This hotel was a wonderful value and great location. Super close to the train station/busses, shopping, restaurants and the Mega Don Quiote/Daiso shops. The room was well appointed and very roomy. The room itself was updated, bathroom very outdated but still had what you need. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Washer/dryer available but has detergent and softener preloaded so you cannot use your own products (in case of allergies). Breakfast buffet avail at a good price but convenience stores are super close as alternative. Post office 2 blocks away. Would totally stay here again! Great hotel for the price. Note* not just exclusive to this hotel, but most of Japan, absolutely no 3 prong outlets in the whole hotel so make sure to bring adapters so you can plug in your computer or devices with 3 prongs!

We arrived late at night. We were lucky to have the last lot at the hotel. Nothing much to compliment about. The room is rather small and generally not very clean. We do not think we will not choose here to stay if we come here again. It is considered convenient in the heart of city. It is quite near to the majar eating places. There is a maga Don Quijote which did make us happier. It is 10-15 mins walk from the hotel

Nice Hotel, reasonable rates

The location is along an alleyway. There is parking next to the hotel at JPY1000 per night and its limited. The checkin was fast and professional. Room good size as we selected a triple sized room. The bathroom small as with all Japanese hotels.

Bed sheets were replaced everyday. Lots of dining options nearby.
Breakfast was good with lots of options. I like they have bonito's everyday.
Building is dated and require a much needed renovation especially the A/C system. Cannot adjust the temp in the room and you have to open window to get some breeze which is an issue if its raining.

ART hotel miyazaki is near to miyazaki station. Which is very convenient. The downside is parking is limited at the hotel, but the staff is kind enough to let us park at the front pouch.

The staff is incredible! The food is great and the rooms are very cozy — I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!! The staff helped me with everything from rebooking, refund, taxi, car rental, surf locations, and places to travel. The price is relatively cheap but what you receive is worth much more. A steak if a deal!

A nice hotel with a 5-min walking to the train station and there are tons of restaurants and shopping malls within a two-block walking. Very frindly and helpful staff who helped us booking the ferry to Kobe since we dont speak Japanese. It is very quite on a side street and easy access to the buses to the attractions. The breakfast is ok but it is mostly Japanese breakfast.

Very comfortable bed with two pillows for each person!! (I've never seen that in Japan). Definitely one of the most comfortable sleeps I've had here in a while.

Only downside is they run the heat too high so you need to leave the window open at all times.

The hotel is great and is in a very convenient spot, near the train station. Shopping areas are weighing walking distance and the restaurant in house has very delicious food.

My reservation came with a free drink. I used it at the bar on the top floor. Phenomenal view and atmosphere. The service was great!

Daily breakfast was buffet style. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff working was very helpful and attentive to the needs of the guests! I will definitely stay here again!

Very spacious room!
I love the shower here~

A great special thanks to the front desk gentleman (?Indian) who has helped us a lot on 28th July night in parking of our car. He is very friendly and helpful. He is also very thoughtful in reminding us to drop off our luggage before we park our car so that we dun need to climb up stairs carrying our luggages.

I would definitely recommend this lovely hotel to ppl who are planning a trip to Miyazaki~

The staff is very helpful and kind; check-in was easy, the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was close to everything in Miyazaki city, lots of shops and places to eat in the area; very close to Miyazaki station. The skybar was amazing with a very nice view of the city.

Decent size room and room rate. It’s walkable distant to JR station ie 5 mins. Easy access to Main Street which has a variety of food choices. However, it’s hard to find the hotel as it’s located in a small alley. We like this hotel overall.

Good area, bad experience

The room was extremely small, and smelled badly. The hotel staff didn't speak much english, and didn't try to much to help me figure out good local places to eat at or visit. The WiFi wasn't stable, so when making online calls I kept disconnecting.

It is close to the airport, and very much downtown, but the hotel itself is not so good.

Hotel Sky Tower is in a very convenient location. It is only a 3-5 min walk from Miyazaki JR Station. Also, there is a bus stop next to the hotel, so you can return to the hotel after sightseeing very easily. The room is bigger than usual for Japan and clean. The receptionist is nice and the service in the lounge on the top floor of the hotel is good. The shopping and dining area is close to the hotel too. It is only a 5-10 min walk.

Good Business Hotel for a Short Stay

With a name like Hotel Skytower it should be easy to find but its main entrance is half a block down an alley 2 blocks from the station so unless you are looking up for a pyramid-shaped tower, you can miss it. This was a good hotel and the nice touch was that they give you a free drink for use on the 18th floor lounge and the view from there is very nice. I did not give a five since the rooms are not super-up to date, but the hotel was a good deal.

Location is good. Is is very Near JR station, it just walk 15 mins to deptment store for shopping. Breakfast is great. Is a puffer style, rich food. We enjoy to stay there. Reception lady are very friendly and helpful. Hope to see you again.

Helpful reception staff

One of frontline staff, say receptionist fellow, shows a great assistance actively. For example, she handles the bed arrangement in our room. I suppose that these girls are under effective and close supervision from their superior. They are well trained to be quite helpful towards customers. It is highly recommended to stay this hotel. Thanks again.

Hotel Sky Tower is located about halfway between Miyazaki Station and the main street. The room was clean, and the staff were pleasant. The thing I enjoyed most was the breakfast buffet, which included a local specialty (chicken nanban) I wouldn't have had time to try otherwise. The thing that irked me the most was that the control for the aircon had no temperature to adjust, only settings of 'OFF', 'LOW', 'MED', 'HIGH'. It was sufficiently cool, but I would have preferred greater control.

スタッフの皆さんも気さくに対応してくださり、楽しい旅の思い出となりました。
部屋数に対して、エレベーターが少ないので、チェックアウト時は余裕を持たないと時間がかかると思います。

맨 윗층의 스카이 코너룸에 숙박했고, 조용하고, 편하게 지냈습니다.

로비의 직원분들은 친절했고, 체크인 전과 체크아웃 후에 짐보관도 잘 맡아줘서 좋았습니다.

조식도 종류가 그렇게 많지는 않았지만 맛있게 먹었네요~

한가지 단점은 룸 내 TV에 인터넷연결이 안되어 넷플릭스나 유튜브 연결이 안된게 좀 아쉽네요~

번화가, 식당 등과는 좀 떨어져있지만 미야자키역과는 가까워서 좋았습니다.

다음번에 미야자키 시내에 가면 또 숙박할 예정이에요~

チェックイン時に、客室の清掃を依頼していたのですが、されていませんでした。清掃を依頼しない場合には、チェックイン時に飲み物をサービスされるとの事でしたが、それを断ってまで依頼していたのですが、伝達ミスとの事でした。結局、チェックアウト時まで、挽回できなかった印象ぼホテルでした。

客室は清潔感に関しては特に可もなく不可もなくといった感じで問題はありません。
時間帯の問題かもしれませんが、高階層に宿泊費される方は20〜21時のシャワー使用時に水圧が弱くなる事がありました。あとはそれなりに経年劣化感はあります。またエレベーターが2台ありますが1台のみの稼働となっているのでマイナス点かなと思います。接客は丁寧で不満はありませんでした。リーズナブルでありながら駅や繁華街にアクセスしやすい点がいいと思います。

•水は買わなくて良い。部屋に空のボトルがあり、ホテル内ウォーターサーバーから水を部屋に持っていける。
•普通のドライヤーは部屋にあるが、リファのドライヤーとヘアアイロンを、フロントで貸してもらえる。
•アメニティが揃っている。入浴剤もある。
•朝食は、付与されたポイントで無料だったため、満足。通常価格では高いように感じる内容だった。
