Everything was just right; nothing overdone. Clean, comfortable, charming with a wonderful beach right there. Stayed 10 days with combined 2 families and everyone loved it. Best we’ve stayed in Gündoğan over many years.

the only minus point for this hotel is the music playing at the beach. sometimes the volume is high, sometimes it gets lower. sometimes jazz is played, sometimes techno there is no style.

Hotel was pleasant, clean, well laid out and generally pretty. Easy access to a beach and lounging/diving platform. Restaurant leaves much to be desired. Menu and meal preparation were very uninspiring. Better choices elsewhere. Breakfast was ample but with very basic choices and some hit or miss items. Staff is very accommodating and looking to improve your stay. Room cleaning staff was on point - very prompt and thorough.
Would return. Close to some good restaurants and shopping for basic goods.

This hotel is very cute and efficiently designed. Everything is close! Where you sleep, eat and swim. Staff is highly professional and food is fantastic. This is a gem in Bodrum and is the best of the best of any size hotel.
Last sentence is substantiated with the fact that at any time you would run into a customer who stayed here before more than once.

Overall beautiful property with fantastic views in great location. Unfortunately when taking a closer look many appliances were broken (doors, air con) and the shower floods. Staff were generally friendly but reluctant to go out of their way to assist, possibly due to a lack of training in customer service. The pier is much too crowded, other hotels stack fewer lounge chairs. Thankfully the music was incredibly tasteful and kept at a lower volume.

Nice hotel with a great beach.
The service of the waiting staff leaves much to be desired... slow is not the word. Communication in English was also a problem, competency is low.
Lots of stairs, so those who are not so mobile or with young kids may need to consider this

Rude and bad service at the restaurant

It’s been one of the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed as there was no one single staff who speaks English.
Reception people were lovely even though it was hard to communicate as they couldn’t speak English, however, the main problem was at the restaurant as we were served the chicken grilled, the took the wrong order and the second plate which was salmon was again served completely raw so we had to asked twice to the waiters to ask the Chef to cook properly the meal and instead of being considerate they were so rude by given us attitude and bad face as if it was our fault. The whole restaurant experience was terrible as we also had to be seated for more than 3 hours and the food was taking hours to arrive and when it arrived they were not cook, I’m very disappointed because if I would have even the raw chicken it could have been fatal for my health and I could have contradicted Salmonela.

The restaurant was considerably expensive for the kind of service we received and I was never expecting to have such an unpleasant staying as i paid to have a better service and they didn’t make up for anything

Me and my friends always prefer to stay in Costa Farilya each year when we have a short trip to Gundogan. The location is perfect you can easily walk to the village centre. The rooms are clean and the bed is really comfortable. The hotel was awarded blue flag due to the cleanliness of the sea. The staffs and especially the housekeeping are really nice people. This hotel is a boutique hotel that provides you the exact level of service of a five star chain hotel. The hotel does not accept pets but you can bring your puppy to the pier.

A good beach side hotel.

Welcoming staff, and a pleasant room. The breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice. Wifi was a problem as the password changed, also out tv did not have bbc news channels available. These were small problems in the overall positive atmosphere in the hotel.

A little bit of magic

Costa Farilya is a charming boutique hotel that looks out over a tranquil, beautiful bay near Bodrum. The hotel is a perfectly relaxing antidote to the normal stress of daily life. My favourite time of the day was breakfast - a combination of continental and Turkish cuisine, morning sunshine, the view of the bay and a Nina Simone soundtrack make for a fantastic way to start the day. The sea was beautifully clear, kids and I loved diving off the deck which extended out for the beach over the sea and swimming/snorkelling in the bay. The staff are all very friendly. If you want nightlife and high end restaurants go somewhere else otherwise look no further....

Every thing about our journey to the hotel worked like clockwork. Turkey is a place were service is delivered consistently well. The hotel was easy to find and well sign posted. The parking was excellent. We arrived late in April and there was no one on the desk but that was soon sorted.
Standard of the room was high with a fabulous view. The breakfast area was nicely designed and there was both indoor (some windy days) and outdoors (lots of sun).

Beautiful resort guest house on beach

A very nice and serene place to stay. Although 50 mins distance from bodrum airport, but away from hustle and bustle of city life. It takes 5 lira and 25 mins to reach bodrum centre where all the activity is. However everything was avaliable in vicinity, including nice grilled food. There was a receptionist called Osan speaks clear english and so honest to client's needs. He will arrange anything for you if its possible. On the whole, I would highly recommend this resort hotel in summer vacation time.

Brand new impeccable modern on the waterfront

The Costa Farilya was an incredible deal! Right smack on the waterfront on a cute bay, you feel semi-secluded and definitely free from the tourists. The hotel has gone through some major renovations and the rooms are extremely modern, clean and chic. The deal in May was incredible -- under $100/night for a room with a view of the sea. The private parking garage and free, large breakfast was an added bonus. You can walk for a few miles in either direction on the calm boardwalk and sit down for some nice meals on any of the seafront restaurants. It also has easy walking access to town for cheaper more local bites and grocery shopping should you need it. Beautiful pool and lounge area and a gym with brand new machines was being set up when we stayed there. Reception gave us some good local tips for food and were overall very helpful and kind despite limited English. Local agencies right on the water can setup water sport activities and tours as well. All in all a great, modern, cozy and calm place right on the water and a great price, especially in May/October.

1 gece konaklama satin almistim fakat late checkout yapmak istedigimi ve ucreti odemeye hazir oldugumu ilettim fakat odanin onunun acik olmadigi ve late checkout yapilamicagi tarafima telefonda iletildi. Bu yuzden bende 1 gece daha satin alarak ucak saatime kadar otelde kaldim ve konaklamadan aksam uzeri saat 20:00 da otelden ayrildim. Check out esnasinda neden late checkout almadigim yerine ekstra konaklama aldigim dalga gecer gibi soruldu. Ek olarak oda temizligi, odadaki sampuan sabun kalitesi bu gecelik ucret alan bir otele yakismiyor. Son olarakta otelde konaklamamiza ragmen iskelede ve sahilde bos sezlong bulmak imkansiz. Zar zor 2 sezlongu 45 dakika gorevli arkadasa yalvararak bulduk. Sorun otel disindan cok fazla insanin otel iskelesini denize girmek icin kullanmasi ve sabah saat 8 de deniz kenara gitmemize ragmen tuk sezlonglarin esyalar ile kapatilmis olmasi. Daha onceki yillarda her sene 15-20 gun kaldigim bu otelde bir daha asla kalmam.

Vi var nöjda med boendet. Havsutsikten från rummet var fantastiskt! Frukosten var helt okej, själva ambienten var väldigt fint och rogivande med utsikt mot havet. Stranden och havet var väldigt rent.

Personalen var mycket tillmötesgående, och kunder ordna en sen utcheckning (utan extra kostnad).

Hotellet har en lugn atmosfär, perfekt för en avkopplande semester.

Deniz muhteşem! Gündoğan'da merkezi konumu ile herşey çok yakın. Lokantasında ızgara levrek, köy peynirli salata ve mantarlı pizza çok lezzetliydi. Kahvaltı self-servis ve seçenekler güzel. Odanın küçük bir balkonu vardı ve doğuya bakan deniz manzarası.

The rooms are spacious, modern and nice. I had a room with sea view and a balcony which made it even better. Besides that I paid 200€ a night and had really the worst breakfast so far in Turkey and I had to pay for water which is kind of ridiculous at breakfast. So don’t expect anything! Beach area is overly crowded and if you are a group of friends or a couple without children you may want to stay at a adult only hotel.

Deluxe oda harikaydı herzamanki gibi cok keyifliydi.kıs dönemi oldugu ıcın herhalde ama aksam mutfak servisi 7 de kapanıyormuş. 19 15 de aradığımızda hizmet vermeyeceklerini ilettiler ki odada hasta yatıyordum. Bir uyarı mesajı buna dair görmedik belki biz farkedemedik ama hastayken gidip dısarı dan yemek bulmak bizi mutsuz etti. Yine de Costa Farilya gundoğana damga vurmuş bir otel. Herkese tavsiye ediyorum. Bizim sayemizde her yıl ugrayan birkaç arkadasım gibi sizlere de tavsiye ederim.

ÇİFT/AİLE/TEK BAŞINA;)HEPSİNDE DE KEYİFLİ TATİL

2014den beri her yıl gittiğim, beğendiğim bir otel. Konum ve otel çok iyi. Çocuklu aile olarak da, eşimle de, tek başıma da geldim. Hepsi de keyifliydi.Yalnız ilk defa bu sene (sezon dışı olduğundan heralde-Eylül sonu konaklama) özellikle restoran-iskele servisi tatmin edici bulmadım ama yeterliydi (çalışanlar kibar ve güler yüzlü en azından)
Sezon sonu fiyat/performans açısından mükemmel denilebilir. Giderken koşarak gittiğim, İstanbul’a dönerken hüzünlendiğim tek otel oldu kendisi. Rahat, temiz, şık ve muhteşem manzara (özellikle deluxe ve üst kat deluxe suitelerin)

PUANI SAÇMA KESİNLİKLE DEĞMEZ ÇOK DAHA İYİLERİ VAR

AHIR GİBİ ODA: Standart double odayı işaretlediğinizde Confort adını verdikleri bir yer düşüyor, pis kokan, camsız, ahır gibi bir oda. Kalınacak gibi değil. Dekore ettiklerinden fotoğrafta güzelmiş gibi duruyor. Odanın köşe tarafında 30-40cmlik bir cam var o kadar. Pansiyonda kalın daha iyi. Orada kalamayınca üzerine para verip mecburen suit’e geçtik. SUİT ODA SKANDALI: 2 gece klima çalışmadı! İlk çalışmadığında yaptık dediler, gece durdu. İrtibatsızlık varmış yaptık dediler ertesi gün, gece yine durdu. Ancak son gün düzelttiler. Tatilin devamında KIVANÇ OTEL YALIKAVAK’a geçtik. SÜPER! %30 daha uygun, %500 daha iyi, herşeyi ile. ARAŞTIRMAYA DEVAM EDİN, EN AZINDAN TÜM TATİLİNİZİN GERİ DÖNÜLMEZ REZERVASYONUNU YAPMAYIN, ÖNCE BİR GÖRÜN.

Rahat ve huzurlu

Otelin kendine ait plajı ve iskelesi olması iyi, plaj oldukça temizdi. Kahvaltıdaki çeşit ve lezzetten memnun kaldık. Otelin konumu restoran ve cafelere yakın, ayrıca otelin kendi restoranı da yemek için güzel bir alternatif. Hem plaj hem yeme-içme anlamında rahat bir tatil oldu. Odanın manzarası ve özellikle balkonunda vakit geçirmek keyifliydi. Odadaki eşyalar ve banyo yenilense daha iyi olabilirdi ama çok rahatsız olduğumuz bir durum yaşanmadı. Ufak tefek eksikler olsa da otelden çok memnun kaldık, kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğiz. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Tatilimiz hakkında

Odaların temizliği, otelin denize yakınlığı, ilgili çalışanlar otelin olumlu özellikleriydi, fakat kahvaltıda peynirler mutlaka kapaklı tabaklara konmalı, çay bardakları tabakları ufak ufak kırılmış haldeydi bu şekilde servis etmek ne kadar doğru? Plaja da daha konforlu şezlonglar konulabilir..

Otel fiyat performansta asagida kaliyor, bu fiyata biraz daha birseyler bekliyorsunuz kahvaltids cesit cok az hergun ayni seyi yemeniz gerekli, oda servisiyle hotelin sahilindeki icki fiyatlari farkli sahilde %25 daha fazla odeniyor bu oldukca sacma ve bi bira 36 TL , restoran tuvaletleri biraz kokuyor.

Otel çok güzel konum deniz süper ama bir kaç eksiği var en önemlisi iskele birincisi şarzonglar acayip rahatsız edici oturmak çok zor yine iskelede sabah erkenden havlu atılıyor siz yer bulmanız mümkün değil yani iskele ve deniz kısmı daha iyi olması gerekiyor.

Çocuklu ilk yaz tatilimizi burda geçirdik. Yemek, konaklama, temizlik, çalışan ekip, imkanlar vs herşey bizi çok rahat ettirdi. Çocuklu, çocuksuz herkese tavsiye ederim. Yemekler lezzetli, otelin yeri hem sakin hem gece eğlenceli, müzikli bir koy Gündoğan. Deniz süper. Ağustos sonu hava miss. Balkonlu deniz gören odalar akşam üzeri yemek öncesi bir iki yudumlamak için enfes.

Her sene Bodrum’da otel arama telasimizi bu sene kesfettigimiz Costa Farilya oteli ile sonlandirdigimiza inaniyoruz. Bundan sonraki senelerde de ilk tercihimiz kesinlikle orasi olacak. Otelin mimarisi , denizi , iskelesi , cocuklu aileler icin kumu cok guzel. Size ozel hissi veren havuzu mukemmel. Yemekleri lezzetli , tas firindan cikan pideleri harika! Oda anlaminda standart odalar kucuk ve konumlandirma olarak yetersiz kalabilir. Ama superior odalar ve deluxe odalar fazlasiyla guzel. Benim eklemek istedigim iki olumsuz detay ama kesinlikle gelistirilebilecegine olan inancimdan ; tum personelin ustunde “gulumse” yazan tshirtler var , ama hic bir personel gulmuyor. Saygisiz , kaba diyemem ama otele yakisan bir sicaklikta olmadiklari kesin. Bir digeri iskeledeki sezlonglara acil olarak bir cozum bulunmasi gerekiyor. Ustunde yatarken kayiyorsunuz , engellemek adina minderler konulabilir. Kahvaltisi benim icin fazlasiyla yeterliydi , konumu zaten harika , gundoganin icindeki yerel restoranlara ulasmaniz da fazlasiyla kolay. Hersey icin cok tesekkur ederiz. Seneye gorusmek uzere !

Hala bölgedeki en iyi otellerden

6 senedir gittiğimiz otel. Genel olarak hala Gündoğan'daki en iyi otellerden. Ancak kahvaltı, sahil ve restoran hizmetlerinin kalitesi ve kapsamında gitmeye başladığımız ilk yıllara göre genel bir düşüş var. Dönemsel olduğunu ümit ediyoruz. Umarız gelecek yıllarda tekrar eski Costa Farilya kalitesine dönüş olur. Odalardan ve temizlik hizmetlerinden her zamanki gibi memnun kaldık, görevlilere teşekkür ederiz.
