Since the day one to the end, the staff were friendly and polite, especially the staff PAM who sever us at the restaurant.
The room was clean, comfortable and spacious.
The breakfast comes with a good spread of cuisine and varity.

Feels more like a condominium than resort. Asked for a room with view, was given a room in the middle of buildings, obstructed view all around. Realised there are rooms with unblocked views and ask to change in the afternoon. Reception said no changes after 2pm. Honestly disappointed.

Positives - very clean room and good lobby service. Decent restaurant. Very good breakfast. Pools were fine for the kids (too shallow for real swimming though). Generally very child-friendly hotel.

Negatives - attempted to charge us 1250 Bt for the airport pick up they advertise on their amenities. it costs 140-300 on Grab. 140 if you use one of the taxi agencies in the airport. this is just a con. dont fall for it. The location is terrible - near nothing at all and you cant even walk because its on a superhighway with no paved walkways. Had to take Grab taxis everywhere. If you stay here, expect to spend upwards of 400 bt per day on taxis alone if you want tosee anything.

Overall its fine. Have it as an option when making your decision, but there are probably more conveniently located hotels out there in Chiang Mai.

Breakfast provided in this resort is unseen! I would say it is breakfast, lunch combined, with multiple salad, soups, and Thai cuisine dishes. And all that comes with genuine Thai hospitality. Resort is very well maintaned and tidy. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at this hotel during my sixth visit to Thailand. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there was one significant issue that left a lasting impression.

The Good:

Facilities: The hotel boasts impressive amenities, including a lovely pool, comfortable rooms, and a well-appointed lobby.
Restaurant: The dining experience was delightful, with delicious food served in a pleasant ambiance.
The Not-So-Good:

Front Desk Receptionist (Zee): Unfortunately, my encounter with Zee, the front desk receptionist, was less than satisfactory. When I requested an additional keycard, she rudely warned me about a 5,000 baht charge if I lost it. While I understand the policy, her tone and finger-pointing were unnecessary. A more polite explanation would have sufficed.
Cultural Sensitivity: As a black man, I’ve encountered misconceptions in the past. Zee’s behavior made me feel uncomfortable, especially when she assumed I might not be able to pay my bill. I reminded her that I’m an American with no financial constraints.
Other Observations:

Staff: Thankfully, the other receptionists were courteous and exemplified the warmth typical of Thai hospitality.
Location: The hotel’s position on a one-way street near the freeway can be inconvenient for travelers. Exiting requires either a freeway U-turn or navigating several blocks via backstreets.

Unable to regulate water temperature, the water fluctuates between boiling hot and cold, very inconsistent. Our room key quit working twice. The refrigerator in our room didn’t work at all. The quality of food at the restaurant was not good. But the beds were comfortable and the room was kept clean.

This is a nice hotel overall. There is a huge mall just down the road from it as well. Everything is driving distance within 10-15min. Hotel staff were all kind and helpful and the breakfast buffet was great.

This is a very comfortable hotel but it’s location does not make it easy to walk anywhere. The staff were kind enough to call taxis but we prefer to be able to walk in the neighborhood. Breakfast was very good.

Property is brand new hotel which replaced old one. Very clean and staff nice. Hotel is being run for company meetings and weddings. Expensive ,ie. 70 baht for room ice ect.. Transport is an issue as not in a good location for local walking and shops. Not many tourists as mostly Thai staying here. Buffet good and staff very nice. Better bang for buck can be found.

Everything from the rooms, the staff, complimentary breakfast, were fantastic. Great location away from all the hostels/party scenes, but still close enough for cheap cab rides just about anywhere. Can’t say enough about the staff, so wonderful. Don’t miss this hotel if you plan on staying in Chiang Mai!

Great hotel, clean and cosy. It's not in the city center, but depends on your activities. Museum, zoo, and biggest malls are in a walkable distance. Room service is great and it's one of those hotels which are CLEAN. Really liked it, have kids friendly swimming pools too.

There was apparently a problem with my reservation. I was sure we booked a pool access room (this was Part of our honeymoon). But instead we got a room on the top floor in the corner with a view of the warehouse next door. When I called the front desk to ask about the mix up, they essentially said “you didn’t book that room” and if you did “prove it.” They took my reservation Info paper at check in and never gave it back so I called back and asked for that back and she told me I could come get it. Just not the kind of service you expect when checking into a semi nice hotel. Otherwise, it was clean, well kept and breakfast was included (not the best- but free). Also, the location is not good. It’s on a major highway and north of town so walking is not really an option. We had to get a 10 min plus grab or taxi everywhere we went. Not the worst place I’ve stayed but I wouldn’t go back.

The hotel is nice, new and clean. The concierge does not have many recommendations and does not know to give you all of the information at once. For example, I misplaced one of my electric room keys and when we were checking out, pointed to the tiny text in the inside flap envelope they hand you that there was a $15 charge for lost keys. We also were giving them recommendations to give other guests as they had poor or none for us when we would ask.

Reasonable place to stay

The hotel is clean and new. There's a nice fitness center and a pool. The staff were alright and the breakfast was tasty. The location is a bit out of the way and located near a big highway, which to cross you either need to use a taxi or walk a bit far. But it's not a bad place. I had somewhat higher expectations, but you'll probably be happy staying here.

The hotel was pretty good. I would say that it is more on the lines of a 3 star because of the location. The corner room had great sun light but the view was dirty. The break fast was your typical Thai American breakfast spread to try to pleas all. There are no taxis near this location or motor bikes or tutt tutt. The hotel has a shuttle but I am not sure what for. I think it’s only for airport transport. There are no resturants that are worth eating near by. There is a golds gym. The compound has a gym over looking the what they call a pool. The pool is not really designed for swimming just really for suiting in the water so the room with pool access is a waste of money. If you are going to stay here I recommend a car to get around. I would however stay there again because it’s very clean and looks like the pictures on line.

This place is pristine, spent nearly a week and not one thing was out of place or needing repairs. The towels smell great! The AC is fast and COLD. The beds are actually soft! The staff is super friendly (almost too friendly). Breakfast was good, wide selection of foods. Staff could be a little more fluent in English, but for Chiang Mai, its definitely better the most. Due to the building / pool placement, only sun between 11:00-3:00 (month of Feb). 4.5/5. WILL return in the future!
P.S. rent a scooter, too far to walk to night life on a daily basis

Well worth a few nights stay

Hotel is new, clean and well kitted out rooms. The pools are not huge but fantastic, the gym is also new with everything you need. It is possibly the best hotel I have stayed in within Thailand and alot better than alot of 4 star plus hotels in Europe.
Breakfast selection was good.
Its a little out from the old town so expect a tuktuk or taxi. Not really walkable as no footpath along the direct route.

Tricky one...

This is a very new hotel, and it’s independently owned (they have a couple of other hotels in Thailand but not exactly a chain).
I don’t think anyone had stayed in my room before; and as someone who works in the industry, I did feel the need to email the general manager on the first night to point out some pretty glaring issues. To be fair, pretty much all of the simple issues were rectified the next day so hats off for that.
During the opening phase, the biggest issue appears to be the professionalism of the staff across all departments. On the whole - with the exception of whom I assume to be a restaurant manager and a head housekeeper - the staff were very poorly trained. Lovely people, but really, really poorly trained if this hotel aspires to be a 4* property.
The flip side of this is the property is great. It’s not in the heart of the Chang Mai action but it’s 100-200 baht in a car so no issues. The rooms are spacious, minimalist and - in my mind - lovely (and I have no doubt they’ll stay that way if housekeeping stays on top of things); the bed linen and mattresses were dreamy.
There is a lot of work to be done by the owners and management of this hotel, if they want to reap the benefits of their investment. I’d say in the meantime, take a punt if you want a bit of luxury in terms of space and environment but don’t mind a less than glorious service from the staff.

Nice new hotel with lovely rooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast service was poor- no plates bowls, cups, no food being replaced, and had to wait a while for tables. Check in was poor with no one even mentioning the hotel gives a free shuttle into town- leaving us to walk in which took well over an hour. The location is awful and there's nothing near by for those who want the main attractions. Wouldn't return.

What a little gem we found. It is brand new, clean, quiet, and the design of the room was beautiful. Staff were friendly and spoke great English. There is a free shuttle to a couple of the tourists attractions.
But the bed is heaven, if you want to disappear and have an amazing night sleep, you will not be disappointed.
My only little moan was the breakfast, it had everything you needed but everything was cold except the eggs if they were made fresh. Coffee was really good.

Got picked up at the airport by hotel staff. Hotel is located not far from the airport and shopping centre.
Greeted with refreshing welcome drink and cold towel. The lobby was big - decorated with marble and wood. Had a good night sleep. Good buffet breakfast with variety of spread.

It's a nice hotel, and nothing is missing. Nice staff, and good breakfast. But that's where it ends! I could have saved a lot of money and just booked a hostel. Maybe there would have been less noise there. The description says that there are soundproof rooms. I hope they remove that again, because that's definitely not the case. You could hear everything from the neighbor. One night I was woken up by the neighbor and 6-7 guests at 11 pm and they had a party in their room, which continued until late at night. Definitely not what you can expect when booking a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotel. What should have been a few relaxing days turned out to be anything but! Definitely not recommended.

The rooms are nice, modern and clean. But some things need improvement: WiFi was not usable, and for 5 days they kept saying: ‘we’ll have it fixed’. Nothing changed during our stay. The chairs in the restaurant urgently need replacement. They are so dirty and stained that you’ll loose all appetite looking at them.
Some clean towels still had stains in them.
