The check-in was bad, the staff couldn't find my rooms. However they placed us in 2 other rooms for our stay. Rooms were fine and staff was courteous, but the stress and concern for our original booking thru Hotels.com was very upsetting.

The receptionist was bothered to have to check me in, and then was bothered, when I requested to switch rooms after finding a bed bug in the first room. He denied that they had bed bugs, because “we clean the rooms after every stay.” Be that as it may he should have done more to ease my concerns. He did not even offer a refund.

This is a very underrated property! It is sensational! We loved the room, the continental breakfast was excellent, and, the helpfulness of PK (front desk clerk / manager) was amazing. We felt valued and appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and can’t say enough good things about this gentleman and the hotel itself. Thank you for a great stay!

Annoying problems, but nothing terrible.

The ice machine wasn't working when I got there, but it was quickly fixed. The refrigerator in my room (104) was not working well. Then apparently some ice fell off and melted on the floor and it seemed to work better after that. I called the front desk when I used the pool and discovered there was no dry towel for me to use and let them know towels were needed at the pool. Several hours later I checked and there still were not dry towels to use. Perhaps they were keeping towels back for the community pool exercise the next morning whic had a lot of participants.

Very pleasant stay

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The pool was clean and warm. Simple breakfast was very enjoyable and convenient. We stay here every time we head up to Wautoma to visit family and we never once had an unpleasant experience. The owners are very friendly and accommodating and work hard to make guests comfortable and happy. We’ll be back!

This is a great family ran hotel. The owner was super nice and even blew up a beach volleyball for the kids to play in the pool with. Only thing that was a pain was to keep asking for pool towels, need to keep those stocked better.

Budget Motel in Cute Town

Cute little budget stay in Redgranite. The town is adorable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Rooms were okay. Perfect for a quick stay with no kids to get to your next destination. Prices were fantastic.

Looks a lot nicer in photos, there was some stains on the bed and stains on blanket which was gross. But staff was super nice and friendly and accommodating. Also the jaccuzi tub had a fake eyelash and some hair in it. So overall not a terrible place to stay but they really need to work on there cleaning habits.

Not again.

At checkin we were met with a fairly rude individual where I felt like my presence was interfering with his night. We then proceeded to go swimming only to find the hot tub coated in dark green alge. The pool was separate and looked good so we decided to swim.
Super salt water pool. The clerk hat was mentioned earlier kept coming to the window and watched us for 15 minutes on and off, before entering the pool area to put out towels- that had been empty and told my son specifically no jumping. My son cannonball'd once (only after another family had been doing it 10 or more times, prior) I pointed out the hot tub was just gross and he told me there was nothing wrong with it. Btw the next morning the hot tub was blue no longer green. Easter breakfast was no different then another day. No cooked food were offered.
I was taking a load out of the room to the car and had 3 employees harasing me for my cards, when I wasnt ready to check out. When I was ready to check out there wasnt anyone at the counter. Will NOT stay here again.

We had planned a ski trip with family and wanted to find a hotel with a pool for the kids. Quality Inn in Redgranite was close and well priced and a pleasant surprise! It looks to be recently updated. The pool was a nice size, the management was very friendly, the beds were comfy and I was happy to see a nice continental breakfast. The hotel was overall clean and seemed well maintained. I woukd definitely stay in the future!

We have family in Mt Morris, we visit about 4 times a year. We usually stay in Wautoma, but both motels there are run down and very dirty. We rented 8 rooms for 16 family members for New Years Eve, and were extremely happy with the accommodations. This motel was extremely clean and updated, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

It was very nice. The front desk worker was kind and helpful. The room was clean and well made up. The pool and surrounding area was clean and well kept up. The hot tub was running and it was very clean as well. The continental breakfast was very nice hot pancakes, coffee, juices, muffins, etc..

We had a wonderful stay quiet clean,could put more than 1 roll of toilet.paper in room,a few bigger garbage cans and put enough towels per all guest
The pool and hot tub were clean but hot tub water was cold as the pool they had the heat set very low, disappointed about that!!! But the people we saw and talked to were very nice. We would stay again.

The swimming pool was excellent and hot tub refreshing. Smelled clean. Beds were comfortable - wheelchair accessible room had a huge bathrrom very accesssible.

We came down few minutes after breakfast hours and they openned things up for us.

Place needs many updates rooms not the cleanest. The manager is the person checking you in and cleaning the rooms 24/7. I stayed here two separate times the second time Friday and Saturday nights the back door was.zip tied to open without a key card i alerted the manager and he only stated that some guest do that but why is that allowed. Saturday during the day someone tried to get into my room i originally thought maybe it was the cleaning person but with the door issue i dont know that for sure scary either way especially since they dont clean the room every day when you stay more than one night. I wont be back it is hard to feel secure when the door that should only be accessible by a key card can be open by anyone. I have NEVER stayed at a.place that you could jist walk into another door without a key card. This should be addressed and taken seriously by manager. The manager lied to my face when he said he cut the zip tie off in fact it was still there when I checked out.

This is in bad need of updates. The place is.in the middle of a small town. FAMILY owned I gathered because the same person checking you in.is the same person cleaning rooms. On our.second night i noticed the.door that is supposed to be secured and only allow you in with a key card was zip tied and could be opened bu anyone not secured at all. I alerted the \"manager\" his statement was sometimes guest will do that if they need to make several trips in. When is it ever acceptable to donthat and WHY would a hotel allow that! He said he fixed it he lied it was NOT fixed it was left like that someone did try to.get into.my room during the day when we were still there. This place does NOT CARE ABOUT SECURITY OF GUEST AT ALL! THE OWNER OPERATOR needs to be held accountable and insure guest safety.
