Good hotel. We have accessibility needs and these were quite well accommodated (door, washroom). The bed is too low but was comfortable. Found the staff to be excellent (the exception was the restaurant, but that’s a separate review). Overall, the property is a bit dated. I think maybe some improvements are underway.

The main issue during my stay was the construction noise early in the morning. If you’re hoping to sleep in, it may be difficult, as work begins quite early. Our room was located right next to the construction site—almost attached to the hotel—which made the noise especially noticeable. Guests staying on the opposite side of the property may have a better experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case for us.

The overall stay of one day was good. The room was comfortable and very clean, however the furniture and bathroom were very outdated. The property in general needs serious updates, specially the very old carpet that runs along the main floor. There is obviously some expansion happening but I was not aware of that at time of booking so I wished I knew. The indoor pool is also not as big as it looks in the picture and needs some TLC. Despite that, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant La Brigade is excellent. Might return after construction is all over.

Room was aged and in need of an upgrade. Had a room with a view of the river only to find out when getting in to the room that a lift being used for the on-site construction was parked in front of the window. Also due to the construction and a large on site book show the parking area was greatly reduced (to park and allow schools buses bringing children to the book show to park and /or turn around) leaving the only option to park in a time restricted or no parking area. The entire lobby and hallways to the conference area were crammed full of booths for the book show.

We had a wonderful room with a view of the St Lawrence, fantastic! It was very comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have a second washer/dryer set for guests to use, it was sort crowded and I had to wait. Good restaurant, too!

I was not informed that my King Suite with a view would have loud hotel construction right outside my window starting at 8 a.m. I would never have paid extra for a “view” just to see and hear construction. On top of that, the two young women at the front desk when I checked in were rude and unhelpful—they offered no directions, no courtesy, and were dismissive when I tried to ask questions. The noise from the hotel’s new wing construction was unbearable, and I ultimately decided to leave early because of it.

La chambre que vous nous avez réservé était une chambre tout ce qu'il y a de plus standard, il n'y avait rien de luxueux ou supérieur. C'était supposé être ne chambre avec vue sur la ville, et nous avons obtenu une chambre avec vue sur le stationnement, avec de la construction juste à côté tout près, qui nous a réveillé le matin vers 7h15 !
Et pour une chambre supérieure, la douche ne gardait pas l'eau chaude constante, ça variait entre tiède, froid et brulant ! Ma conjointe s'est brulé le bras lors d'une de ses douches ! moi aussi j'ai vécu des variations d'eau chaude durant mes douches les 3 jours que nous étions là.
Vraiment déçu.
Surtout de savoir que vous nous avez facturé 50$ de plus par jour pour nous lier à cet hôtel, en plus de frais de 30$ de plus à moi.
Ça nous a coûté 993$ pour 3 nuits, pour une chambre qui en vaut maximum 243$ par nuit !!! C'est du vol.

Some construction going on the property, but that is understandable. It did not impact our stay in any way and was not an inconvenience ! Overall, an excellent property and more important, excellent service and staff. Really good on site dining options. For families with kids, they have a big indoor pool with a slide !!!!! This place would definitely be my FIRST CHOICE when visiting Rimouski, Quebec again.

Room was ok , door for the room was broken off one track . There was a strong humidity smell in the hotel but i guess it was from the pool . I was in a far room for the wifi apparently so the connection was non functional and the t.v's cut out all the time . So we slept early and left early . I was in a motel on my way up that was alot cheaper and was better maintained . It was not worth the price .

This hotel was beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool as it was a rainy day so we didn’t do much walking outside. The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed a couple drinks at the bar, even though they were a bit pricey.
