The room was very clean and the staff was very respectful. The parking was easy and there were a couple things around the hotel such as the Naka Weekend market and many restaurants that were very interesting. Definitely would stay again!

This is was my worst stay in Thailand. I was visiting Thailand for 10 days and stayed at 4 different properties throughout my journey to Phuket and Krabi. My experience with this stay was worst experience as I faced an issue with the AC, the AC was not working properly and was not cooling at all. On complaining to staff about it they came in a said this is how our ACs are if you don’t like it cancel the stay and go somewhere else and all this happened at 11pm in the night. The manager of this property also tried to convince us that this is how ACs work and it is just fine I mean this wasn’t the first time I am using an AC and staying at different places across Thailand I can tell this is not how AC work in other hotels as well.
Long story short they handled the situation very badly and after arguing for 45 min at midnight they finally agreed to change the room for us which they also tried to get away with initially by saying they don’t have any other room vacant.
The staff wasn’t helpful either and constantly tried to say that this is not a problem it is normal and they can’t do any thing in this case.
Please avoid this place and book a better stay staff is not well trained and manager does not care about you at all!

Although the architecture of the property is beautiful thats about where the pros end. The rooms and bathrooms are extremely small, theres not even space to open your luggage, there is also no furniture besides a bed, desk & desk chair. There is 0 noise insulation, you can hear everything from the corridors, the AC is also very noisy, the curtains are also not black out. The overall cleanliness of the room & bathroom also need massive improvement.

My room was described as superior mansion room but there was nothing superior about it - 305.
There was nowhere to put any clothes or cases. There was a desk, with one chair!!!, where the kettle and cups were and that was the only piece of furniture in the room
The bathroom smelt so bad I wretched when I went into it. I reported it and they did come immediately and clean it but after a few hours it was just as bad, I ended up using my body spray then perfume just to use it.
It is also on an extremely busy road with no real pavement to walk on. Theres nothing for a tourist to do with walking distance of this hotel so you really need a car or be prepared to pay for a taxi any time you want to go out.

We only stayed one night, Phuket was just a stopover on the way the am island. The hotel was clean and modern. Our room was clea . Breakfast was good. The drain in our shower didn’t work at all and it flooded our bathroom. I tried 2x to explain to the front desk so it could be fixed before the next guest but the language barrier was difficult and I’m fairly sure he didn’t understand.

Low key luxury

Second time staying and I love this hotel. The immediate location is not resort-like but that suits me, it is great value luxury in a convenient location especially if you have a rental car. This time I really enjoyed the pool.

Perfect if you want to do the weekend night market

Hotel was really nice. And really close to the weekend night markets which I highly recommend going to!! Other than that it’s located pretty far away from everything. And it’s surrounded by stinky city. The hotel it’s self was like an oasis amongst it all. Really perfect if you just want to stay the weekend to do the markets which are a 5 minute walk away.

Great but not without flaws

I loved the deluxe room (we upgraded from superior). I must say that the deluxe room minimum is a must, the difference between superior and deluxe is like the difference between Ibis and Grand Hyatt (seriously) for not much more money. The breakfast was nice if not a little repetitive but what can you expect. The pool was nice and clean and the restaurant was nice and reasonably priced.

The worst thing about the stay was the service. I feel as though most of the staff can speak with about 5% fluency in English, which is pretty difficult to work with and get help from them. The Hotel also own a (reasonably priced for Phuket) taxi service, in which they also try to rip you off. To the airport was 700THB, I wanted to be dropped off about 500m before the airport and they wanted to charge me 800THB, saying that it was \"further away\" despite me showing them on Google maps it was not. I just went to the airport for 700THB and walked, turned out the taxi driver went straight past where I wanted to go in the first place to get to the airport. It's not much money for tourists but it's the principal of doing such things to your own customers. It can really ruin a holiday (note that Phuket is just full of people trying to rip you off, so it's pretty bad anyway).

The rooms are loaded with basic amenities, clean and very comfortable.
Rooms are bit small but have balcony.
The buffet was really good and had wide variety of foods.
The food is really tasty in hotel restaurant.

Amazing property with awesome pool. We really enjoyed staying there and would go back in a heartbeat. Breakfast was delicious. They offered a variety of Thai breakfast dishes, none vegetarian though. But - since I’m a vegetarian - made me a veggie option of everything. Rooms are not too spacious, but therefore clean, chic and comfy beds. English tv channels! Not just news ;) close by 2 big malls. Recommend renting a scooter if you are ok with driving in a city.

Very hip hotel and near Naka Weekend market, but other than that, nothing around there and difficult to crab a tuk tuk/taxi as this hotel located next to the \"highway\" thing. Opposite of the hotel have massage but better don't go, just soso. Not much selection for breakfast buffet.

Great Boutique Hotel

Lovely Boutique Hotel on a busy road in Phuket Town. Very quiet despite the location. Set right back from the road. Beautiful design. Great service. We had a gorgeous suite with a bath on the balcony. Very novel. The room service was excellent and the Pool and grounds were perfectly kept. Couldn't recommend this Hotel more if you want to stay away from the Beach area or need to be near the the Hospitals.

Little Nyonya - always helpful

Great little hotel for the price with very helpful and friendly staff. If I was to be picky I would ask for a bedside table and some hair conditioner but really it was not essential. They will book excursions or ferries for you at the best available price (with cash if short notice). For a small hotel at a reasonable price it was fantastic. We stayed so that we had access to the hamuman zip lines (15min drive) and night market (10mins walk). Being in a group we were able to get taxis to the rest of phuket for reasonable prices.

We are very happy with our experience at this hotel. The hotel was beautiful to look at in every corner. The staff are very friendly. Great breakfast selection. Location wise I would say the best way to get around is by scooter however if you are not confident to drive amongst the locals, then taxi would be the way to go. There are fabulous night markets around the corner which was very handy but you do have to walk along a busy road. The hotel is a oasis from the hussle and bussle. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely room with a comfortable bed and a clean and spacious shower area. Staff were very welcoming and kind and the food was good in their restaurant and reasonably priced. The outdoor pool was lovely and a really peaceful haven to relax in after a hot day outside. Only the location was a bit of a problem as it is situated on a very busy road with no pavement to walk on and it would be dangerous anyway with bikes weaving on the inside of vehicles all the time. Taxis were required for all trips out which was a rather large additional expense - taxis are expensive in Thailand cities.

Lovely hotel - light, airy and relaxing.

What a beautifully decorated hotel - we had jnr suite which was gorgeous and pool area and reception etc also exquisite. Great service and b'fast ok. A bit out of the way for shops and restaurants but we found a fantastic little place called 'Green and Cafe' which has extensive and delicious menu catering for b'fast, lunch and dinner - its about 600 m from hotel and well worth it, cheap, healthy and delicious!

Little Nyonya is an interesting place to stay with outstanding architectural style. It can reflect local community in Phuket and is located near to Phuket Old Town. The hotel can improve its breakfast by adding local food to add value to its identity. Wifi is provided but not so good.

It iss close to central shopping mall and phuket town. Near the hotel there is good massage shop bonita gold. You can fo to Kaneng aeafood only 30 min.

Very clean boutique hotel

My wife and I liked this hotel so much from our first stay, we decided to come back here for a second go-around when our travel plans changed and brought us back to Phuket.

PROS:
- incredibly nice hotel staff
- hotel itself is in a nearly brand new condition
- plenty of toiletries
- four huge bottles of water were key during Thailand's hottest month of the year
- incredible pool for those super hot afternoons

CONS:
- location
- cost of private cabs to get anywhere
- no actual \"shuttle\" from the airport even though it mentions one in the Hotels.com listing - we simply paid for a surprisingly expensive taxi/shuttle at the airport

Our first stay at the hotel was just over the course of a weekend, so we had plenty to see and do with the nearby weekend night market. During weekdays however, we really felt how removed this hotel is from some of the more interesting points in Phuket. We had to take a taxi to get to most places and it adds up surprisingly quickly since we had to arrange a private cab with the hotel every time.

Nyonya hotel review

Great reception, friendly personnel at the hotel, which was immaculate. The room had nowhere to put clothing, but as we were only there 2 nights it didn't matter. Not close to the town, and the hotel wanted to use there own Taxi company all the time which is probably double the Taxi Meters. Pool was good and the breakfast okay.

Nearby night market is only open on Sunday. Hotel is a few huge roads away from Central Festival Mall, not as near as we would have liked. Quite near Phuket Old Town. Hotel room was comfortable and staff were helpful except one male receptionist who was rude. Taxi to airport was 700 baht one-way, way too expensive. Hotel booked a bike for us at 250 baht per day.

Lovely hotel with good amenities. Staff are very helpful. The close surrounding area lacked bars and restaurants but the old town of Phuket is a short taxi ride away. I would recommend this hotel and suggest the Colonial rooms are well worth the slight difference in price.

Beautiful little hotel with great staff

A lovely little hotel with pleasant staff.
The hotel feels very new, but very professionally managed. The rooms are very nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. I liked the nice pool and lounge area. The hotel is smaller than I expected, but that only made it more quaint and appealing.
The downsides are probably just the restaurant and location. The breakfast buffet selection was a bit limited, but with such a small and diverse guest group it's not surprising. The area is not especially scenic, but probably quite central for getting to different scenic points.

Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would be happy to visit again!

I booked the junior balcony room from hotels.com as it seemed the better of the 2 room choices but I changed to the superior room after I arrived ( extra amount wasn't refunded but I don't hold that against the hotel since I had chosen the higher costing room option)...
The junior balcony room has the bathtub in the balcony which I didn't like , it does have a good pool view though ...
The staff was kind enough to immediately change my room and not make a fuss out of it ...

Wifi : Didn't use it but each room has their own password so I'm guessing speed must be good
Breakfast: 3 , it had a decent variety but I couldn't get hot chocolate or cold chocolate even after I offered to pay for it ala carte ...
Location : it's 26 km from airport, it isn't close to any landmark that I am aware of ... However rent a scooter and you can wander all around

Staff: 4 , helpful and friendly

I saw a lot of families with kids at the breakfast so I can say it is good for families ... They were fully booked for the next couple of days , all 44 rooms being booked must mean they are doing something right ... They have parking area for cars and scooters....

A lovely hotel. Pretty design, big room (mid range) and really good staff. Lovely pool, that's open all the time and free of 'no diving' signs - just how a pool should be.
Breakfast is average but then they're never great in this country. The only downside is the area, which offers almost nothing, but get a moped and you're sorted. Good location for reaching all parts of the island.

Excellent value both at the great discounted rate I got and the normal price. It is not in a great area but the hotel gives a generous 250 Bht discount if you book the taxi with them. So a ride to the Old Town was 50 Bht when I stayed there
The room was very boutique. Clean and comfortable
Restaurant competitively priced but limited range.
The pool is a good size and tranquil.

Staff, as always in Thailand, friendly but only one spoke English
Overall great little hotel.
