We read a review prior to our arrival saying the outside wasn’t very appealing but to not judge a book by its cover. They hit the nail on the head. We spent two very enjoyable nights there. The room was spotless, big and comfortable. The Mexican restaurant next door was amazing also. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel.

The room was clean, it was just in an area with a lot of workers and truckers sittimg outside and grilling. The shower disnt drain well and would fill up vwry fast because the water came out fast and with a lot of pressure.

This motel was very clean and very nice. It is an older property but has been taken care of and the cleaning staff takes great care to keep everything tidy. Shower pressure was amazing!! Breakfast was quick muffins and cereal. Lobby was clean and so was the parking lot. It was a great price and a quick drive from College Station to stay there

Great location. Clean and spacious furnished rooms and one of the comfiest beds for a motel I have stayed at. Breakfast included from 6-9am, free parking, it's quiet and peaceful and they have a Mexican restaurant right next door for those late night bites. Great place to stay! 🙏

My room was well appointed and very clean. The pillows were great! I had a King bed and there were three King pillows that were quite comfortable. Typically pillows in a hotel room compress down so much that it's almost like not having one. These stayed full and helped my sleep.

Doesn't look great outside but the rooms are very clean, updated - new LVP floors, bathroom is simple but v clean. New pillows, new furniture, I was v pleasantly surprised.

Owner has plans to upgrade exterior.

Overall, the stay was fine. Good for the price. Was offered a complimentary cold bottle of water at check in. Comfortable bed, microwave & minifridge in room, tub's bottom surface was somewhat ridged (much appreciated since it helps avoid slipping in shower). Room felt quite humid, even when A/C was running. Papers & fingers felt damp. The shower & toilet are in a small closed room, so a bit limited in space. No outlets near bed (inaccessible behind bed). No hairdryer in room. Wasn't a problem for me, but mentioning as a \"fyi\" for others. Pleasant staff.

Being a senior, I greatly appreciated the tub bottom surface being non-slippery. The room was nice, plenty of light, good a/c, good toiletries and towels.

It could have had a few more convenient electrical outlets, but there were sufficient to run our electronics.

Staff is great! Check-in was easy, room was easily accessible. Thank you for the fresh bananas at the breakfast bar!

We wont be back.

Started ok but by morning it was a place we will never stay again. Front desk morning staff was rude and obviously didnt want to help with breakfast service. Accused my husband of turning waffke maker off that wasnt cooking batter mix. After back and forth arguing. My husband left to let him clean up the mess. Houskeeping repeatedly walk by with a noisy cart every 20 min. We left and she was waiting. No usb to charge any devices. Showers are hot and hard beds were more comfortable then expected.

This was a great alternative to College Station which was overbooked and three times higher for one night. We found the small-town atmosphere a bonus as well. The breakfast was only cereal, muffins, or waffles but that was fine too. It was a Saturday morning and we weren't needing much. It was a good stay and we will stay there again.

Evening staff member appeared to be impaired by narcotics possibly. It took forever to check me in, he had trouble making change for laundry which he thought they had. My toilet backed up on 1st flush and with a few folliw up requests I had to move to a other room at 10:20 pm because they didn't have a plunger. I am biking across the US and took a hotel to clean up and go to sleep early inside. That didnt happen.

the Non Smoking rooms are really Non smoking. they were clean and inviting, large and everything was clean and looked new. it was wonderful. it was the best hotel i had stayed in during my 3 month trip across the US. I have stayed in over 30 hotels. ALL The employees were friendly and Kind.

This is an older property but dont let the outside scare you away. The rooms were freshly painted. The bathroom newly remodeled. The bed and pillows were excellent better than some high end hotels I've stayed in. The dressers were circa 1970, but the room was super clean. And half the price of other hotels in the area. I took a chance booking this one and it paid off. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Comfort Inn across highway practices predatory pricing (nearly 2X cost) and cancellation - kept my money for a multi-night stay when a business trip ended one day early, even though hotel was not full - even though I was a platinum member of Choice Hotels.

This property may be a hidden gem. While the exterior is older & rather dated, it is a great and economical choice. Check-in was cordial & efficient, & I received a small bag with some snacks. This is a nice treat, especially if you've been driving a while. Room was clean & comfortable. Basic accommodations, but that's all I needed. The room had plenty of space. Bath area was on the small side, but worked out fine. Good water pressure. Quiet, easy to sleep. This was my first stay here but I would definitely return if I'm back in the area.
