Check in was smooth. Nice start. Breakfast was not so good. Clerk (male) did not get a name. Less than helpful. Waffle mix was out. He stated no more mix. Did not seem to care. Toast was crunchy due to stale bread. Very disappointed. Will not be a repeat visitor. Key had to be replaced. Not working. Shower sprayed all over bathroom due to issuenwith spout.

Would not say good condition. Bath sinks both had water leaks when turned on. Tub looked like an amateur installed it, did not use it. Ceiling above the window showed water damage, pealing drywall, discolored in an area 8’X10’.
Carpet needed sanitation and cleaning.
Breakfast was poor. Ate dry toast, that all that looked Appetizing. No napkins in the area. Cigaret bits
around the side walk. Just poor maintenance and cleaning period.

This is a good place if you just need a bed and a roof over your head but if you want something a bit nicer then keep looking. The bed sheets were stained, the hot water took 20 minutes to kick in, and the power went out.

It served its purpose. Only stayed a night, and I mean a few hours while in town for an event. It’s a small town where there’s not a lot of need for a fancy hotel stay. Some things could be done to make it just a little better. For instance, holes in the walls stuffed with tissue where a towel rack was pulled off could be patched. Shower heads could be replaced. Other than that and a few dirty spots on the walls it wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t amazing. It’s a decent place to stay if you’re in town for a construction job or something similar.

Staff were very polite and helpful. They had a decent breakfast selection. The hotel overall looked a little worn, but nothing too major. Rooms were decently clean - not perfect, but nothing needing to be addressed. Parking was fine. Area seemed fine. Rooms were quiet other than a little stomping from the room above, which is hard to avoid. We'd happily stay again.

I'd rate our stay as \"ok.\" But for the price, it could have been much better. The toilet ran and leaked, hot water was hit or miss, housekeeping didn't speak English and didn't give extra towels, had to go to front desk to get towels, TV didn't have a remote, door was stuck and hard to open, and overall room could use upgrades. Pool is outside and was green tinted, so we didn't explore that option. Breakfast area is tiny.

The good: The staff was excellent. There were no bugs and things seemed clean.

The bad: everything else. Our first room didn’t have light in the vanity area so a floor lamp was plugged in and moved to that area. The tv didn’t work. The toilet’s plumbing leaked so badly the room below us had to call maintenance to come in. Their solution was to turn the water off and we were supposed to turn it on and off again after using it. However, turning off the water didn’t stop the leak which seemed to be coming from the tank. We eventually had to move to another room. While that room didn’t have a plumbing leak, the smoke detector was missing (wires left hanging out of the wall) and the refrigerator didn’t work. Oh and there was no hot or even warm water for morning showers. Our family was in another room that reeked of dog and they had a full refrigerator that didn’t work but their freezer did work.

The staff was great but this place should not be open until completely demolished and rebuilt.

I was disappointed with the extremely dim lighting but even more disappointed when I found hair in the bathtub. If I had seen that before I lugged heavy bags up the stairs, I would have asked for a different room. Also had issues with the keycard and had to walk back across the property to inform them it was not working.

We have recently stayed at many Days Inn and all have been exceptional. Unfortunately, this one was not. Outdated furnishings, musty/smelly rooms, fridges not working, etc... The front desk lady was great, but she can only do so much with what she has to work with. We will not book here again.

Didn’t like the closet shelf was lying on the floor. Couldn’t hang up clothes. No ironing board. Would have been nice for wrinkled clothes that couldn’t be hung could have been ironed. The shower curtain rod was pulled from the wall and needs to be fixed. Breakfast was good and food was hot but three days there was no yogurt not once. Also no fruit, rest were sausage or carbs. No other choices. Staff were friendly if they spoke English. Others just looked at you if you had a question.

The stay at Days Inn was exactly what I expected. I was there for two nights visiting my mother in Navasota. I focused more on price than amenities when choosing my hotel. I found the front desk very nice and helpful. I thought the room was clean. I did not eat the breakfast so cannot rate it. It was a very convenient location. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff were very friendly. It pool is really nice and a great design. Had some issues with the AC, the unit had not been turned on and with I'd almost 100 outside it never cooled off well the first night. The second night it was fine once everything in the room got to temperature.

No running water upon check-in. Once the water was on,it was the color of urine. It was not at all safe for drinking, bathing or teeth brushing. The bathroom door wouldn’t close, allowing for no privacy while toileting. There was no coverlet, quilt or bedspread provided, thin sheets only. The outside lights/daylight could be seen through the exterior door. The management refuses to acknowledge my communication, lied to Expedia claiming we were told upon checkin regarding the water being off, and refuses to refund the cost of the room. DO NOT RECOMMEND. TERRIBLE.

First room assigned was dirty and smelled like alcohol. Had to replace keys 3 times because of deactivation. Hot water took forever, shower head clogged. They only have 1 hot water heater. Cleaning was questionable- items like toilet paper, tissues, and body products not refilled. Breakfast was very limited and not good- hostess mini donuts and mini muffins as “pastries”, no water or juice. Just a very unpleasant experience all the way around. Price per night was exceptionally high for this low quality.

I have stayed here at the Days Inn, Navasota many times and each time they fail at something. This last time there was no breakfast as advertised both days I stayed there, and the carpet was wet. Nice that it was shampooed but what about a fan drying it before a guest was checked in. One time I stayed in the last room on the second floor away from the office and when I inquired about the lack of hot water they said \"you have to let the water run for 15 minutes because it's so far from the water heater.\" It has become more run down each time I have stayed here and the rates are higher than the lack of quality dictates.

The hotel had major issues in condition. Outside stairs were rusted and half of the lights did not work. The hall to our room was dark and we had to use our phone flashlight to find the door. The old Best Western sign was sitting in a door way which was concerning to say the least. The room smelled so strong of cleaner which should be a good thing but eventually you would choke on it. Pulled the sheets to the bed back and they were covered in stains! Thankfully Walmart was nearby so we could purchase blankets and having bought our own pillows, we laid on top of the sheets with the blankets we purchased to sleep. The floors near the bathroom still had mud on them and the vent in the bathroom was so loud it sounded like it would explode. Lastly and the one thing I was very upset about was the room came with a mini fridge which was great since my partner is a Type 1 Diabetic and requires insulin throughout the day. Luckily it was cold outside and we had good ice packs because the mini fridge did not work and I even tried moving it to a different plug and it did not work. Overall very upset with the experience. The photos shown through booking must be from a new hotel because they were not what we walked into! The listing was false advertisement to what you were getting and I would not trust Expedia moving forward with booking rooms.

The hot water takes 15 min to become warm-ish. We were told it’s because the hot water heater is down next to the office. Then the pipes started making noises like an old farmhouse. The bathtub had dirt in it. We checked for bed bugs and found no evidence of them which is the only reason we decided to stay. Yay. The highlight was that the hotel met bare minimum standards and there were no bed bugs. 10/10 would not recommend. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors conversations. The bedding is terrible. Thin and just yuck. Not comfortable for sleeping. Pillows sucked and are misshapen.
