I have stayed at this property on several occasions. I appreciate that they maintain a pet-friendly policy without additional fees and provide a complimentary continental breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable, and the property is generally well-maintained. The front desk staff are professional, and the check-in process is efficient.

We were staying here for the second time…on the return trip of our holiday. We love their ‘pets stay free’ policy! We were checking in with our small dog and were asked if we wanted close access to the exit…this is usually appreciated for outside trips to ‘potty’ the dog. However we were a couple of doors down from the hallway exit door that slammed shut…there was no way to soft close it…we tried. Every time it slammed we’d have to settle the dog again. Thankfully it didn’t go on all night.
Our room was clean as were the common areas.

We booked here because there was no additional charge for our dog. We had booked a single queen room but were quite happy to discover our room had two queen beds…thanks for the upgrade!
Our room was clean and quiet with easy access to the lobby to take our dog outside.
Breakfast was good.
We booked a second stay here on our return trip.

The property was clean and staff polite. However once arriving in the room…the pillows felt like they were filled with marbles, the bed was like sleeping on a board, cooling/heating system was noisy all night. There was a group “partying” in the hall and nothing was done. Come morning there was no room to have breakfast as a group of workers who were staying filled the space and made it impossible to even reach the food or coffee. This area is right across from the check-in counter so staff are able to see that no one was able to get in for the complimentary breakfast.

The property and staff were excellent. The problem was that this hotel was booked through Expedia and upon arrival the credit card was declined bc Expedia or their booking agent gave the wrong credit card when they reserved the room. I had to pay for the room again. So now I have two charges for this room and Expedia says I am not entitled to a refund although I had paid for insurance for cancellation emergencies etc. I believe they are responsible for the error that was made and it shouldn’t be at my expense. They say they were unable to reach hotel for confirmation but staff say no call came through!! Please be hesitant to use Expedia for booking process bc the hotel is clean breakfast was good and the staff are very friendly and helpful!

Room was spacious and had all amenities as shown at booking. Was overall very quiet with little noise from other guests. Staff did not reply to email and not friendly in checking or any interactions. Room was not clean ( floors, bathroom nor beds) when requested. Only garbages emptied and towels replaced during a 5 night stay. Breakfast was as basic as possible.

Clean - no carpet in the room was nice, felt and smelled much cleaner than some other stays we’ve had elsewhere. Very basic amenities - but given the price, not bad at all. Only two pillows in the room and neither in great shape - should have thought to bring our own. Staff were friendly. Was quiet and felt safe the whole time. Would stay again.

Yes the room was not as i thought no coffee pot or arm chair as shown in the picture. The floor was peeling the tv was small no casting. The front desk clerk was not helpful when i asked if i may get a chair or coffee pot in my room he said no cant do it. Or ill have to charge you 100 $ The hotel was not even half full so there must have been available chairs. The beds were like a boxspring i had housekeeping bring me 2 quilts to put on the bed to lie on it. Im not reccomending this hotel ever

We travel with our small dog and love that they are welcoming; however with the recent weather they used a ton of salt and my guess is it wasn’t paw friendly my dog could only take a couple steps. I notified the desk and they were responsive. A quick wash in our room and being carried over the salted area fixed the area

We initially were checked into a room that was not cleaned, beds unmade and bathroom was a mess. We were quickly checked into the room right next to it. Then we had someone enter our room at 4am. If it wasnt for the door latch, these people would have been able to walk right in. When we called the front desk to inform them of what just happened, we were told \" i will try and make sure it doesnt happen again\"! At check out the next morning we spoke to the manager and told him we were not impressed having someone enter our room at 4am. He proceeded to tell me he spoke with the front desk attendant and was told he didnt make a key for that room so there was no way that someone could open the door. No apology, no accountability at all for whst had happened. Clearly if no one made a key to allow these people into my room, Motel 6 Brandon has a major security issue in their system and anyone at anytime can walk into guests rooms. I would avoid staying at this hotel.

Breakfast area was extremely cramped and crowded. Selection of food was poor.
Shower curtain was falling off the wall, shower curtain looked very dirty and towels smelled musty.

Light switches in room, something not working correctly turn on entry and lights beside bed turn on also swicth by bed did nothing.
WATER damage on wall beside tub and no doubt mold.
Hallway area outside elevators on second floor could use a fresh coat of paint.

Overall it was okay. The issues with the room were the floors were peeling and coming up along the seems. We were on the third floor and the bathroom was freezing cold and no pressure in the shower. I think it was due to the shower head being so corroded the water wasn't getting through. The towels were a yellow color and had a funny smell. We asked for an extra blanket and were give a brown and orange thing that looked like it was once the end cover to the bed. We typically stay in the Motel 6 in Winnipeg and this is our first time staying in the one in Brandon due to our excellent stays in Winnipeg however this will most likely be the last time we stay in this one.

It was a decent hotel to stay the night. The rooms were clean but for me personally it didn't truly feel clean. The beds weren't the comfiest but decent, same as the pillows. The rooms were a bit dated and need a upgrade. Loved it was pet friendly as I had a kitten stay with us this night. Overall for the price it's a good stay for one night.

This hotel offers great value for money, with complete facilities, a clean and tidy environment, and a prime location. It's perfect for long-distance travelers to stop and rest. Surprisingly, it even provides breakfast. The staff at the front desk are very polite and enthusiastic. Highly recommended!

This is my second visit to this hotel. The property is clean, the staff are friendly, and the absence of pet fees is a significant advantage. Given my annual travel through this region, I will certainly be returning. The hotel rate is also very reasonable.

If you’ve ever wondered what “budget chic” looks like without the chic, this is it. Everything about this place screams cheap, except the price. Towels and sheets have taken on a lovely yellow tint, either from years of loyal service or from cheaping out on hot water. Pillows feel like they’re stuffed with old newspapers, and the breakfast buffet proudly offers the finest selection of waffles, boiled eggs, and two cereals straight out of 1998.

Not that I expected much from a place called Motel 6, but the cost of my stay just didn’t make any sense. My first and most likely last stay with Motel 6.

Parking area was paved and it had very good lighting. Modern room with 2 queen beds was clean and the refridgerator worked well. Staff were attentive to guest needs. The bathtub mechanical stopper would not stop water from draining out of the tub. The bathroom light would flicker and go out completely.

Tried to cancel reservation on app before cut off time and there was some error and I couldn’t process cancellation so I restarted my phone but then the app wouldn’t open so finally after talking to support they were going to give a refund but said it was up to the motel 6 to process it and they declined to do so stating that they were following Expedia policy so you guys just get to steal almost $300 from me, what a garbage system this is

we reserved early and got room 101 with adjorning room which they were very loud . the hallway door get being opening and shutting with a big bangs.... Also we could hear the staff talking very loud not whispering.we went on expedia booking that was a mistake. cause we got the worst room.

There must be NO insulation at all between the ceiling and floors of the rooms above. We heard people walking ALL NIGHT LONG. Seriously, at 1, 2, even 4sm. TERRIBLE floor insulation. Do NOT STAY HERE if you actually want to sleep!!

Great town, very good stay

Great clean place, super modern. Staff was super courteous. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Great bed. A/C was a bit loud. Good lighting in the room. Quiet at night and (not sure if good or bad) but 24 h security. Nice area all around to walk your dog. Brandon city center is 10 minutes by car, worth to visit this pretty place, lots of good places to eat/drink.

Two night stay.

We had no hot water in our sink but the man at the reception desk came to our room and found the hot tap under the sink was turned off. There were scraps of paper on the floor of the elevator for hours before someone cleaned it up. The floors in our room were pealing and dated.
