For once, I was at a property where there weren't any issues with cleanliness or something not working. So clean and the breakfast was great and staff was great. Rooms are spacious and updated with good lighting and plenty of plug ins for tech.
KRIS
High priced but worth the peace of mind we had there that it was clean and well managed.
Gary
The two king room we booked was awesome as the bathroom was between the beds and therefore made two seperate bed rooms and each had its own tv, so it was a great family room with the kids on one side and parents on the other.
Brad
Hotel was OK, but the noise transmitted through the floor (my ceiling) from people walking in their room directly above mine made it very difficult to get a good nights rest for both nights I was there.
Bryan
From the front desk to the cleaning ladies- My entire stay was phenomenal! Outstanding customer service from the beginning to the end of my stay. Thank you.

It is in a very convenient location for me! Easy to find and use as a base for going places in the area on both sides of the St. Croix River.
Breakfast selection was very good. Loved the pancake maker!😋
Rooms were tidied every day. Likes the green option too!
Staff was friendly and helpful. We got good recommendations on where to go for food later in the evening.

Jennifer
Room and hotel was clean. Overall ok except beds are way too soft and hotel was loud. 1:30 am it sounded like elephants stomping above us. Never enough sound proofing in hotels overall.
Vickie
All of the above

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for school and the location was perfect. It was a short drive to/from campus. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I appreciated the daily housekeeping. I also enjoyed getting fresh coffee (to go) every morning before school. Breakfast was decent, but I do wish there were a few more options. Potatoes would have been nice.
One other thing I appreciate was being able to go to the front desk and buy a 7-Up when my stomach was upset. Staff were personable.
Overall, this is a nice property. I would consider staying here on my next trip.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and very comfortable. This property offered everything we could've wanted even a sauna in the fitness area. A lot of option for breakfast. Unfortunately the jets were down in the hot tub. Overall very nice facility and will stay again!!!

Heidi, from the front desk, was delightful and extremely accommodating.
Kalene
We stayed here while visiting my son. I had 2 rooms booked. One of the rooms had some issues. I talked to Heidi at the front desk. When we checked out (I didn't notice) the Rewards number was my other son's number. We had issues signing into streaming on the TV's. I think some how it got changed from my number, which I booked them under. I still haven't got a response, if it was changed back to my account.
Joseph

Very clean and modern. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Several drawbacks: only one elevator for 4 floors, and the only ice machine is on the ground floor.

Randy
Property was very good, but prices were very high.
Kelly
Nice staff
John
Almost perfect
We were very impressed with the customer service as we had special room requests and Kim was amazing at helping us. All the staff was so friendly. Our only issue was that the television service was not functioning properly and there was no resolution provided. Even after a call to the company that provides the service there was no fix accomplished and there is no one on the staff qualified to address the issue. But we did not let that minor issue ruin an otherwise fantastic stay.
Bill
All good

The front desk clerk was amazing. Very awesome customer service I would go back just because of her.

Jackie checked us in and she was very kind and welcoming. Our room was very clean and plenty of options for shows on the TV. The pool was clean and warm which was a huge plus for the kids. Very nice work out room with all the equipment you can think of. Oh and the full included breakfast was delicious! We made pancakes and had sausages and eggs and cinnamon rolls. A !
Cynthia
The air conditioning must not have been working properly because the room was cool but so humid that the sheets and pillows felt damp. It wasn’t pleasant to sleep on these sheets.
