C’est un hotel des années 1970 mais quand même bien entretenu. À l’époque c’était une chaine d’hotels luxueuses. Les lits sont très comfortables, la literie et les serviettes de bain de qualité, mieux que bien des hotels à prix beaucoup élevé. les fenêtres sont petites mais je pense que toutes les chambres on une vue sur la mer.

The property was empty for a period. A few areas were renovated and the hotel was reopened. The rooms are well renovated and clean. The elevator however was not working. The front desk attendant just shrugged and apologized. No one offered help for the elderly clients with mobility issues with their luggage up the stairs. Other than the renovated floors, the rest of the building (restaurant and pool area) looks abandoned.

There were no lamps in the room. We had to get out of bed to turn off the lights and find our way back to bed in the dark. Every time one of the adjoining rooms turned on the water, you would hear the noise. When people talked in the corridor, you would hear the noise. The refrigerator was noisy.
The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.

Rooms a re very noisy, we could clearly hear the conversations in the next room or in the hallway.
Only coffee and vending machine on the 1st floor but all for a fee. (Coffee is not free)
1 elevator for all floors and doesn't say up or down so expect some surprises and confusion.

Old hotel that has re openned for the summer. Was told that there had been some renos done, but certainly not in my room. Decoration must date from the 90's. No lamps on the bedsides, but holes in the wall where they used to be.
Bed was very comfortable. TV cable was awefull! No clean reception for any channels.
Staff was very friendly.

Shamefull to call this an \"hotel\". It's a fancy motel.
Rooms and decorations used to be up to date back in the 90'. Carpet was on its last miles. Electrical wires going from the wall plug to the TV were tucked underneath the carpet, not sure it's up to code and safe. Bathroom was small and smelled like humidity. Bathroom door was shedding because of too much humidity and had simply been repainted. Furniture were functional but not pretty. King size bed was comfortable with alot of pillows.

The whole place is functional, but i wouldn't pay more than 100$/night (was charged 300$/night at that time).

Rapport qualité prix très inférieur par rapport au prix de la chambre. Une table de chevet style magasin a bas prix, pas de lampe de nuit. Pas de crochet pour faire séché les serviettes, pas de fer a repasser. Sur la photo du site il y a 2 fauteuil alors que j'ai eu 2 chaises de cuisine. J'ai fait une plainte au personnel a la réception et la gentille dame très polie s'excusait de la situation et me disait qu'elle allait faire le nécessaire pour arrangé le tout d'ici mon retour en fin de journée et rien n'a été fait. Non vraiment si vous êtes mal pris faites donc 50 km de plus pour vous hébergés ailleurs.

I hadn't been in Gouverneurs in awhile, I don't think I will for a long time. Old property and facilities, I felt like nothing had change for at least 20 years. No coffee in the room, I had to pay for one in the lobby... No iron. But on a positive note, the staff was courteous, and the bed very comfortable.

Hotel need a facelift. bad TV reception due to hold cables. Paint chipping from wall and ceiling. New A/C unit installation does not look finish with plywood and silicone around the unit. Paper glass. only two power outlet with all appliance using power bars. overall, Hotel need to leave it's 1970 style and move into the 2020.

Room 201 .the dirty carpeted floor felt you were walking on rocks (like all small stones)we thought we were assigned 201 because of the discount from Hotel.com. The other part of the hotel carpet in hallways was very nice and clean.We would never recommend this Hotel.

This hotel is showing its age. There was no fridge nor microwave oven in our room. There was just one microwave on each floor at the single elevator . The A/C was loud and the water of the swimming pool was green☹️☹️☹️
The food at the restaurant was good and they promoted their policy of only charging $10.00 over their SAQ cost.🙂

When booking, we indicated that we required a dog-friendly room and when we arrived we were informed that a we booked a business room that did not allow dogs so they had to change things around. This resulted in a longer check-in which should have been resolved when we booked instead of when we arrived. The location however was great.

The room assigned tl me was so dirty I have never experienced that before.
When I asked to change rooms they wanted to send me a person to pass the vaccum.
I went to front desk and had to ask for an upgrade cause there was no way I would sleep in that dirty room.I also paid for the upgrade.

The rooms are very old and moldy. Bathroom was not so clean; the toilet paper holder was broken, the tiles were broken and there was rust.
The rug in the room was not very clean (i have a crawling baby so I saw all the dust on his clothes after he crawled a little around the room)
There were no amenities in the room, no fridge, there was a shared microwave in the hall and the closet is very old (i didnt dare hang my clothes in it).
We only liked the location of the hotel, there is a nearby shopping center and some restaurants.

It was our first time visiting Rimouski and we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was a bit too dry and the bed was not set properly. Good service with smiling employees.
