Good location right between Cherating and Kemaman, and located right at the beach. Easy parking and accessible. Decent rooms and maintenance though one can easily tell the establishment is rather old.

1. Out-dated facilities and conditions, can you image the room telephone c/w no cable?
2. Poor front desk servives, their even can't answer what time is breakfast start.
3. Just serve very basic local Malay food for BREAKFAST, BUT no Nasi lemak!!

The room is dirty. There are stains on the blankets and pillows. There is no hair dryer provided. The unpacked soap from previous guest is still there in the room. Quite disappointed.

Check in process is very long. Only 3 team member were there during arrival at 330pm. About 7-10 guests flocking the counter. No line! Please invest in cordon rope. It doesn’t cost a bomb. Take more than half an hour to check in. Was given a wrong room. Booked suite but given terrace room. Another half an hour to wait for the room to be ready. Property condition is bad. Tile chips are here and there. Safety issues here with family and kids running around. Breakfast offering is ok. Room towels are not allowed at swimming pool. But no pool towel either or perhaps not enough. Team members are no where to be seen except at front office, f&b outlet and room floor. Looks like they have less than 20 team member running the hotel. Room size is huge. Cleanliness are acceptable despite cockroaches found mainly in bathroom. What sells this hotel is the location; near to beach. If you are on budget than this hotel is fine. If you are looking for something to talk about at office about your last vacation and stays here, better not. Anyway, served as quick gateway with budget constraint

Good but requires a revamp

The hotel is dated, rooms were outdated and requires lots of updating. The room was generally clean. Breakfast was terrible, lack of variety and wasnt appetizing.

Also there was an event going on and the singers shouting at the top of their voice till 11.30pm. Affecting our sleep. Management should stop them at 10pm. The phone was not even connected so unable to call them.

The staff are superb they are excellently nice. Even if the hotel is quit old, management was able to maintain the cleanliness. Rooms are great we stayed at the ground floor beach front. It was superb. We really enjoy or stay .

We found the hotel to be pleasant and nice to stay at.. the room had a good sea view. The beach was quiet which was great as we could spend some quality and peaceful time there.. however, breakfast was bad-some of the food and drinks served were bland and had no taste. The bathroom cleanliness could do with some help.. in addition, the karoke session should be done indoors.. currently outdoors, it was disturbing the occupants as the sound was very loud...

Old hotel design..please upgrade ur design to get more comfort to guest..pool to small cause to many guest in weekend cant support all guest..only kid can swim..
Extra bed for 3person not same bad..so the comfortable is low.

Reasonable room rate, close to the beach.

Checking in took a little longer than usual, the staff however were very friendly and helpful. Hotel cleanliness level probably need to raise up a bit, especially near the swimming pool.

The hotel is good and has a beautiful view. Delicious food with all reasionable prices. Safe and convenient location for honeymooners and couples. Beatiful and attractive interior furnishings. Beside breakfast it is not so good and needs to be repaired. Thank you.

Bad experience holiday

Bad experience for my holiday. Late check in. Electricity power failure, no back up generator, tv channel very bad, not clear tv pictures, breakfast very limited for RM25 per pax. Swimming pool only suitable for kids. Really not recommended to stay here.

Room quite big but looks old, all the furniture need to be upgraded. They must improved on cleanliness, we can smell dust in the room, and can see clearly some part of the room not clean properly. The toilet is the worse, very smelly and lots of mold. WiFi is super slow, its better to use your data.Breakfast needs lots of improvement.

Good view hotel but have to improve.

First of all good approach by mopping the floor by using \"dettol\" hygeince.

However, suggested the property have to refurbish due to old furnitures. Wash room and TV Channel not working property. Management should add onn more channel on TV.

Water pressure very dissappointed. Hope to see improvement in future.The area of viewing are superb.

Please put more on lightning along the road to the resort. Seems dark and not visible.

This is the worst hotel i ever stay for, not worth to pay, rather stay in hostel even cleaner than that. Showerhead spoilt, only i line water flow down, you cant even wash your body,hair, hv no choice, using the holes at the toilet bowl to shower. The dirty towel fold it back and place it on the rack, full of cigarette ashes inside..OMG. Internet not available only after 10am, inside the room full of ant on the floor... cant imagine paying that kind of price to get such a crab room

Staff were very friendly during our stay. Me and my family really had a great time. The place may not be perfect it will give you awesome memories. Cheap in price but not in service. If you are looking for a nice and cozy place I highly recommend this place.

Very bad experience during check in. 5pm still not able to check in to the room. Request been placed during booking for queen size bed, high floor but end up only manage to get low floor with single beds.

Disappointed..

From the outside, the hotel looked everything like a 3 star hotel it was given but during the check in process, that was when everything started to go wrong. Even though we booked more than a month in advanced and was promised a queen/king size bed we were informed by the person in charged that they only had 2 single bed rooms for us and could only joined the beds together. That was only the beginning of my disappointment. After entering the room, the cleanliness was another issue, the condition of the room was quite horrible, it was as if it hasn't been cleaned in months. Dust all over the place. My wife and children couldn't stop sneezing. After that we tried the pool and saw it wasn't properly maintained. Rubbish inside the pool and etc. Before going to sleep I realized the 2 twin beds were totally different, one was very soft as if we were going to sink inside the bed while the other bed was just nice. Breakfast was quite ok but had to wait around 15 minutes to get an omlet. Overall, I was quite disappointed with my stay compared to my last stay 5 years ago..

Beach view the only saving grace

Rooms are tired looking. Worn out bathroom fittings. Smelly overused towels. Breakfast disappointing. Was hungry so only had cereal as the rest of the breakfast fare failed the taste test. Don't understand why they allow people in the pools with their clothes on. Pools too small. Only stayed there because the price was the cheapest in the area for a supposedly 3-star resort. Won't be back.

Good hotel for medium budget.

Overall comment is , very good resort if you go as a group, they have lot of outdoor game options like beach volleyball , badminton. Swimming pool is good. You can enjoy your time peacefully . Kids swimming pool also nice.
