The service here is terrible. There are lots of locals from Saigon that come to this hotel and is very loud. My room had a water leak, nothing was done about it. I requested two bottles of water from room service and was told there would be a charge. But if I dialed reception and requested there would be no charge?!?. So I requested it from the receptionist and was still charged when I checked out.
The breakfast buffet is underwhelming. This does not meet a 5 star standard, I would say it's a two star at best. Would not recommend this hotel.

The pool and gym at the top do not have any sort of air conditioning—poor air circulation so it can feel like a sauna. The pool area has some tiles that are slippery when wet—dangerous choice of flooring. From the pool, the door to go to the bathrooms is locked so you have to walk all the way around (on the wet tiles) to get to the bathroom. Also, with that door locked there’s only one way in and out, this could be dangerous in an emergency. Okay, enough about that! The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. For being a five star hotel I thought there would be bathrobes available in the rooms, but there were none. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Hotel avec de grande chambre avec belle vue, bien située. L'equipe est sympatique mais ne parle pas anglais. Toutefois ce n'etait pas un problème pour se faire comprendre. Le bagagiste etait tres gentil et servibale. Je pense que le service lors du check in, pourrait s'ameliorer en fournissant des informations pratiques sur les lieux à visiter, comment s'y rendre ou proposer des tours ou une liste de restaurant recommandé. Le rooftop offre une belle vue, et un moment de sérénité. Le petit déjeuner est pas terrible mais correct. Globalement c'est un lieu assez calme qui apporte sérénité.
