It was ok for a night. Did not like that there were no plug-ins in the 2nd room to charge anything (a horrible inconvenience). Not enough pillows or blankets for a larger family. The positive is that it was big enough to accommodate a larger family. That being said we would not stay there again. Wasn't the best part of town.

great place to stay and crash for a few days at the best pricing. could expect nothing more. they had adequate pillows, towels. mattress may have been a little softer than usual. hallway smelled like weed. i brought my own pillows and towels and was very happy w the accommodations for the price. have definitely stayed in hotels 4x more expensive for 1/2 the experience. would def stay here again. did the online checkin process prior, did the $100 deposit on hold, had no issues, was not taken out of my account.

AC worked great. One of the TVs didn’t work. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Elevator was out of service. Check-in was a little time-consuming, but worth it since the keypad on the door and property made it very convenient to get in and out without risking losing a keycard. Maintenance guy was friendly. People living there were sketchy, but the town is generally safe.

Had issues when we got there late. Office was closed, called number on door. Never got contract and customer service said sometime it doesn't get sent when done thru third party, but she could not get it sent to me either. Took us an hour to finally access our room. Left our luggage and went to store, could not get into building with pass code just got an hour ago. Customer service reset and we got in building with the second code and first code still let us into room. Next day, we were out most of day. When we got back that evening with groceries and stuff for dinner, we could get into the building, but could not get into our room with either code. It's embarrassing and stressful to stand in the hall while people walk by, and two of us on separate phones trying to access the room. Couch bed was just a foam pad, not a mattress. Was very uncomfortable. Used coffee grounds in coffee maker, top of fridge was filthy, trash underneath sofa. Ceiling lights did not work in either room, so bad lighting till I could talk to someone Monday, 2 days after check in. I was not impressed with the unit, actually the opposite, and will not recommend this to anyone.

The check in process is terrible, I did not receive email to fill out their waiver form as they mentioned that Expedia did not pass them my details. I had to get on multiple calls with them to get the link to fill out the waiver which took time, also I had 2 reservations with them for which I had to fill out waiver twice. Even after filling out the waiver, the access codes to our rooms expired, the office at the property only opens M-F 9 to 5 and since we were there for a weekend trip we didn’t had anyone onsite to help. We had to call the online help again and get help to get inside our rooms, there is confusion with the property access gates even for the help online, since they were not aware that there is a main gate and then another door for the rooms for which multiple access codes are requires.

The main entrance is flimsy and had very bad odour , though the rooms were clean. All in all, I had a terrible experience and a lot of time was wasted in calls!

Do not stay here. The check in is ridiculous. The place is locked and there is no one around to help. It is all handled by phone. The person on the phone does not speak English well and we could not understand her. When finally checking in, (by phone) it asked too many questions and gets personal. We cancelled the reservation. She told us no problem, just call Expedia and they would refund the money. We were denied. Avoid the headache and stay somewhere else.

We never received the email that provides access to the entry code, so we had to spend an hour on the premises parking lot before we could get in. The website did not offer the $100 refundable option we wanted, only the $35 non-refundable for the security. The shower did not work because the diverter was missing, the bathtub was useless because no stopper was found. We were told that a mechanic was on their way to fix the shower, but that was a lie. Overall terrible experience.

When we arrived there wasn't any shower curtain part of the shower head was wrapped in a plastic bag. We opened up the hida bed and found food..there was ony 2 towels. Staff is hard to reach they don't come in till 9 am and know one comes in on Sunday. I call emergency repair and tells me theres nothing he can do. We there 3 nights on the last night they put a shower curtain up. There cleaning is just the bare minimum. This room this room should not have been rented to anyone further more they should have moved me to another.

Inconvenient check-in after 5pm, dated, but clean.

Front desk help is nonexistent. My security deposit hasn’t been returned and no idea why they might withhold $100. The area seemed a little sketchy at first glance but was overall just fine. Their check-in system after 5pm is horrible. I spent nearly 3 hours trying to get into the room because the front desk people couldn’t get their stuff together enough to send a simple code. The room was fine, super dated furniture, but at least the ac worked and the housekeeper did a great job of making it look nice and clean.

There is no one to sign you in it’s all done on your phone. You have to give a $35.00 non refundable dep or $100.00 refundable dep to get an access code. Rooms are nice, clean, bed average. Parking lot is small. Elevator to 2nd floor no stairs seen.

Clean! Looked new! Room had sink, stove, frig, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, flatware, pots/pans. GREAT MATRESS-firm. Only problem i experienced , the tv modem would stop working for about 3 to 5 minutes intermittently. There’s no phone or way to call anyone to take care/fix it. But for the room, security, and room price i thought this was an AWESOME hotel. Thanjs for being there. They do a goid job providing an excellent 4 star room and at a 1star price by automation checkin and little staff. As a former Six Sigma Blackbelt fir DoD, WELL DONE!

In the cutlery, a hunting knife was part of the knife set and there was only one fork. We could not get back into our room, as the keypad was flashing green and red. Finally got hold of someone who didn’t seem to understand “it won’t take our code” and kept saying try this code. Finally got a service person who couldn’t fix it. He called a second one who came from another town, and he couldn’t fix it. Finally, they called a locksmith who opened it within minutes. We waited 3 hours to get back into the room, with minimal apology from the management.

I won't stay here again

This is not a hotel; it's an extended stay residence. No one is on the premises to help in the event of problems.

Check-in process is terrible, especially on android, where some of the fields you have to fill in are illegible. You must upload a driver's license or passport in order to check in. The text asking me to check in had no identifying information and appeared as if spam/phishing. The tech the corporation uses was horrible and not intuitive.

The person I ended up talking to on the phone was kind, and the room itself was clean. But I would expect a clear breakdown of what the check in process is BEFORE I book, and before I'm on a highway driving to the place.

There were numerous smokers in the building, and the hallway I was in smelled strongly of cigarette smoke (but the room itself was okay).

Take your money and stay somewhere where they care about their guests accommodations instead of the money thats all their about and the gal upfront leasing units will hand you a card and say call that number then you call that number and they say theyll forward it to management then even they dont call you they send you a text eventually what a joke these people are and now that ive complained they put me on their DNR list which is do not rent to ugh and use some lame excuse saying my room was dirty not only was it not dirty no one ever came to inspect it either then i call the number on the card and they say well forward that to management huh absolutely ridiculous.

These owners could care less about you or your stay the sofa that makes out into a bed is very old and the cushions are flatt i can imagine what the mattresd looked like dining chair is very stai ed and disgusting,the toilet handle broke and it took 2 days for them to fix and then the maintenance man said my room was cluttered and it was my lock on the trunk wouldnt close then the next morning they knocked on my door which is ridiculous i said you can i soect it when i check out my rooms are cleaner when i leave then when i check in and then without looking at my room they cancelled my next 2 days because of a review i gave them and said it was cause my room was dirty when noone came to inspect it cause it was very clean and now i have to load all my stuff up and get another room somewhere else but if i had cancelled they would have not refunded my money like they did at 1 of their properties in Tempe that wasnt safe i was in my 3rd room and the door wouldnt lock i ended up sleeping in my car and their security guard came out of a room i.a cloud of Marijuana smoke and before i could even say anything to him he says there is no maintenance man here o.the weekends then tgere wadms some shady characters in the parking lot eyeing my camaro i said something to him and he said look where your at i said whats that supposed to mean he didnt reply i got my stuff and left very unsafe and then they kept my money even thou i was on the phone at least a half an hour with these people.

This property is hard to finish booking online tried since 8am to get a weekly price ask 5 people get 5 answers then the ones you talk to change there story then pass the buck to the staff wherever they are they dont call but text and then lat blame on you for not extending by 9.30 when i started calling for a weekly rate at 8am,then the number they have you call contradicts themselves then passes the buck to someone else noone takes responsibility and then turns it around on you played that game for 5 hours absolutely ridiculous and the lady up front will point to a card and say call them she doesnt want no part of it.huh lovely crew

This is not a hotel. No on-site manager or anyone. It is a long term apt rental building. I went through the online check in and was given a code to enter the front door and the room I was assigned. When I walked into the room, there were no sheets or blankets on the bed and there were no towels in the bathroom. I contacted Management via text message and they said no one was on site to help me and asked me to wait while they figured it out. I was contacted 20 minutes later and they told me to switch rooms when I got to a different room. It was all set up and had everything I needed it was clean and in good condition however I would not stay here again as it is not a hotel with any security or amenities.

Upon checking in to the room assigned there was someone living in it. Called got switched to a room with a smaller bed, thankfully noone living in the next room. The hallways smell of Marijuana which comes into the room. Unsafe and poorly ran location. Couldnt even trust to leave items in room as we went out to visit family. Had to take everything with us.
