Peaceful convenient hotel away from downtown

Room was larger than your typical Japanese business hotel but just as clean and welcoming. There isn't too much around, but there's a 7-11 right next to it and it's just a 1-2 minute walk from the Higashihiroshima train station. It's very quiet, the wifi is good, and there are laundry facilities (or services if you don't want to wash your clothes yourself). There are free drinks in the dining area (coffee, tea, water, juice). Speaking of which, the breakfast was really nice. Not too many western options but there were eggs and sausages with an assortment of breads/pastries. There was also rice, noodles, fish, meatballs, and yogurt, cereal, miso soup, and the aforementioned drinks. A very nice hotel which I would stay again but it always seems to be booked. But for good reason. =)

Free child policy.

The free child policy is a little misleading. The rooms are designed to accommodate two adults. The free child was accommodated by the addition of a full size roller bed into a room already filled with a double bed. The result was one giant bed. The free child does not get a towel or pillow and is suppose to share the towel and pillow of one of the adults. The fee for the additional items was insignificant, 100 yen per item per day; however, the additional fees weren't explained at the time of booking. The hotel staff were the best. The patiently explained to me at least a dozen times the free child policy before I comprehended what it was. Again they were the best. The in-house restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. The hotel is a \"salary-man\" hotel for business travelers. This isn't to say it wasn't a nice hotel.

Good alternative for Hiroshima staying

The hotel is very close to the Shinkansen station. So if you travel with JR Pass it's just 12 min from the Hiroshima station and could be even more comfortable when any hotel in the city. Great breakfast. The room was bit small for 3 people.

Convenient hotel with large rooms.

Large room was very similar to a hotel chain in US and was very comfortable and quiet. The only things which we didn't like were the pillows which were so hard and the bed cover which was made of a shiny man made material.

Good hotel but quite far from city centre

This hotel is at the Higashihiroshima JR station, about a 15min ride away from the Hiroshima station where all the interesting things are. The trains run only once an hour so you have to plan your day. Aside from that, the hotel itself is very good. Our room was the biggest we had stayed in during the entire duration of our Japan trip, and you get breakfast included.

Great hotel.

I stayed here solo for 2 nights. It was my first time in japan and it gave a very good impression.
The receptionist spoke good English and explained where the free razors and combs etc were.
The room was perfectly clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. Having a fridge was great and the bath was awesome.
It is 2 minutes walk from the train station to get to the city centre. Train ride takes about 15 minutes.
The localation is lovely with the mountains and rice fields and traditional houses out the train window.
711 next door has everything you might need and they speak english too.

A great place to stay!

Being in Higashi-Hiroshima, it's not exactly all that convenient, only the Shinkansen connects you to either Hiroshima and beyond, and only Kodama services stop there, with around 1 to 2 trains an hour. However, aside from that, everything else is great! The staff are friendly, the hotel is quite new, room is big according to Japan's standards and there were space to move around! Breakfast was very good with a wide variety. There's nothing much around the hotel except a 7-11 convenience store, so be sure to have your dinner first before returning to your hotel.

I liked it

It was a little out of the way from Hiroshima but the price, room size, and free breakfast more than made up for that. The staff was great and helped out with any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel close to station

Great place if you hold a jr pass, very close to station. Staff are friendly but basically speaks no English. Breakfast was also great, with selection of Both western and Japanese food

客室はそんなに広くはないけど、とても綺麗に掃除されていて、アメニティも必要な物は下で貰って来れたので良かったです。充電器もありましたが、タイプCを使いたかったのですが中で断線しかかっていたようで接触が悪く充電できませんでした。
朝食は常に新しく温かいものが補充されていて、種類も多く、とても良かったです。
ただ、座席の数が少なくて待っている方もいらしたので、仕方ないとは思いますが少し残念です。
駐車場はとても広く停めやすかったです。
忘れ物をしてしまったのですが、親切に対応して下さって助かりました。ありがとうございます。
全体的にスタッフの方々の対応も良かったし、施設も綺麗に掃除されていて、また機会があれば宿泊させて頂きたいと思います。

朝食が込みなのかそうでないのか分かりづらかったのと、結局別料金で1000円という価格も安くはないと思いました。口コミ等の評価ほどではなく、よくある感じでちょっと残念でした。あとユニットバスは分かっていましたが、写真より全体ががもっと狭かったです。

子供もいたのでクイーンサイズベッドのツインの部屋を予約しました。他のビジネスホテルはシングルサイズのベッドのツインでこちらのホテルとあまりかわらないお値段だったのでこちらのホテルを予約しました。お部屋はきれいで、クイーンのベッドなので子供と2人で寝ても広々寝れてよかったです。朝食のバイキングは種類はあまり多くないけど、広島のご当地料理がいくつもあり楽しかったです。

部屋は広いし、ベッドも広い。硬さもちょうどよかったです。
朝食が1,100円で広島名物もあるし、バルミューダのトースターが置いてあってパンが美味しかったです。
ただ、部屋のお風呂が深いので、年配には風呂から立ち上がるのが結構大変でした。

朝食最高！！

お風呂トイレは単身者向けだと思いました。ユニットバスなのでやはり窮屈でした。
が、部屋はキングベッド2台でしたが広々でゆっくりくつろげました。
朝食バイキングは広島名物もあり、和洋中、デザートもありこれは絶対つけるべきです！！

廻りが寂し過ぎる。車の方は良いと思う。

おそらく人生初のビジネスホテルで1ｆに宿泊した。エレベーターを待つ煩わしさがなく良かったが、目の前に法面があり眺望は無かった。近隣にコンビニエンスストアしかなく、ホテルの晩酌セットみたいな、生ビールとおつまみのセットがありがたかった。

随一のコスパと快適さ

今までいろいろなホテルに泊まっていますが、ベッセルホテルのコスパの良さ、快適さは随一だと思います。部屋は広く、アメニティも豊富です。朝食も品数多く、地元の名物料理などもあり満足できました。Wi-FiがQRコードで一白接続なのも良かったです。

私は広島大学に仕事がある時には、必ずベッセルホテル東広島を利用しています。なんといっても、駅の近くであること、そして、室内がゆったりしていること、職員さんの対応が親切で丁寧であることが、このホテルの魅力だと思います。また、利用したいと思います。

喫煙タイプの部屋しか残っていなかったので納得したうえで宿泊
部屋の中に消臭スプレーも準備されていて特に問題無く過ごせました
しかし廊下全体がタバコ臭で満ちていて今の時代に合ってないように思いました
朝食のビュッフェは美味しかったし、宿泊料金も家計に優しい

Tolles Hotel für einen Road-Trip

Das Hotel ist gut ausgestattet und bietet ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Außerdem bekommt man an der Rezeption allerlei Annehmlichkeiten für den Aufenthalt (Kamm, Badezusätze, Haargummis, ...). Gleich neben dem Hotel ist ein 7-Eleven, in dem man sich mit allem Nötigen eindecken kann. Das Hotel ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen.
