❌ the room is smelly, no one come to clean the room or at least collect the rubbish.
❌one if the tv channel not working,no voice, the staff said wait till other rooms complained about it,then the will look into it.

The room 2219 smelled musty, the sheets did not change and there were stains. moldy ceilings. first time staying in a hotel like this. regular breakfast, nasi lemak and bread. which is ok is a strong shower. parking ok.

Old wing building in very very sad condition. Old & smelly toilet, exhaust fan not working in the toilet resulted uncomfortable smell. Boring tv channel. Less power-point-plug inside the room. Hard for charging. Old AC and not working properly. No iron/iron board provided. Hot water working fine. Last two year staying at new wing we got no issues. Nice pool for adult & children.

The room we booked was very dirty. The aircond leaked and dust was everywhere. The bathroom was like a public toilet. I had to downgrade to another room only to get a better room and clean bathroom. They made the bed but my toddler can do it better. Not worth to pay RM300 for a big room but had to downgrade to get a cleaner room. Better to stay at nearby chalet instead.

The room is full of dust (table, desk, tv and floor). The room was not packed when we checked in. The kettle is also dusty and rusty. The clogged bathroom caused water to stagnate while we were bathing.
on our second, we asked for a packed room and a stained-glass bathroom. but unfortunately when we returned to the room at night, the room was still in the same condition, unpacked. during my check-in I had a cold due to dust allergy.

Bad experience during vacation with family

This is bad experience especially with Family for holiday!

I am being charged almost closed to \"double\" by booking via hotels.com by comparing to the checked in day rate.

The hotel room basically with old furniture and smelly and totally different from the photo posted in Hotels.com website.
I supposed stay in the non-smoking room but my daughter found the cigarate waste in the drawer and found the expired food in the refrigerator!

I booked the hotel for 2 days and I checked out on the next day and book another day hotel in Kuantan.

Liked the pool view room and it was quite spacious . Swimming pool was clean and facilities was ok.
A very beautiful beach just in 5 min walking distance
And there are many things need to be taken care here ; especially room cleanliness, room and balcony was very dirty and the floors were sticky and we had to ask the housekeeping to clean it for us and that guy used the same dirty water to mop the whole room and it was damn smelly .
Toilet wasn’t that clean too as there’s a lot of stains on the floor, plus the aircond was not cooling at all, we had to call the maintenance and they repaired it while we were in the room , I think all this need to be checked and cleaned before guests arrive. I really hope the management will look into this matter .

Requested for connecting room.... but my booking were mix-tub... the hotel front office said the booking came to them separately and they did not know that I have made 2 rooms request...

Arrived at the hotel 3:45pm... room not ready... ask us to came back in halve and hour and promised to call once rooms are ready..

No one call... came back by ourselves... about 6pm... did not get connecting room... only manage to have 2 room next to each other...

Having some difficulties because of our kids next door, in and out of the room to get to each other....

First came in to the room... without drinking water... asking for toilet rolled did not delivered...

Asking for extra bed... called 3 times from afternoon after check-in... House keeping only managed to deliver to the room at 12:30am... ???

checked out.... credit card machine did not work... have to pay cash...

This is first and last....

We stayed at room 213 (quad room). Only 2 towel provided, more towel, youll be charge RM5/each. The reading lamp has no bulb (funny eh), my son killed a cockroach in the bathroom, plug for water heater nearly detach from wall (afraid to use), tv channel not so clear (i think satellite tv channel should be clear), cracked plain wall without any picture hanging (not as good as in promotion picture)..

Basic mid range hotel. I had a particularly bad experience as I waited a few hours and had to make several calls before given the keys to change room (the first one we got had a damaged bathroom door that got stuck all the time). There was a dead cockroach in the next room we got. The pool was crowded because of the school holidays, wish there was a separate section for adults only.

We had a very pleasent stay at residence inn. We enjoyed the swimming pool, had one meal at the restaurant and used the laundry service. Everything was perfect. There was a small pb of reservation for fireflies but we coyld join even if the booking wasn't registered. To book tours and get reliable informations on buses/ ferries, the bestis Dinbadger in town.

- It is a non smoking room, but bed sheets with strong smoking smell.
- Toilet was horrible and i need to call the front desk to clean it after check in.
- The air conditioning in room blow out some bad smell and i believe partially because of the carpet. I need to open the glass door whole night to have some fresh air in the room.

When first step in the room, you will find the room is run down. Old furniture, old bed, it didn't look like 3 stars hotel. The room condition is bad but at least please keep the room clean. Musty smell in the bathroom and it didn't clean up well, feel very uncomfortable when using the bathroom.

The water in the swimming pool is dirty. It is not clear. Overall, it is not a pleasant stay.

The staffs are good but unfortunately the room smelly especially the carpet. The hotel not really near to beach. Need to come out from hotel and walk for 5 min. They only provide 2 towels for room with 3 guests.

The room is very comfortable.

It took us for about 45 minutes just to check in as our room was not available. As we have been driving for more than 5 hours, it was a very tiring and unpleasant experiencs. Hope to be stepped up for the sake of the hotel customers. TQVM.

My room was black-out starting at 5.30pm and i was given a new room 5 minutes before 8.00pm. It was dark. I'm all wet as I was just got back from the pool. I have to wait another 15 minutes to get the housekeeping to send towels at the new room that is after i made two calls. Me and my kids were bitten by mosqitoes. No beach access (I didn't realize when booking). Foods were not tasty and not a lot of choices. Bed is not comfy (I can feel the mattress spring). Wifi can't be connected. But the staffs are friendly.

Nice Hotel

Very helpful staffs. Fast check-in/check-out. Separate swimming pool for kids and adult. Have volleyball field. 5 mins walk to beach. Many places to eat.

Hotel is nice (like newly renovated).
Great swimming pool for adult & kids (separate).
Only downside is you need to walk about 5min to go to the beach (outside hotel area).

I'm staying in deluxe room with 2 queen bed. The room interior was a bit old but ok. Bed blanket pillow were very comfort.The pool for adults & kids was great. I had a good time with my family.

The hotel is satisfactory. Location is near to beach and eateries. But the interior of the hotel room needs refurbishment - furnitures are old, bathroom has wet and moldy smell. Air-cond can't be controlled and the next morning it stopped functioning and there was water dripping from the air-cond unit. It certainly needs fixing. However, the exterior of the hotel is pleasant looking as it was newly painted.

Just ok for small family

Quite comfortable for small family. I’ve to wait for 35 minutes for my room to get ready. The pool was ok for the kids to swim.
