the offerings were outstanding.

Overall, our time at Cape Bodrum was nothing short of magical, and we're already planning our return. Thank you for providing us with such a memorable and rejuvenating getaway.

We visited Cape Bodrum recently. Hotel was quiet as Bodrum season was just starting, however staff did not cut any corners in terms of hospitality or service. Touba from Guest Relations was great host always made sure we were looked after. The restaurant manager and all F&B staff including Exec Chef, Sous Chef made us feel really welcomed and their efforts were appreciated. In fact all their staff were friendly, helpful and always smiling which made our break memorable. Credit to the management; 5 stars for Turkish hospitality

We had a wonderful stay. The room smelled a little damp at times but it wasn't the end of the world. Dining options were limited but I gather the hotel is making changes in this regard. It didn't really trouble us - it just meant we spent our money elsewhere.

The room wasn't clean well, stain on the bedsheets, the decore between the closet and the wall had a gab on the wall, shower box door was noisy like its gonna fall, really bad service for housekeeping always late one day we left the room at 3pm with sign clean my room reached at 9pm no one did clean it
Curtains does not block sunlight so would never get enough sleep
Noisy corridors not even a sorry msg that theres work done out side the room
Beach side very small
Only they offer sachet of ready coffee cheap
If you ask for something it will take ages to be done
The only advantage was the location of the hotel & breakfast was great other than that never ever again

Overall a great hotel and service specially the check in process and support was on point. Enjoyed it enough to extend for one more night but had an issue as they did not transfer my partners info to the new extra reservation and got an accusatory call at one am that I had a guest with me that was not registered. Post some discussion they figured it out that they already had all the info. Recommend it if your ok with spending $500+ for a small room but great views and good ameneties. Also relatively proximal to Yalikavak area...a bit far from Bodrum itself.

الستائر العازلة لا تعزل الشمس بكل كافي لأنها غير محكمة من الجوانب .. وفي حالة عدم وضع علامة عدم الإزعاج ممكن يدخل أي أحد من الستاف وحصلت مرة معانا بدخول عامل المني بار .. وطبعا حمام السباحة غير معزول تماما لأن القواطع عباره عن خووص وما تحجب الرؤية بشكل كامل بس الغير محجبات يرتاحون أكثر وممكن إستخدامه بشكل مريح في حالة عدم وجود أحد بالغرفة اللي جنبك
وياريت يحطون مظلات فوقه على الأقل للحماية من الشمس والبلكونات اللي فوقنا

Staff were very nice . They did their best with what they could do . Beach area and view were nice . Breakfast was included and was very good .

The hotel is overrated as a 5 star hotel . The drain in the shower was constructed incorrectly on several rooms . We had 2 rooms next to each other and both showers had water staying and not draining due to incorrect slope.
Rooms were small . The swimming pool was very small . The picture in Expedia site is very deceiving. Door locks had mechanical problems (very frustrating process to open them ). House cleaning was incomplete as we always had to ask for extra towels. Finally , we had requested 2 beds in each room and Expedia had confirmed it . But we did not get that . This was the second time in 3 months that Expedia did not meet its commitment.

View, beach and food were fabulous, what i did not like that two time their room restaurant they did not bring what i ordered, and each time i have waited relatively long time to get the correct order.

one more thing, i have reserved private swimming pool but the privacy for it was not that much, i think they have to do few things more to increase the privacy for the private swimming pool.

There are so many reason to definitely stay away from this hotel
I was served orange juice in glasses used by other people , the waiter thought i didnt see him pour the juice
My handicapped friend had to wait 2 hours to check in
The safety box in the room wasnt working
The electricity in the room stopped working
The staff were terrible and dont speak english
The food was old and stale , the roast beef tasted like its days old and not fresh
The cutlery and plates at breakfast are dirty
The single beds are uncomfortable, you would wake up with back pain the next morning
It is not ONE of the worst experiences in my life it is definitely THE worst hotel experience

It was an amazing spent the time at Cape Bodrum beach hotel. My friend and me, we were travelling in Istanbul for a week. This hotel is the best as per our experience in there. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The room was so nice and clean with the stunning view. Also we loved breakfast buffet. Wish we could stay there longer than this, time is up! We will definately come back again.

Beautiful beach & pool but needs to clean more

We stayed here for 2 nights. We liked the room - has a beautiful ocean view. The breakfast was perfect and staffs were helpful. We mostly spend the day on the beach - if you'd like to explore the area, you pretty much need to take a cab to go anywhere.

The room was pretty but it definitely need more cleaning - the floor was super dusty and I couldn't stop sneezing. Will come back if they work on the cleaning service.

Cape Bodrum is a very nice hotel and staff is very nice. However, when we checked in and they took us to our room but the room was not ready at all. It was not clean, there was a huge spider with a huge web on the ceiling, the safe was not working as well as the balcony door locks. We stayed in the honey moon suite so someone can easily walk into your room from the outside, therefore the balcony door locks were very important. Especially considering the fact that the gardener’s (who weren’t part of the hotel staff) were walking directly from the path in front of our private pool to the other rooms. That was also a surprising to see them working right in front of our pool where they can also see inside our room and right in front of our private (!) pool. The radio button in the room wasn’t working as well as some other electronic ones such as some bathroom lights. The outlets are very loose and hard to plug in and out. They pretty much did everything after we checked in and that kind of wasted a couple of hours with a lot of back and forth with the staff. That was kind of annoying after a long trip and the room should have been ready before we checked in. Overall the hotel itself is very nice as well as its location. Private pools are an excellent idea and everything went smoothly after the first check in day. Staff is very nice, attentive and accomodating.

First of all, i booked this hotel based on reviews i read on hotels.com & trip advisor, the hotel made my stay PERFECT in bodrum, beside the amazing atmosphere at the hotel and the beach, the staff were very helpful and friendly.
I got sea view room and it worth evehthing! You just want to wake up every morning just to stare at the beautiful landscape!
Room service, pool service, and breakfast were perfect too! The food was very nice.
Also, they have a grocery store at the hotel.

And i think its very cool you can get cool floaties at the hotel .

Definitely coming back to cape bodrum very soon!!

Overal was very beautiful place with stunning views. Had no problem. Only downside was staff could not undsrstand english so barrier was there. They need more tourist guides and excursion booklets and info available so people can go out and adventure around.The market at the hotel needs more variety in terms of gift as it was hard finding a small gift shop. One advice for management is to greet guests and go through everything with them like where is everything located rather having to constantly ask them. Its a nice hotel with lovely people. Would recommend it. It was relaxing.

Little Bit Disappointed

If you are looking for a bedroom for 3 adults with a private pool, I would suggest opting for a room and suite because unfortunately, the picture on the Expedia website does not reflect what you are actually getting which is double bed, one settee which turns into a bed and a private pool which is being overlooked by other guests. Also the set-up the suite is not appropriate as the television is only located in the bedroom and not in the living room.

I found the body language of some of the reception staff as very dismissive. I understand I was in a country where language is a barrier but I feel, if you work in the tourist industry, speaking another language or being bilingual should be a most, especially when you are at the forefront of the hotel and liaising with a variety of guest. Examples of this is when requesting more information on excursions, trips, cultural experiences there was no clear explanation via booklets, illustrations, leaflets or appropriate maps to assist their guests and to enhance their experiences.

The food for breakfast was acceptable, but was very random. There was lots of condiments, pastries, cereal, yoghurt and fresh fruit, but you also had potato wedges, pancakes. Evening meals were also adequate however, I was expecting to see more traditional Turkish dishes on the menu.

The hotel is quite far from Bodrum town centre, so would suggest providing a free shuttle bus like other hotels in the area i.e. Green Beach Hotel

An interesting hotel but not perfect

A splendid hotel but not without its faults. The suite was very roomie but its design was poor. It consisted of two rooms which 'mirrored' each other but one had a bed and the other a sofa which looked as if it turned into a bed. The sitting area lacked furniture to make it homely and the generous hanging spaces lacked hangers. The bed was a good size and comfortable (once we got housekeeping to give us a summer duvet instead of the one blanket and no top sheet that was originally provided), but only one side had a table which was a serious design fault.
The two mirror image open place bathrooms were fine with a large walk in shower and plenty of toiletries.
The outside space consisted of a balcony with a small table and two chairs. The balcony gave a wonderful view of the Bay Area and a good view of the 'private' dip pools of the rooms below!
The room was never cleaned until mid afternoon and even then the cleaning wasn't of a high standard. I suspect that there was only a team of two ladies to clean the entire floor which was bazaar for a hotel of its size.
Breakfast was good and the choice was large.
Evening dinner was enjoyable.
The seaside bathing area provided shade and comfort beds but why oh why does the peace and beauty of the area have to be polluted by very loud music from the bar? At one point it went from loud to deafening before they turned it down again at my request.
The infinity pool was attractive and fresh but without shade.

At first, we had a problem at check-in due to us having two seperate bookings (2 nights were booked then 2 extra). The management @ cape were very professional in solving it. Absolutely loved this hotel, the staff and the food there. The price was so reasonable, room was lovely (sea view which I definitely reccomend) and the food range was awesome too. Okan really looked after my boyfriend and I from booking anything we needed to bringing a surprise birthday cake up to our room, he made our holiday so enjoyable! Would thoroughly recommend this hotel and location.

Isn't worth the money

First kaos start with no parking. They didn't have parking and told me to park on the street. Even though there was 2 car parking someone else park right after me.they said park on the street. Shower door leaks lot of water to the floor which is partially wood. And there is water on the shower floors at alltimes. Wifi connection wasn't working till 8 at night and it's not stable. No soundproofing on the Windows. There is a club close by and until they stop playing music I guarantee you won't fall a sleep. When i was checking out I told them I drink a water and wanna pay for it . They said you have to wait until we check the room. Like I am gonna lie for there 2$ drink. Even though they have all my card info. Very unprofessional.

Fantastic outside, needs attention inside!

On first impressions the hotel looked impressive. It has a huge decking area next to the sea allowing everyone to have a fantastic view of the Gundogan bay. The sea is very calm and perfect for swimming. The breakfast area also overlooks the bay with seating inside or on the balcony decking. Breakfast offers a big selection of delicious food. All the staff were kind and attentive. The rooms are incredibly spacious with plenty of lighting, a fantastic shower and walk in wardrobe.

The main issue is that all rooms are partitioned using plasterboard so you can hear everything from the adjacent rooms, especially party people arriving at 4:30am. On closer inspection, the decoration in the rooms and all over the hotel has not been finished, or looks to have been done in a rush possibly to open in time for summer. There's no artwork or pictures anywhere in the hotel meaning huge blank white walls everywhere. Maybe that's the point but it looks very dull. The hotel has changed management and name a few times which may explain a few of these things. Overall we were happy as we went for sunshine, swimming and stunning views of Gundogan which is what we got, but if you want 5 star hotel experience then this isn't it.

Gerçekten baştan sona inanılmaz bir otel. Karşılamadan tutun ilgi, alaka, tutum her şey muazzam derecede. Denizi giremesekte mükemmel, yemekler aşırı lezzetli. Tek sorunumuz yastık oldu ama yastık menüsünde en rahat olan sleepy ortopedik yastık onu tavsiye ederim. Bu otelden çıkıp hiçbir şey yapmanıza gerek yok, bodrumda her yer zaten birbirine çok uzak. Burada yürüyüş yapabilirsiniz, spor salonu zaten var, başka bir restorana gitmeye gerek yok. Cafede oturalım derseniz en iyisi zaten burada. Tek kelimeyle mükemmel öve öve bitiremem açıkçası. Çok teşekkür ederim ederiz Cape ailesine misafirperverlikleri için. Ben buraya 100 puan veriyorum 😍

We have been visiting the hotel for over 5 years now. The main reason has been the spectacular sea and the not-overcrowded beach. This year the hotel has excelled itself with a highly attentive staff. The hostesses who welcome you in the beach area as well as the waiters in the breakfast area are friendly and try accommodate the guests ‘ asks with a smile despite of the hot weather we had at the time of our visit. The breakfast buffet is very rich and the food delicious.

Kusursuz bir tatil deneyimi!

Tek kelime ile muhteşem bir otel. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve çok ilgili, kahvaltı şahane, beach çok kaliteli ve burada da hizmet muhteşem. Menüsü çeşitli ve herşey çok lezzetli, fiyatlarda çok makul. Odaların hepsi deniz manzaralı, bence çok iyi bir detay. Çok fazla otelde konakladım bu kadar memnun olduğumu hiç hatırlamıyorum. Memnun kalmamanızın imkansız olduğu bir tesis. Tek tek isim verirsem bütün ekibi yazmam gerekir bunun yerine tüm ekibe bu tatil deneyimi için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns super gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Es ist das perfekte Hotel für Personen, die Abschalten wollen. Das Angebot an Essen und Getränke ist super, auch die Qualität.

Das einzige was dringend getan werden müsste, sind die Geräte im Fitness zu erneuern und eine größere Auswahl an Geräten.
Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen um eine Woche abzuschalten.
