Still bizarre for such quality place: 1- chemicals to kill bugs directly at room entries with many bugs on the ground dead in the mirning. 2 - Grass mowing 24/7 and 3 - Grass sprinkling all night in rural area, what happen to ground water in a very dry area. All saying ecology is not their forte!!!

Room was a bit in a need of maintenance and not well cleaned. The reception staff were a bit slow and not very accommodating. All messages sent in advance of arrival were withered replied with delays or not at all. Our check-out was set for 11:00h but the receptionist insisted we should be leaving by 10:30h as there was a private hire on that day. I have showed her the check out details on my booking but all I got as a reply was “Yeah we need to update the check out time to 10:30h on the platform.”
For people willing to sleep in and catch the last half an hour of the breakfast there is not much choose left and staff are not really good at replenishing the items that were finished by the earlier guests. There was no eggs, no bacon, not much juice and so many other things missing.
Do not disturb settings on the door screen was ignored and staff entered the room whilst we were in to ask if they can tidy up the room.
Air conditioning system not really sufficient for 35 degrees heat and super loud if you leave it on at night when you sleep even on the lowest setting.

Overall I don’t think I will be staying with the Tenuta again.

The hotel and views were outstanding. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The onsite restararant service was poor. Waited for nearly an hour on both evenings. Seemed understaffed. The food was expensive(chicken leg cost 20 Euros??) and did not taste good.

Beautiful grounds. Superb restaurant. Vineyard had an excellent selection of wines for summer drinking. Staff was very friendly. Swimming pool was a little small for weekend guests. Room was a little small and as a result under furnished. Bathroom also had limited space. A very pleasant and relaxing three nights. I will be returning many times.

Mixed reviews. In short it’s ok but it’s not a 4* hotel. More three stars.
Staff were very helpful and kind. Grounds are immaculate and make for stunning surroundings.
This place has enormous potential but just needs to up its game. We were kindly upgraded but our room smelt of stale smoke. I assume it hadn’t been redecorates since the smoking ban and we could hear ABSOLUTELY everything from the room next door which they Explain is as a result of keeping the historic elements of the building. There were cobwebs in the corner of our bathroom too which rightly or wrongly makes you question how clean everything else is.
The pool does not look like the photographs, it is very small for such a large hotel and meant that you are very close to people once there are more than five or so people there. They also charge €2 for a towel at the pool
The restaurant is in an amazing setting and worth a visit.
We visited Urbino twice and it was well located and staff were very helpful with tips for parking.

Beautifullly set out and renovated former farm buildings with differing services and accommodation in each one. Feels relaxing with nicely laid out gardens and organic vineyard.
Families with children enjoying the pool were present.

A heavenly spot

We chose this hotel to explore Urbino from, and on the whole it was a good experience. Our particular room was perhaps a little spartan, but clean and comfortable with it's own little lawn from which to drink in the surrounding vineyards. The good side of staying here is that the estate is very beautiful and well kept, and the wine they produce delicious. The breakfast was pretty awesome. The downsides are that it is a bit too far to eat in urbino in the evening and then drive back and the restaurant on site is about a kilometre away from the rooms. A nice walk in good weather, but again another drive if it's raining, (and it was for us, big time!) Our first night at the restaurant was disappointing, the food tasted mass produced and reheated (but not much) so we chose pizza's the next night which were excellent. There was a very large group in residence when we were there which may have been the problem with the restaurant which has otherwise had good reviews. All the staff we encountered were very cheerful and helpful

urbino resort used to be an old village and the rooms are tastefully restored and each one seems to be different. The whole complex is private and very nicely done. Situated in stunning countryside and very relaxing. Good restaurant on site and excellent breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. We have stayed there twice now, highly recommended.

Superb experience near Urbino

I loved this place. It is beautifully situated in the countryside around Urbino. It has been beautifully restored with equal and careful attention given to buildings, gardens and ethical agriculture. The wine from the estate is a treat, the restaurant, which uses organically grown produce is superb and the breakfasts were great. There are activities on the estate and the town is ten minutes away. The great Piero Flagellation is in the Ducal Palace collection and there are many other beautiful things in that collection and around the town. This place has been conceived with such care and after the masses of tourists in Florence and Rome it is a relief and delight on every level.

Beautiful countryside will surround you.

We were a group of 7 Americans, ages 55-70. Our greatest criticism of this wonderful resort are the directions for getting there. It is out in the country and not easy to find. But front desk was helpful in guiding us, after we called them. That being said, this is a superb, beautiful spot for For those looking for a country resort at a very reasonable price, this is the spot. We were very satisfied. In addition, there is a restaurant that is first class and a wonderful 15 minute walk from the residence portion (you can also drive). The resort is part of a 600 acre farm, which was beautifully manicured. We wanted to have a party one night (instead of doing restaurant routine). The staff at the resort were wonderful in letting us use the breakfast area and helping us set up. In fact, all on staff were very, very helpful. If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful, unhurried country experience, this is the spot.

Beautiful hotel from converted farm buildings in quiet spot within easy driving distance of Urbino. Lovely views on surrounding countryside. Pleasant if slightly echoing hotel restaurant. Rooms are clean, tastefully appointed, air conditioning a little lazy. Sadly no wi-fi (owner says electromagnetic waves are pollution). Warmly recommended.

Prachtig, zeer mooi verzorgd resort. Niet heel specifiek op kinderen gericht maar wel prima. Fijn zwembad, goede bedjes, mooie wellness en een fantastisch ontbijt. Omgeving prachtig, Urbino klein half uurtje rijden, Pesaro 45 minuten. Heerlijke vakantie gehad.

Skøn lille perle i \"udkants-Italien\"

Boede der er en uge med min familie. Super lækker velholdt sted, skøn udsigt, lækkert pool område (på trods af størrelsen fungerede den fint), dejlig morgenmad og skønt spa område.
Minus var dog at der ikke var mulighed for ridning og jeg havde et par heste piger med - hvilket der ellers var beskrevet at der vil være på stedet. Derudover skal man være opmærksom på at der ikke lige er en by med isbarer eller restauranter lige i nærheden.

Nonostante avessimo prenotato con largo anticipo, abbiamo scoperto che non era possibile cenare nella struttura in quanto il martedì il ristorate era chiuso. Essendo molto isolato, ci siamo dovuti accontentare di una trattoria a conduzione familiare lungo la strada: cibo abbastanza buono, ma sicuramente al di sotto delle aspettative di un quattro stelle a cui aspiravamo! Mi è sembrato assurdo visto che parliamo di martedì 23 aprile nella settimana di ponti tra Pasqua ed il 25 aprile: se l'avessi saputo prima avrei prenotato altrove.

Il soggiorno nel complesso è stato gradevole.
La camera era carina e ben tenuta ma il materasso era un po’duro e le mura non ben insonorizzate.
Abbiamo trascorso un paio di ore di relax nella vasca idromassaggio della Spa,peccato che l’acqua non avesse una temperatura adeguata,con qualche grado in più sarebbe stata perfetta.
L’angolo delle tisane era ben fornito e l’area relax bella.
Dalla colazione mi aspettavo qualcosa di più,i dolci non erano il massimo,troppo zuccherati e pesanti.
Oltre alla spa sono presenti un ristorante che non abbiamo provato,una bottega e un’enoteca.
Abbiamo acquistato un olio extravergine bio presso la bottega che abbiamo già provato ed è buonissimo.
Nel complesso un posto molto bello,non ho dato però un giudizio eccellente a causa delle pecche che ho descritto.

Ein tolles, sehr ruhiges, wunderschönes , mitten in den Weinbergen gelegenes Resort. Sehr nettes zuvorkommendes Personal. Zimmer verschieden , in mehrerren Häusern rund um Das Haupthaus. Sehr schönes Spa. Alles sehr saubert,Swinmming pool relativ klein, aber rund herum alles sehr geplflegt. Mehrere Familien mit kleinen Kindern - aber nicht störend (gut erzogen :-). Im Resort gibt es nur Frühstück und kleines Mittagessen (sehr gut). Abendessen cca 800 m. in einem eleganten zum Hotel gehörenden Restaurant. Gut aber ziemlich teuer. In der Gegend mehrere sehr nette Restaurants.

Relax e piacere assoluto!

Organizzato come albergo diffuso all'interno di una tenuta di grandi dimensioni veramente bellissimo!! Soggiorno perfetto, quasi non si ha la necessità di uscire, si passeggia tra i vigneti, si fa colazione in canonica e, volendo c'è a disposizione una SPA ed una piscina all'aperto. Consigliatissimo anche il ristorante da raggiungere a piedi con una comoda e piacevole passeggiata.

Det bedste hotel, jeg nogensinde har boet på og med 60-80 rejsedage pr. år i forbindelse med mit job, ser jeg en del hoteller. Det perfekte sted for \"getting offline\". Maden og stedet er fantastisk. At gå aftentur i mellem vinmarkerne med bjergene som kulisser, er livet. Skal besøges igen. Godt råd. En overnatning er for lidt.

Soggiorno romantico

La struttura è posizionato in una valle silenziosa a soli 15 minuti da Urbino. La camera superior era molto bella, calda, con tutti i comfort. Il personale è disponibile e cordiale. La colazione salata e dolce molto abbondante e nessuno fa problemi per un secondo caffè. Abbiamo usufruito della spa, molto carina, piccolina, ad uso degli ospiti per prezzo a parte. Unica pecca, il fatto che per raggiungerla bisogna uscire dall'edificio principale, e in questa stagione, con temperature sotto zero non è il massimo. In questo modo se uno non volesse farsi la doccia o asciugarsi i capelli lì, ma in camera,l'impresa sarebbe solo per i più coraggiosi. A parte questo piccolissimo neo, la nostra esperienza è stata una delle più belle.

La camera è un'incognita

Il posto è veramente molto bello. Le stanze, in forma di albego diffuso, sono una diversa dalla'altra. La nostra era piuttosto piccola, con aria condizionata impossibile da regolare, per cui faceva molto caldo. In compenso il bagno era spazioso e comodo.
La colazione era abbondante e di buona qualità.
Da notare che il resort non è molto vicino ad Urbino: ci vuole una mezz'oretta di macchina.

Relax e natura

Posto incantevole, in mezzo alla natura, silenzioso e curato perfetto per un week end di puro relax, camminate all'aria aperta, un giro in bicicletta.
La mia camera non era particolarmente grande, ma molto curata e confortevole.
Molto buona la colazione.
La SPA potrebbe essere meglio.
Molto cortese e disponibile il proprietario.

ホテルの設備は良いけどホスピタリティは全く無し。レストランは本館とおぼしき所から800メートルも離れており、そこへ行くには自分の車か歩き。考えられません。
部屋の掃除ではゴミが見受けられ
た。

ロケーションウルヴィーノの市街から約10キロ。従って目的いかんで良し悪しが決まるでしょう。
