Perfect final night at Hiroshima. Rooms were clean and rather spacious (considering 2 extra beds were added). Bed mattress was firm and had two types of pillows (the added beds were decent as well). Dinner menu downstairs had limited selections, but enough to satisfy our two families w/ kids. The best thing about this hotel are the staffs. Right from the beginning their sense of professionalism and warm hospitality shined through. From the added beds to the arrangement of the shuttle bus was all handled with utmost courteousness and care. We spent 2 weeks traveling around Hiroshima and staying at Hiroshima Airport Hotel was the perfect ending.

Location, kids friendly, staff and service.
Perfect if you have an early flight the next day. The staffs were very courteous, patient and preemptive. They have games and toys for hire free of charge and gave my girls foam plane toys. When one of them lost a part a staff saw me looking around at the lobby and actively offered me another one.
We enjoyed the complementary drinks and snacks session that runs until around 9PM.
They have shuttle bus to the airport, very handy when you age travelling with kids and lots of bags. Would recommend.

While the room was pretty basic, the staff was wonderful and the location lovely. The parks surrounding the hotel are magnificent. Being able to either walk 5 minutes to the airport or take the complimentary shuttle is so convenient!

The hotel property is very nice and walking distance from the airport, but there is not much around there other than the airport. My 5-night stay was very pleasant, except for the spotty wifi. The hotel provides free drinks at night and free ice cream/yogurt drink during the day

Hotel iprovides a shuttle, although it in a close proximity of the airport. Our triple room was spacious and had a nice view of the garden and lake. The breakfast was good but the menu didn’t vary much during our 4 night stay. The hotel provides free alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks from 3-10 pm in the bar, which was a nice place for our group of 9 to unwind and reflect on the day.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is 100%the best I’ve ever encountered. So nice, polite and extremely accommodating. The breakfast has more options than I think I’ve ever seen. The grounds were beautiful. It’s a long way from town, but it’s right next to the airport. If I ever come back to this are, I will definitely stay again.

If you are forced to stay near the airport, then you really don't have too many options. It's the only Airport hotel. The main issue is that Airport is far from everything and therefore no local transportation to look for stores etc and walk around. Just the beautiful gardens. I'm not a big fan of Hiroshima's airport as it is very inconvenient.

All of the staff at this hotel were simply amazing. We arrived at the hotel late. Regardless of the time of the arrival at the hotel, many staff members came to the lobby area and welcomed us. Every single one of them were very helpful. They gave us information about the airport, such as airport's operation hours and when airline counters start operationg. Without the knowledge, we were to miss their amazing breakfast, and go to the airport way too early, just to wait outside for a long time! The hotel offered to run their free shuttle bus to the airport outside of their scheduled operation hours, so that we don't have to drag our suitcases to the airport. The room was very clean and locations of amenities were very well thought out. Options at the breakfast buffet were just amazing. Our stay at fhe hotel was less than 12 hrs due to our flight schedule, but the stay was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel. 10/10!

There is a beautiful Japanese garden at the back of the hotel, that you can spend hours in. It is very helpful if you have had a long flight from overseas and want a day to help with jet lag. If you are a senior, with ID proving your age, it is free to enter. The buffet breakfast is fine. There are reasonable priced meals at the bar. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

晚上抵達後，夜班的服務人員非常貼心的服務，還有泡澡球可以選擇！

雖然飯店有歷史痕跡，但是也感覺的到飯店有用心的更新設備，像浴室插座等都有更新！

早餐更是豪華直接提供炸牡蠣，非常大手筆，而且餐點品質都很好，吃的意猶未盡！

飯店旁的公園也很美麗，離開前散了個步非常放鬆😎

The hotel itself was very old school, it seems a bit run down, but it was quite nice. Only stayed overnight to catch a flight so didn't go to the restaurants or explore around but would definitely stay there again. The service of the staff was spectacular. There is also a courtesy van to the airport but it's also close enough to walk there if you don't have many luggage. Breakfast was included and it had a lot of traditional Japanese breakfast items and was quite enjoyable. Caters flight attendants and businessmen mostly but if you have an early or late flight to catch, definitely worth staying here.

Since we have an early flight, we followed the instruction upon arriving at the airport, find the info center to call for a shuttle service. To our surprise, it came less than three minutes.

The hotel is a bit aged. But, it’s clean and neat. We didn’t get to try the breakfast due to a stomach bug.

A short walk from the airport made the Hiroshima Airport Hotel very convenient. We were able to walk from and back to the airport the following morning to catch a bus to Hiroshima Station to catch a train to continue our journey. The hotel's breakfast buffet is delicious and plentiful, one of the best we've ever had! We hightly recommend this hotel.

We like this hotel because of it’s location (very close to Hiroshima Airport) and staffs are very helpful. We booked the hotel on a different date by mistake during the typhoon but the staffs were all so accomodating and helpful. The room is very spacious compared to most Japanese hotel room. Will defintely stay here again.

Brilliant location for an early morning flight. We made the five minute walk to the airport with cases, with no problem at all.
The hotel surroundings are very attractive and spacious, room was great too. The restaurant is expensive but you can eat in the airport and we didn’t have time for breakfast, so can’t comment. Would recommend if, like us you wanted easy access to the airport which is many miles from Hiroshima.

Arrived at HIJ in the evening and the airport staff called for the hotel shuttle which came in 5 minutes. The hotel staff were friendly and professional, and their morning buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We walked along a 5-minute paved pathway back to the airport.

The hotel is within a waling distance from the Hiroshima Airport, but the waling path is not well marked. They have a convenient shuttle. There is nothing around the hotel but the airport. The airport has restaurants and a convenient store. The hotel is clean, quiet and the staff are friendly and kind.

Easy walk from HIJ Terminal to Hotel. CHKN super easy & friendly (excellent English). Room, Dining, Public areas immaculately clean. Room very comfortable. Sadly, no English TV (BBC, CNN, MSNBC) is only thing that could be improved upon. Every Customer Facing Employee was so nice and gracious and HELPFUL!

Proximity to the airport - there is a shuttle bus but it is literally a 5-10 min walk across the car park.
We arrived here via the airport bus from Hiroshima Station, which took 45 minutes.

I stayed at the Hiroshima Airport hotel as I had an early flight in the morning. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel. It was excellent - welcoming stay, tasteful decor and spotless areas throughout. The ceramics display was an added treat. I wandered outside and found the exquisite grounds in a really tranquil setting. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.
