Nothing wrong with the room, it was beyond what we were expecting with the level of cleanliness mixed with the luxury we received. Especially the staff, they’re the nicest we have encountered during our stay in phuket!

Baba House was very clean, quiet and the pool was great. We stayed here as part of our honeymoon and they made towel swans for on the bed when we checked in and put rose petals around them and in the bathroom! It was adorable. Bed and pillows were comfortable, AC was awesome, everything was great. Had a lovely stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes of driving from he phuket old town or phuket central shppoing mall.
The pool was really nice and clean. It was often completely empty and we had the whole facility to ourselves. We enjoyed the breathtaking views and the birds singing while we were swimming.
Cons:
1. The furniture was a bit old.
2. The neighborhood is not suitable for someone who is seeking a partying experience. But if you are okay with taking bolt and grab rides to touristic destinations, it will suit you well.

Not recommend despite the price

The hotel is relatively new with nice decoration.
But the room has smelly sewage from the bathroom. The bathroom floor and sink were not cleaned properly with a few pu..c hair scattering here and there and hair in a sink. Bed sheet smell very bad which made the sleep so tough. Limited TV channels mainly Thai free TV.

Basic,clean and affordable comfort

Short stay before heading to the airport for a late night flight. Room was sparsely decorated but with ample space. Bed was comfortable. Having two separated blankets for the king bed was a practical touch. TV was small and far from the bed with very basic channels. Bathroom tiles, grout and fixtures are showing wear and tear. Overall a very quiet and restful experience. Didn't try the pool or gym.

To my horror, the balcony door cannot be locked! Luckily we were only there for a short stay and the room was on the 3rd floor. I hope the hotel will get all balcony doors checked and fixed if needed.

Clean large room close to Central Festival

We booked a family double room. We were initially allocated a twin room but the hotel was quick to arrange housekeeping to push the beds together and change the bed linen to double sheet & duvet. The room size was great. The only downside was that the shower had no hot water - only lukewarm water. The pool was good for lap swimming and luckily we had it to ourselves, as it's not very wide. The basic buffet breakfast consisted of fried eggs, fried rice, cornflakes, toast, bananas & yogurt, which was sufficient for us. The location was convenient for our needs - in between Chalong and Central Festival shopping centre. However it may not be so convenient for others who do not have a car. The hotel does offer a shuttle service to Central Festival though. We got a great deal via hotels.com (57% discount) so was reasonable value for the price we paid.

Great stay , Nice Hotel

A very nice and value for money hotel, very nice, helpful and friendly staff , they do all that they can to please us and they recommended very nice beaches and attractions to visit also the tour desk and motor bikes rental from the front desk was a great thing to have.
Good location to explore all phuket but by motor bikes although slightly away from the beach , getting there wasn't a great deal as we enjoyed the bike ride on the roads through the jungles and up the hills.
A clean room, large and comfortable room although the bed is quiet hard but the overall room was very good.
The pool was a nice addition and view.
The hotel manager and owner were realy kind and very friendly and welcomed us a lot .
Strongly recommend the hotel and definitely would stay there again.

Great staff and good value for the money

Great, newer property. Staff is nice, helpful and friendly. They offer motorbike rentals on site so it is easy to get everywhere. 20-30 mins from everywhere. Clean rooms, comfortable king size beds and an additional mantras/bed for additional people. You can fit 1-4 people in the king + room. Pool access is unique as you open the patio door and have private steps into the pool.
Though this place is a little inland it is centrally located so you can get to Rawai or Patong-- whatever you fancy.
Good value for the money.

Family stay, children (2) loved the bunk beds in our room setup. Pool/poolside isn't large but warmed up nicely by late morning, lap swim-able and shallow section for children's play. As of early 2016 not much nearby for food/play options, but only short walk south to convenience store. With your own transportation, several central or southern beaches and lookout points 20-40 min drive. Plan your transportation needs unless you are staying in or only need very local food options.

Hôtel passable. Nous y avons séjourné 5 nuits. Alors oui les prix sont imbattables, bon rapport qualité/prix, quartier très sympathique, 7 eleven pas loin, des restaurants également ( mention spécial au restaurant situé juste en face de la sortie de l’hôtel. Chambre spacieuse, le balcon et un + MAIS personnel pas très sympathique, on dit bonjour, grand sourire très souvent sans réponse, l’impression de déranger, on n’ose rien demander. On ne paye pas cher mais un bonjour c’est la base du respect. La salle de sport, c’est une blague honnêtement ne vaut mieux ne même pas la mentionner, elle est très petite( 3 machines) oui, mais les machines sont dans un état insalubre, tout est rouillé et il n’y a pas de climatisation. La piscine est un plus mais pas ouf, à moins d’avoir les chambres face a cette dernière, aucun point d’ombre, 0 parasol, les transats sont exposés plein soleil. Nous avons voulu nous baigner et nous avons constaté que l’eau était sale ( sac plastique, particules dans l’eau) et cela en début de journée…
Literie de la chambre et salle de bain pas très propre.
Encore une fois hôtel passable, cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un bon séjour mais nous nous devions de donner un avis honnête car nous le trouvons beaucoup trop bien noté pour ce que c’est.
Mention spécial à la femme de ménage très sympathique, qui faisait notre chambre impeccable.

Bra hotell för ett billigt pris, var lite smutsigt i något hörn på rummet men det var okej för det billiga priset vi fick betala. Kan rekommendera detta hotell! Solstolarna var lediga hela tiden och bra plats där solen lös igenom.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Het hotel is goed als je de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding bekijkt. We zijn er 2 weken geweest en wat opviel is dat je wel echt de kamers aan het zwembad moet boeken wil je een fijn verblijf hebben. Er zijn bij het zwembad geen parasols of toilet. Ondanks dat er elke dag werd schoongemaakt, werd dit niet erg grondig gedaan. De gym is aanwezig, maar geen airco. De locatie is geweldig als je van rust houd. Je kan met de taxi overal naartoe en er zijn een paar restaurantjes in de straat. Maar ook via Grab is kan je van alles laten bezorgen. Als je van drukte houdt dan moet je ergens anders verblijven. Al met al een prima verblijf. Trouwens geen haardroger beschikbaar, mocht je die nodig hebben moet je die zelf meenemen.

너무 좋은곳이였지만, 칫솔치약 없구요.
그리고 타월도 세개인데 하나는 기본사이즈
바닥에 깔아놓을거 하나, 두개는 샤워타올
이렇게 밖에 주질 않아요.
더 달라고 했더니 그게 끝이래요.
그게 좀 불편했어요.
그거 빼고는 다 좋았어요.
하지만 남자친구랑 헤어진곳이라서
마냥 슬프네요

とても部屋も綺麗でよかった、しかし乾燥しているのか朝起きると喉が痛かったので洗濯物を中で干していた。
パトンビーチ、バングラ通りまで行くまで少しかかるがプーケットに行く目的によっては使い勝手のいいホテルだと思う。
行く際は交通機関が発達していないのでしっかりと考えたが良い

Fantastiskt hotell för en billig peng! Trevlig personal, stora och fräscha rum, bekväma sängar med bra städning. Nackdelen var frukosten som var katastrofal, väldigt litet utbud med noll variation, även poolen var att klaga på då den inte rengjordes varje dag. Hotellet ligger lite avskilt, svårt för vissa taxi förare att hitta då den inte ligger centralt, men perfekt för den som vill ha det lite lugnare.

숙소는 깨끗하고 넓습니다. 매일 청소를 해주며 청소를 원하지 않을 때(외출 안할 시) 수건이나 물 등 필요한 물품을 채워줍니다. 근처에 식사를 할 수 있는 곳이 있으며 포장도 가능하여 숙소에서 먹을 수 있습니다. 편의점은 2~300미터 걸어야합니다. 빠통비치,정실론까지 멀어서 택시를 이용해야하며 택시비가 부담스럽습니다. ‘빠통비치 갈때 참고: 호텔에서 택시 서비스 500바트/ 그랩택시 400바트(길이 별로 밀리지 않을 때)
