Lamentablemente no era lo que esperaba. Linda decoracion pero solo eso. En los filtros de hotels.com aparecia que tenia dedayuno y ellos en sus folletos mencionan un \"light breakfast\", sin embargo al llegar nos dijeron que no habia desayuno en el hotel. Solo hay barritas de arroz y cafe instantaneo... Un desastre. Lo peor de todo es que en los alrededores tampoco hay lugares abiertos desde temprano para poder tomar un cafe o comer algo.
Mal ubicado, no tiene ningun servicio o ayuda de las personas de la recepcion. Nadie te ayuda a subir los bolsos por las escaleras.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Elegant building and rooms. Close to great pizza and Indian restaurants, shopping mall and brewery. Not far from old Phuket town. Really enjoyed our time there.

Nice boutique hotel within walking distance to the big Central Phuket mal. Not located close to any sightseeing spots. Transportation without a rental car is a problem, taxis are overpriced in Phuket. Overall not a bad hotel considering it’s relative price level in Phuket, but Phuket is definitely overpriced in general.

The O’nya Hotel is very pleasant with spacious rooms which are very clean and well equipped. The staff are attentive and very helpful. The breakfast is nice and the WiFi is good. The hotel is located close to several shopping malls, restaurants and entertainment. Its on a major road which allows easy access to the rest of the island. The only criticism is that due to the authentic nature of the shuttered windows there is a lot of road noise.

Very clean but next to highway so noise is a problem. The rooms facing inside do not have any windows but the issue of noise is not there. The breakfast was disappointing. However looking at the cleanliness and comfort that can be ignored

We have enjoyed our stay, no issues all ok. Be aware that it can be a bit noisy as it is located close to the main road. I had a good sleep though, value for money for sure.

Good location within walking distance to Big C and a longer walk or just a short drive to Central Festival. Very clean and well run, with a friendly resident cat if you are a cat lover. The light breakfast and snacks for guests was a nice touch. O'nya is excellent place to stay near to Phuket town.

Was fine for a one night visit, after flying in late from Phuket airport. Hotel staff are very friendly and rooms well presented. Our room was facing the street and we were offered ear plugs at check in. Do take them as this is the one downfall to this lovely hotel! The location is beside the major highway and traffic is constant and loud all night.
Ok for a short stay but one might find this very annoying for anything longer (particularly a light sleeper). It is only a short 5-10min taxi ride into the old/nice part of Phuket Town.

Had to visit the hospital, but loved my stay anyway. Best Thai restaurant ever in the same block w spicy northern cuisine. Plus, sushi, Indian, Italian, and steakhouse super close. Grocery store, 7-11, and massage within walking. Clean room, good ac, English movie channels, fridge. What a deal :)

New Hotel Tastefully Decorated with Friendly Staff
My first impression of the hotel could not have been better. The hotel staff at the front desk were very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel appeared to be newly built. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was served in the Avenue Restaurant and the food tasted great. The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes walk to Central Festival shopping mall, Big C and Phuket International Hospital. I would definitely stay at this hotel on my next visit to Phuket Town. You won't be disappointed.

A nice room that was very clean and comfortable. It has a small fridge and a larger size safe which was nice. Our only knock was that we only got one room key which needs to fit into a little slot by the door to turn the power on in the room. If you go out without requesting another key card, you will return to a very hot room after being out in the 90 degree plus weather!!! It took a good 20 plus minutes for the room to cool back down to be comfortable. Not really a complaint, but a suggestion to get a couple room key cards. Other than that this a very cute hotel on the main road within easy walking distance to the mall and food!!! We would stay here again without hesitation!!!!

Hotellet var superfint och fräscht. Servicen var också väldigt bra. Dock så ligger hotellet utmed en stor väg vilket resulterade i högt ljud, så vill du sova, köp öronproppar. Det var inte heller någon direkt frukost mer än vitt rostbröd, kaffe, te och sockerkaka. Men en liten promenad ner på den närliggande vägen finns en liten restaurang som serverade supergod thailändsk frukost, supergott och superbilligt!

Nice hotel close to shopping center
I have been in Phuket last December 2016 for the international school nurse conference. Our nurses reserved the rooms for a couple nights and I was falling with this hotel. I have been telling myself if I have a chance to visit Phuket again then I will stay here.
