The property itself is older, but renovated. Rooms are nicely updated and roomy. However, if you like the quiet evenings, DO NOT book a balcony room facing the pool area. It was very loud up until 11pm. The view is nice, but the noise in the evening is awful.

Nothing can be done. Its not what the pictures show. Its an old and outdated motel thats been retrofitted to appear as though its modern. In the photos the rooms look like holiday inn or other modsrn places but upon arrival you will realize its just a dollar store version.
They allow pets it seems. Someone had a dog in the room beside me. I got to hear one of two things, dog walking woth loud scratching on the linoleum floor, or barking.
You also get a choice of heat in tbe room or sleep. The heater sounds like a broken jet engine and you cant sleep through that sound. I choose sleep so i turned off the heat. However i was so grossed out because the previous person stuck their fake eyelashes on the wall by the thermostat and it was never cleaned.
The bed looked like a standard hotel bed but as with all the fixtures it was just a dollar store version. The mattress was somewhat crunchy and very loud. I didnt really trust it.
In the end i slept in a cold room, on the couch while being kept awake by a dog pacing around and barking. It was indistinguishable from just sleeping in a backlane.
I think it was about equal to sleeping in my car. It could of gone either way.
Its a failing hotel likely being kept alive by a depleting money source or government bookings. I dont imagine it being around much longer.

The glass in the shower door moved when the shower door was opened or closed. I felt unsafe so left the door half open at all times. Broken glsss would cause a severe possibly fatal injury.

The room we stayed for this hotel was great. It was spacious , had a couch , a decent sized fridge a d a king-sized bed. However, the room was hot so we had the A/C on when we were sleeping and it was very noisy.
Our room had a window and the blinds don't block a lot of the sunshine so the room was very bright in the morning.
I would say this hotel is best served for families and sports teams wanting to use the pool area.

Check in staff was professional. Found floor in room dirty. Our feet were black from the floor. Excess of smoking at the entrances and as a non smoker that was allergic was not impressed as signs said no smoking 30 ft from entrances. No inforcememt. There were security guards seen on the property.

When we got there we found chip crumbs in the pullout bed that my son was sleeping in. We also had extremely noisy hallways with people in the till 4 am. On of the nights we had someone pull the fire alarm and then we had to listen to that for an hour until the police arrived and escort the person off the property outside our door.

We frequently stay at the Vic Inn and while our room was the as per usual the common area, especially pool were terribly unkept. I understand the hotel is busy right now but the dirty standing water and literal filth all over the pool deck was nothing short of disgusting.
The little play area at the restaurant was no better. Garbage, dirty towels and food crumbs all over it.
Maybe need to hire extra environmental staff instead of the multiple security guards that do not seem to be doing much of anything. I warned four of them that were standing around on their phones that there appeared to be a person heavily under the influence of some type of drugs in the hot tub and they basically shrugged their shoulders at me. And not sure that anything was actually done.
All that said we will probably return but maybe once we know it’s better to do so.

We stayed here for two nights, and didn’t even want to go in the pool the second day which was a big draw for us. However, there was about 20 kids in clothing that were kicked out and they came right back. There was no adult supervision for all these kids. We tried to flag security down multiple times but they didn’t come assist. We asked for extra towels and were told they’d bring them to us, then no one came. It was very disappointing that the security staff couldn’t handle the guests. There was multiple people consistently smoking (not cigarettes) outside, lots of people high or drunk around.

It's okay, but I don't think it's great value for what you pay. In other hotels with comparable prices, there is more included with the room, like free breakfast, for instance. In addition, the room I was in was poorly renovated and the shower did not work very well.

Staff was very unorganized and unknowable at check in. No one was answering the phone at the front desk all night when I would call about noise issues. Felt unsafe to leave my room.

Firstly, i booked the deluxe king size room. They gave use a double queen size room! They gave away our room to evacuated from the fires! Bathroom floor was filty, toe nails in the corners! Pool area was filthy, wet towels everywhere and no clean towels. Broken tile in the hot tub. Carpets in the hallway were covered with food.

Our room was clean, spacious and well suited for our family of 4. We appreciated the pool side room for our little one's birthday party and also appreciated that quiet hour was enforced right at 11pm. I wanted to comment on the cleanliness of the pool area. I do understand not having a lifeguard on duty, but I do wonder if a pool attendant would help keep the area clean and safe for guests. There was a large mucky brown puddly area around the stairs that I didn't even want my boys to have to walk through. There was no attention gave to it through our entire stay- 24 hours. In other hotels, pool attendants squeegee the area often to keep it safe AND clean. I really think this would make guests more comfortable. I also wish we would have known about having to rent tables outside of our room. I know other guests in poolside rooms felt the same way as they asked us where we got our table from (we had to bring from home). I saw many people taking plastic chairs and tables from the pool area- which is understandable, but takes away from people being able to use them around the pool. Otherwise, the room was fantastic and the staff were lovely!

Great hotel with great service. My room was really spacious, the bed was comfortable and I loved the heated floor in the bathroom.
The food in the restaurant was delicious with fast and friendly service.
I did a lecture in the private dining room and the service was flawless. I hardly noticed the server coming and going. She was very efficient.
