This was a fairly nice stay for a couple of nights. The hotel staff is very friendly and the breakfast was good. The rooms and the building itself definitely need some updates. Thankfully we were on the 5th floor because the 1st and 2nd floors smelled of cigarette smoke due to a lot of people smoking outside.

Our party of 3 booked two separate rooms, but were given a single room with a fold-out sofa. Front desk staff could not resolve it, and we're awaiting a reaponse from the hotel. They also had no record of the guest who tried checking-in right before us. He had to provide his paperwork as proof of the reservation.

Great little hotel in the heart of the town

Central, easy to find from the airport bus, convenient for the Hurtigruten. Friendly service in the bar, with reasonable prices (for Norway!). Best breakfast of my trip, from smoked salmon to fresh fruit, cooked breakfast to croissants....Fab!

Medioker frokost - ikke veldig spennende utvalg utover det vanlige. Frokosten stengte kl 9.30 som også er kjedelig når man har ferie og kunne tenke seg rolige morgener. Veldig kaldt bad/rom.
Tildels sur betjening som ikke var så oppmerksomme eller interesserte i sine gjester. Ikke helt rent rom. Veldig lydt så man hører alle dører og andre gjester dunker og bråker.
Et veldig undertrykk så det suste og trakk/blåste så kaldt på badet.

Mye rom for pengene, fint for en stille getaway

Suiten var romslig, komfortabel og stille. TV-en på soverommet var ikke oppdatert, så vi kunne ikke koble til våre enheter for å se eget innhold. Det var også fri for kroppssåpe på badet. Sofaen var dyttet helt inntil radiatoren når vi kom, men vi trakk den fra for å unngå brann. Det er de få negative tingene å «klage» på, ellers var det et fint og behagelig rom for en god pris 😊

Fint hotell, god service og god seng. Frokosten var veldig bra, eneste jeg savnet var antibac tilgjengelig. Vi spiste på restauranten vegg i vegg; Gois- anbefales!

God service, fine rom og en fantastisk frokost!

Hadde enkeltrom før ei natt, lørdag tel søndag. Må være det finaste enkeltrommet æ nån gang har sett. God service i respesjon, rent å pent rom med ei stor enkletseng og alt man skulle trenge for ei kjapp natt i Harstad. Frokosten va verkelig nåkka av det beste man kan få tak! Godt utvalg, ingenting som mangle. Veldig trivelig folk på jobb på frokosten :D
Kjæmpe fornøyd med oppholdet, bli absolutt å komme tilbake og anbefale det for andre som skal til byen Harstad :) S.R

Fint opphold, men mye støy fra måker hele døgnet, og også noen kvelder støy fra PUB rett nedenfor rommet. Rommet kunne gjerne vært litt større. Det var liten sitteplass for to personer.

Rommene var ikke klare ved ankomst kl 15. Det varme vannet var alt for varmt og det kom varmt vann når du tappet kaldt. ‘Slurpung’ i rør. Treg/tett sluk på dusjen i ene rommet. Glass manglet på ene rommet. Kjøleskapet fungerte ikke på ene rommet. Mat ble ødelagt. Oppdaget ikke at vårt kjøleskap ikke virket før det var fir seint. Manglet takterasse og/eller veranda. Hadde vært koselig i midnattssolen…

Flott og koselig hotell! Vi fikk rom 304 på framsiden mot havna. Byens uteliv var forstyrrende, spesielt baren rett over gata som var åpen halve natta. Er det lovlig midt i uka?

Velære ophold på min Bikepacker tur

Kom som solo Bikepacker på tur rundt om Lofoten, Senja, Steigen.
Havde ikke reserveret på forkant.! Men der var ledigt trods festuge i Harstad by.
God oplevelse og så ligger det jo i midten af bycentrum.

Fine rom og meget god frokost.

Vi er veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Meget sentralt! Rommene var godt reingjort, og sengene var gode. Stille og rolig, god luft, og godt å sove der. Kunne gjerne ha vært et par ekstra stoler på rommet. Frokosten var innholdsrik og meget god. Dessverre var hovedheisen i ustand siste døgnet, noe som helt klart er en ulempe for personer som sliter med å gå trapper.

Jeg kom tidlig med hurtigbåten, og det var fantastisk å få rom så tidlig 8klokken var halv elleve. Det eneste jeg har å klage på var at jeg trengte å hvile, og det var fryktelig mye bråk ute i gangen. Ellers var det et veldig fint opphold.

Vi hadde et helt kurrant opphold på Scandic Harstad, det eneste er at rommet var veldig kaldt, så det var ikke så hyggelig å være der med mindre man satt under dyna. Baderommet var rent og pent, om enn noe utdatert.
