Spacious rooms, excellent service, clean. Rooms could use a microwave and some USB outlets. I really enjoyed the breakfasts! The proximity to shopping, the Chōfu train station, and a nice walk to one of the best onsens in the area are also excellent perks. I really like this area and this hotel, and I hope to visit again soon.

I used the Creston for 3 night sin August. The hotel itself is fine. The room was large for a Japanese hotel and the location was good (just 2 minutes on foot from the station, right across the street from where the airport shuttle buses stop. The breakfast buffet was very blah, not worth the 1400 yen surcharge. The hotel occupies the top 3 floors of a department store building. There's a Starbucks on the 2nd floor, a Mr. Donuts by the entrance and a swanky supermarket in the basement. Any of those would be a better choice for breakfast.

今回は武蔵野の森総合スポーツプラザで行われたバドミントンのジャパンオープンを観戦するために、こちらのホテルを利用しました。立地条件、ホテルの方の応対はとても良かったのですが、WIFIがほとんど繋がらなく大変不便でした。

施設自体の年数は経っており、ベッドの寝心地が良くなかった点が気になりましたが、総合的に見て落ち着いた雰囲気の良いホテルでした。

駅を出たら目の前で立地は最高！PARCOの上なので食事も困らないしショッピングも出来ます^ ^ お部屋は少し古い感はありますが とても広々として掃除もきちんとされてます。チェックインも早く 帰りはエレベーターまで丁寧に送ってくれ最後まで大変気持ちの良い接客でした。気になるところは 禁煙ルームで部屋はタバコの臭いはなかったのですが 通気口からか？他の部屋らしきタバコの臭いが入ってきました。常時ではないので部屋の空気清浄機をフルにして対応できました。あ、あとベッドの硬さが最高でした！！！
