Fine for the price.

Hotel AreaOne Miyazaki City was fine. The price was low, and I feel I got what I payed for. The room was very musty and the walls were either slightly dirty, or had some mildew on them, and there was a large dent in one wall. Check in was a breeze and the staff were kind and helpful. Perfectly fine stay - it is an old hotel that could use a bit of touching up.

This is a good value for money love hotel considering you're staying in an expensive city.
The hotel does need updating as the rooms are a little tired. But the bed is very comfortable, the room is clean and spacious and the shower and bath is good too.
There's parking and it's in a good location.
We had an issue with the WiFi but the manager was really helpful and sorted an alternative by giving us a fast pocket WiFi system.
The staff were very friendly and the manager was excellent.
If you're looking for budget accommodation in Nagasaki for a few days we'd recommend. We were happy with our stay and would stay again.

It's a bit difficult to find even we have GPS .The hotel is nice, it has a paid parking right in front.room is clean and tidy,staffs are nice and helpful.they even help us to make reservations to the nearby restaurants .The breakfast at the hotel is very good, it offers Japanese style and western style food .

Location is convienient, staff were extremely friendly and willing to help, however very little English but they certainly tried their very best to help out. Room is very small, breakfast was very Japanese so if you are looking for western style breakfast, you will be disappointed.

普通のホテル

ラブホテルを改造した感じがありました。外観はちょっと古いです。

部屋はきれいになっており、シャンプーやバブなどを無料でもらえるのはありがたいです。また、ウェルカムドリンクとしてフリードリンクとおつまみ、コーヒーや紅茶やカップスープなどもあったのでサービスはとてもよかったです。

駐車場は提携しているところが徒歩30秒のところにあり、10時までの利用で800円でした。目の前に有料駐車場があり、9時まででしたら700円で止められます。

一階の部屋に泊まりましたが、すぐ外にバス停があるのか、ちょいちょいバスの音が鳴っていました。

コンビニや繁華街が近いので立地はよいです。駅までは15分

立地が良くサービスも良い

繁華街やコンビニがすぐ近くにあり便利でした。ホテルの目の前に安価なコインパーキングがあるのも良かったです。24時間利用できるドリンクのサービスはフレーバーティーやカフェ・オ・レの種類が豊富で選ぶのが楽しかったです。朝食も美味しいです。

快適に過ごせるホテル

繁華街に近く、非常に立地の良いホテルです。
室内も快適に過ごせました。
あえて意見があるとするならば、ホテルの入り口とエレベーターに乗る所までが少しですが階段だけなので、スロープがあるともっと良いと思います。

悪い口コミ等見受けられましたが、そんなことは全くありませんでした。

スタッフの方も皆さん良くしてくれましたし、小さい子供も一緒に滞在したのですが快適に過ごせました。

ロケーションは良いが、少し古い感は否めない。

フロントスタッフの対応も、好感的で良いが、如何せん館内・室内が古く、ビジネスマンの出張用のホテル。朝食は郷土料理も
あって、なかなか品数も多いバイキングスタイルで、お味も悪くはない。ビジネスホテルなので致し方ないが、ユニットバスの
浴槽はかなり狭い。近隣には、価格的なは少し高くなるが、新しいビジネスホテルも数多くあって、コスパを求めるなら当ホテルが良いと思うが、女子旅には不向き。

街の中心の静かなホテル

街の真ん中なので、凄く便利で、夜中でも出入りが出来るので、辛めん食べまくってしまいました。
ただ隣の部屋の方が物凄いイビキで中々寝つけませんでした。
他の部屋の方の話し声は殆ど聞こえなかったので、イビキの方が特別凄かったのだと思いますが。

位置佳，鄰近中央通，有食市和百貨公司。
員工有禮，服務佳，唯不暗英語，溝通有點困難。
三人房，房間大，但洗手間起細，比tokoyo inn的県細
没有行李架，1樓房閒隔聲差，常聽到樓下街上人們的談話。

breakfast options are great, hotel staff was very nice, but knowing some japanese is helpful as not everyone speaks english there. The only down side was airing the room. Couldn't open the window and the airconditioner only cooled the room. Other than that I would visit this hotel again.

오래된 시설과 미흡한 관리, 하지만 친절한 미소의 스탭들.

소도시 미야자키로의 여행, 임박한 예약에 선택의 여유는 없었고, 렌트카를 이용할 생각이지만 도심에서 머물며 주변의 식당 등을 쉽게 이용할 생각해 선택하였던 호텔이 에어리어 원 미야지키 였다.
우리는 이곳에 체크인 하기 위해 차량을 가지고 도착할 예정이었으므로, 미리 주차에 대한 안내(호텔스닷컴 메세지)를 요청하였지만 안내 받지 못하고 호텔외부에 도착 후 주차를 하였다. (사설관리 시설인듯 하며, 호텔 투숙객 기준 입차시간~다음날 10시까지 800엔 (약 8,000원) 선불 징수)
체크인 후 입실 후 객실은 깨끗이 제거되지 않아 보이는 얼룩진 바닥의 카펫(관리상 어려움이 있겠지만 너무 오래 되서 무슨 창고에 깔만한 것으로 오해스럽기도 함.) 주변 벽체 하단 모서리 및 TV 주변 먼지 등은 청소가 미흡한 상태였고, 객실창은 불투명재질로 시공되어 창을 열지 않으면 외부 조망이 불가한 점, 어린이 포함으로 서비스료를 지불하였음에도 성인 기준으로 지급되는 타월, 및 1회용 세면도구 세트는 다소 불편함으로 다가왔다. 하지만 주어졌던 시설환경과 다르게 미소로 맞아 주는 스탭들과(일부 제외), 도심지 내 위치하고 있으므로, 도보거리로 다닐 수 있었던 많은 식당들 그리고 주변의 슈퍼, 시장, 편의점, 이자카야 등이 있었던 점은 만족 할 만한 점이었다.

繁華街にあり、駅からも比較的近いことを考えると使い勝手が良いですよ。泊まった部屋は一階ロビーから廊下を抜けたらそのまま入れてストレス無く使えました。料金も安く、出張の際はまた泊まりたいですね。

立地は素晴らしいが駐車場を保有していないため、近隣の駐車場を理由すら必要があるが、近隣の駐車場は夜間の出し入れができなかったりと、なにかと不便であった。

방은 그럭저럭 좋다

숙소방 자체는 그냥 그럭저럭이고 로비가 생각보다 고급스럽다. 주변에 번화가 타치바나도리가 있고 야마카타야 등 쇼핑할 곳이 있고 미야자키역이 가까워서 좋다. 하지만 이온몰이나 돈키호테가 애매하게 멀어서 뚜벅이들은 가기 좀 귀찮을듯. 주변관광지는 헤이와다이 공원, 미야자키 신궁, 슈센노모리 등이 있는데 아오시마, 오비, 산멧세니치난, 타카치호 등은 멀어서 뚜벅이는 가기 힘들고 버스시간 잘 체크해야할듯.. 버스시간 보면서 안 움직이면 길거리에서 시간 많이 버림.

扉がオートロックでなかっただけで、スタッフの方や設備も良かったと思います。朝食も普通に美味しかったです。ホテルを出るとすぐ繁華街というのもいいと思います。
