The staff was fantastic and really helpful! Breakfast everyday was wonderful - a wide range of choices!
The housekeeping staff was friendly and efficient every day. And a special thanks to Ms. Liang, Director of Sales who went out of her way to greet and speak with me almost every day. She was super helpful!

an old hotel in a remote location.smells like cigarets in all of the hotel.rooms reasnobal.bad view from the pool.poor lockers for the pool and sauna.bad breakfast

Beautiful hotel for a weekend stay

The hotel is beautiful and right across from the park downtown. Wanda plaza is close and other attractions are not too far away by car. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have had here in China and we also enjoyed the dinner buffet. It was very good. You will enjoy the food and the stay.

酒店员工都非常nice，服务水平很好，酒店的餐食都不错，包括行政楼层的happy hour出品都是不错的。因为带着小孩子，如果3楼的儿童乐园能再大一些就更好了。

Area is undergoing rapid development so construction everywhere. Surprisingly there is a lack of taxis in this area. Rides are provided by private operators and are expensive for China. More adventurous could get the DiDi app. Overall the hotel was impeccable.

Pleasant stay with good service

The hotel resided in a newly developed area. The property by itself is good and keeps the international chain standard. We stayed there for two nights and the hotel is nicely decorated. Ample underground parking area free for guests. The staffs are very welcoming and friendly. They provide all information that we need for our stay. They mentioned that within 10 minutes walk from the hotel, there is a direct bus service running to the central part of Tianhe, though we did not use it as we drove. There is a shopping mall nearby but the local brands there are low to middle class despite it is busy. There are lots of restaurants there but we rather prefer to eat in the hotel. There is also a small town about five km away which is more lively. Happy to stay there for the hotel service quality and food as we are on vacation and drive around ourselves.

New Hotel half Chinese half SPG

A new Hotel which doesn't feel like a Sheraton.
You get a very Chinese welcome and service which is fine but not really expected.
The Hotel opened around 8 months ago so the rooms are perfect and the gym had great equipment.
The bar is a bit impersonal being in the lobby with a very high ceiling. Food good though.
Staff struggling with English.

Grease spots on the walls around some buttons, and hand prints from children. Minor detail, a part from that an excellent hotell, I stay there all the time when in Nasha! Close to everything you need.

ホテルは部屋はとても広く長めも良いです。ジムもプールもついていてとてもリラックス出来ます。朝ごはんは一階のビュッフェで種類がたくさんあり充実していました。南沙ではトップクラスのホテルです。

room goods and staffs very helpful except swimming require wear swimming hat or need to buy one ...but see one of the trainer knows the staff he has exceptional not require wearing.
