Outdated, run down. Room floor was wet, as they must have just cleaned it with a very wet mop. ( we arrived at 5:30- so not like we were early) Pool was closed.
To access our room from the parking lot in the back, we were unable to open the door. We thought it was our card, turned out the door was just really stuck and you had to really yank on it.

We stayed for one night. There’s a smell but it’s not foul, our 7 year old said it smells like grandmas house. The room was fine. The beds were clean , tv worked. There was a small keurig machine , fridge and microwave which was awesome. Theres wifi but you have to be a Wyndham resorts member and have to sign up to get it( I didn’t) . The floors were really beat up and my husband was disappointed in general with the room. The staff were friendly. I only paid 45$ because I used Expedia points so it was fine. Definitley a 3 star .

There is ample space for parking and you can conveniently find one nearer to your room. Some furniture were outdated but room was clean. There is only 2 floors, so no elevator, the only downside if you have to carry a big or heavy luggage.

The staff was AMAZING! They were short-staffed, and our room was not ready by the normal check-in time. They were incredibly apologetic and pushed for our room to be cleaned as quickly as possible. They called us when it was ready. Even bigger shout-out to Matt the employee who postponed his break to help us with my 4 year old niece's new walkie talkies that needed a tiny screwdriver to put in the batteries.

Excellent staff check in and asked us if we needed anything during our stay. Some issues with the room but they were attended promptly to when asked. It was a fun evening at the 40 bar. We were well rested with comfortable beds. Breakfast at the attached Chicken Chef was great! No complaints and will return again.

Great location, as there were restaurants in and around the hotel.
Clean and tidy room, however bath supplies were scanty.
In fairness, it was undergoing construction wit the carpet being replaced. Great timing for our stay that the pool and slides were already operational.

The water slide was great for our son but not much of a pool for swimming. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Unfortunately there were people stomping around, yelling and banging on doors and kids crying all night. Our room was so loud we hardly slept.

If you’re looking for peace and quiet, I do not recommend staying here.

Freezing room, no hair conditioner in room, Terrible coffee, screaming baby in hallway at 5am-7, had to fight with waitress in restaurant that jam was not syrup for my kids French toast, finally after much debate she came back with it when French toast was cold. And still haven't received my deposit on cc.

The room was in rough shape (burn holes on floor in bathroom and dirt around the room. It’s winter, -30 outside and the baseboard heater didn’t work. We went to the front desk to ask for a different room but they brought us a construction heater with a big bright light on it we couldn’t turn off, and for safety reasons couldn’t leave the heater running overnight. The blanket on one bed had a very visible massive stain mark on it. The pool area is unkept with sheets of plywood against a wall, massive globs of caulk on the flooring stones and overall not to clean in appearance.

Staff was great. Rooms clean. I love hotel that offer room for my family of 6 in a room together. Only thing that happens at all hotels, is i register for 6 people and get in to 2 or 4 towels. If theres 6 people i would appreciate 6 towels without asking.

I got charged a room fee plus a $100 damage deposit that was pre authorized to say I would check in by 6. No where does it say this on the Expedia website that the hotel does this. I was less than pleased. There is a reason I book to pay at the property and this was certainly not the case the last time I checked in which was last summer when just the pool was open. I get they want to guarantee their guests will be checking in. But not even informing the guest on the website and then all of a sudden a pre auth of money gone that you need is unacceptable.

Hotel and room had an odd odour, the carpet in the room was dirty and in poor condition and loose, mattresses were worn, hit & miss on hot water in shower and the paper thin shower curtain was barely long enough to stay in shower; had use multiple towels because so much water would leak out and they excercise area was closed and full of junk; which is one reason I picked this hotel.

Pleasant staff. Rooms were decent but obvious wear and age. Walls are made of tissue paper so you hear every footstep. I was surprised to see no tea bags offered in rooms but I asked at the desk and she found me Red Rose, which was alright. I spent two night, first night I froze 1/2 the night(after turning up thermostat), second night was better.
All around, priced a bit high for a pipeliner quality hotel. Just my opinion.

Thought things might have changed for the brand, but found that the company is still cheap in everything they do. Stopped going to Travelodges for years now because of the poor quality. Will not return. Plus, if you want people to actually use your water slides and such, at least have them open for 9am for the late arrivals.

I called at 6:30pm to tell them to let them know we'd be checking in late. Around 9pm, we arrived on site and were given a room with one bed and a sofa. We were supposed to get 2x queen beds, as there are four of us in the reservation. The lady at the front desk made us wait, while she texted management. Finally, she gave us keys to a room that was being held for guests yet to check in. It had 2x queen beds. Not sure why they didn't give us what we'd booked right from the start, but I was tired and didn't want to argue. Should have had the right room from the start.

There were dead bugs on the bathroom floor and the hotel itself needs renovations badly. Carpets and walls are old, faded, and worn.

The room itself was great, with bunkbeds the kids could sleep in and a bed for the parents. The pool and pool area left A LOT to be desired and is in big need of a cleanup and glow-up. The pool area was dark and wasn't clean. The "gym" was filled with old air conditioners and boxes with no gym equipment at all.

Carpets were filthy, the place stunk. Very dated overall. The walls in the pool area are gross and need paint. Walls are paper thin and can hear anything anytime. I hear constant walking on the 2nd level that booms down to the main level. Not worth what they charge.

Fair price, older hotel exterior, interior halways and pool are really could use an update. My room wall unit Ac was non operational fortunalty they supplied a movable ac unit that worked to keep the room cool. Made getting into one bed a bit cumbersome.
