Inexpensive and doable. I appreciated the price and the staff were friendly. One of the few places I could see with three queen size beds in one room. Also, not the cleanest place we've stayed at. We found hair in several areas, the floors were not really clean, and the shower was quite small for me (I'm 6 feet tall). We overcame these issues and had a good time.

It wasn't good they charged me $20 for my dog and would only take cash for the deposit and it wasn't refundable or expected since I booked online I thought I was all paid up. While checking in a huge cockroach staggered out of a crevice and slowly died. The room was not clean the bathroom was disgusting I went and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the bathtub toilet sink and floor. The room was so hot that it took over two hours to bring it down to a reasonable temp but never got cool to be comfortable. The owners son lectured me about my dog and that if it made a mess I would have to pay for any extra cleaning or whatever after I already gave them a deposit for my dog who is totally house trained and doesn't mess in the house and she's not destructive. I will never stay there again it was uncomfortable and totally gross and not very accommodating I don't have any photos I should have taken some never thought about it I was too busy being grossed out and cleaning. Just to give you an idea it got up to 104 or hotter yesterday and I was looking forward me and my dog being comfortable in a room and that didn't happen either the room was hotter than it was outside when I walked in I had to leave my car running with a dog and the air conditioning on so she didn't overheat and like I said the room never did cool off to comfortable temperature so it won't be staying there again I'd rather sleep in my car it's cleaner and more comfortable and the air conditioner works.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had we only stayed here because every other hotel was booked, we got the 3 bed room and it was gross, weird stains on the walls, dirty floor, sheets were stained and outdated as well as the towels, the stove didn't work, the utensils in the kitchen were dirty, felt like we were being watched the whole time, will never stay here again

Room smelled terrible, roaches on the bed, crawling on the dresser and bathtub. Shower head sprayed everywhere, tile lifting in batbroom and the there was dark hair and many many stains on the sheets and pillows. If I had the money to go anywhere se- I would have.

Worst mistake ever

When we showed up to the hotel, the gentleman behind the counter was unable to help us check in, had to go and get somebody else which took a few minutes for her to come back. We had already been driving almost 8 hours, and we’re ready to get into our hotel. We booked a hotel with three beds because we had three adults and a 2 year-old. This worked out great for us. The room was huge. The beds were old and springs and they were not comfortable to sleep on. We all woke up sore and hurting. We had an infestation of sugar ants and got into all of our food that we had laying out. There were dirty Q-tips in the windowsills from Lord knows how long they’ve been there When we tried to talk to the owners of the hotel the open sign was on, but nobody was home push the night called button and nobody showed up. We were told that we needed to check out in the morning and drop the keys off, but nobody showed up to let us do that. See the pictures to show our disappointment. Since this was a nonrefundable, we were forced to stay in a dirty, nasty insect infested hotel for two nights. The stove was dirty and looked like it might cause a fire if we used it.

This place was filthy and disgusting. There was a cockroach in the bathroom, the sheets were not clean and had several hairs in them, the towels were thin, rough, and dirty, the floors were dirty to where your feet were visibly filthy after walking around barefoot.

Additionally there was an issue where I locked myself out of my room. When I went to the front desk and told the employee (who was not the same person who checked me in), he just handed me a new room key without verifying my identity or that I was even a guest. This is a security concern that anyone could just walk up and get a key to any room. I get that you pay for quality and that this place is cheap but the cleanliness was completely unacceptable and I will be in contact with the health department.

When I first arrived I had to wait 10-15 minutes to be helped… the woman wouldn’t even make eye contact with me. After check in and finding our room… the carpet was filthy with dirt and rocks, mashed roaches on the walls and BED BUGS! My husband got over 50 bites. Beware!

Prompt check-in at front desk. Room was cleaned, bed made, and towels changed daily, without having to ask. Refrigerator, microwave, and a/c unit worked fine. Bed mattress was sufficiently comfortable. Shower water was always hot and good pressure. Parking lot was well paved and felt secure enough.
Needed to air out room after cleaning odors. A few small critters occasionally seen in bathroom. Some guests may find the room small and/or cramped, but hotel is on the main street with access to whatever is needed. It served adequately as a multi-day budget option to enjoy surrounding sights.

No hand towel holder by sink. Shampoo/conditioner holders empty. Nothing to hold onto getting in and out of bathtub/shower. 1 small bar of soap for two people. Room looked shaby and needs updating. The check in process was very unprofessional and they demanded cash payment for fees that were not clearly disclosed on Expedia. While speaking to the second person trying to check in, another patron came in and paid cash. While speaking with Expedia about the situation, we had ample time to look around and found the place was very run down, dirty, and the building was showing signs of neglect. We ultimately did not stay here and when I was discussing this location with locals, they indicated that there are frequent arrests made at Magnuson for drugs, human trafficking, and other things. A quick google search did support their claims about the happenings at this particular hotel. Ultimately I'm glad that we didn't stay here.

I reserved a non smoking room for my family, 2 adults 4 children. A couple of weeks before our trip, I received a call asking if they could move us to another room and they would make sure we had 3 beds. I agreed since we were getting enough beds. When we arrived, the room only had two beds and I could smell smoke as soon as I opened the door. I went to the front desk and was told they could move us to another room for $20. I told the manager about the call and she said she had no record of it, that she is there 24/7 and she never called me. She insisted I had reserved a smoking room. The new room was bigger but it seemed like it had not been deep cleaned for a while.

My second stay at this hotel. It was decent enough to stay a second time. But have to say, this stay was less comfortable. The room was tiny, stunk (primarily of being closed up/stale/mildew maybe?). The bed was rock hard; don't mind a firm mattress, but this was like a board with a very thin pad on top. Refrigerator was set so high, I lost some food I put in it (froze). This is the kind of hotel, that if you were paying pre-recession prices (say, $37, 38/night) would have been no issue. I'm not looking for luxury, just decent. But $150 for two nights, for what it was...pretty shocking. At least there was hot water & no bugs.

Door was opened and I felt very unsafe

First things first, this was a motel, not a hotel. I was a bit surprised by this because of the name of the establishment. It is run, as far as I can tell, by one sweet woman and her father. They don't seem to speak great English but otherwise, they were kind. There were bugs in the room but I understand that no matter how clean a motel is critters can come in when the door is opened. But there was also something left in the freezer from the guest before me, and the microwave was there but not plugged in. Honestly, it just wasn't great. But the real problem came in after I had gotten into the bed in my pajamas and the door to my room was opened. I had the top lock secured so the door only opened a couple of inches, and when I screamed they immediately closed the door without saying anything. The next day I learned that it was the woman's father, looking for a room he himself could sleep in for the night. And the girl had forgotten which room I was booked in so he just went through all the rooms. Mind you, my room was the only one in the entire row that had my CAR parked in front of it, So even if they don't have the rooms in their computer system (which is irresponsible and a problem within itself) then he should have known that my room was occupied. He could have gone into literally any other room. After that, I just felt very unsafe and had trouble sleeping, worried the door would be opened again. I booked here because the reviews said it was safe but I felt very unsafe.

This ad for this room showed clean new bedding and clean space. The rooms are rundown and old. The bedding had cigarette burns in it. The bathroom smelled as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months. We needed a hotel where we could pull the car right up to the door of the room. There are several of these in Sierra Vista, and we chose this one based on price, so our expectations were low. We were pleasantly surprised to find this one quite respectable—clean, quiet, comfortable, with everything in the room in working order. These folks have just purchased the place recently, so there's work still to be done, but they have made a great start. It was good enough that we opted to stay a third night there when our plans changed. I expect that we will come through Sierra Vista again before long, and we will certainly stay here again.

This is not a HOTEL this is a MOTEL, it shouldn't be listed as a hotel.
The room stank the odor was so strong we couldn't sleep, even with air conditioning, the smell was pee, old spilled beer and cigarret, the room was non smoke yet smelled as if wasn't. The carpet was filthy, stained and greasy, the curtains were stained old and had rips. The blankets had cigarrets burns and ripped in spaces. The sheets looked clean but couldn't smell them the stench of the room overpowered any smell in the room. I had a class in the Chamber of commerce and I booked the closest hotel supposedly a hotel not a Motel, I only needed a clean bed to sleep one night. A 70 non refundable dollars. Me and my daughter felt disgusted but didn't have any other choice but to spend the night there, we didn't even sleep, the smell was unbelievably strong. It said under new management but being there I read the reviews and it said under new management for many months. Expedia needs to put this under a Motel list as it should not a HOTEL.

Although, I did like their outside sign.
The staff was rude and defensive, the reason for being defensive could be because of being located in the rough side of town.

If you are looking for a Marriott or even a Country Inn and Suites this is not it. If you are looking for a budget motel for a bed, clean sheets and towels, coffee in the room, and friendly staff then this is it. We were late getting in due to the winter storm but the front desk was very accommodating in staying open until we got there. We were tired and had a long day but the manager was very helpful and we really appreciated it.
