The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was so nice, very friendly. We just love That people and their culture.

Shower pressure wasn't the best but we manage, happy to report AC was a blessing.

I'll definitely stay here again.

We stayed here 5 nights. Staff are very hospitable and caring, and a credit to the hotel. The hotel is very clean and well run. Rooms are spacious and serviced daily with everything you'd expect from a 5 star hotel. A few downsides are breakfast could offer more variety/choice, rooms are without balconies and you cannot open the windows, and the electrics/lights in the rooms are confusing to use. The pool area needs some TLC, and the location is some distance from the the old town, about 20 minutes in a taxi. Overall if you want to be near the Maya Shopping Mall the location is good but some distance from the town centre and it's attractions, weekend Walking Streets, Night Bizarre etc.

This was such an amazing property and the service here is 10/10. I would highly recommend staying here as it is clean, comfortable, convenient and very affordable. The breakfast buffet is delicious and worth the add-on as well!

Decent hotel however there’s no view from any of the windows and it’s kinda hidden behind another hotel. Other than that the hotel is fantastic, very clean and modern. It didn’t have a smart TV. The bed was also large and comfortable.

This hotel is absolutely stunning and the pool is absolutely amazing.! Big rooms, big beds and big bathrooms. You also get complimentary soft drinks and coffee pods and a mini fruit platter upon checking in. Highly recommend this place. Will be back again!

This resort is beautiful. The staff are so friendly, we were welcomed with a welcome drink and they offered us a late check out after checking in late. That is service I have never had before. The room was large and beautifully designed, there were a lot of elements we liked in the design. We had troubles figuring out all the light switches but we got it sorted in the end. The only complaint was that the pool was extremely cold. It needed to be a few degrees warmer to enjoy.

I stay in many hotels and I rarely leave reviews because they rarely exceed my expectations. But this hotel was great, I believe it's newly opened. Great facilities. A pool which gets lots of sunshine. Very friendly and accommodating staff with smiles on their faces. The room was spacious. Huuuuuuge bed and very clean, and a feature that often gets overlooked is that the rooms have plenty of power sockets - I counted 10. Ok I'll stop there.

The only thing I think could improve is the breakfast, a few of the food items which should be hot were cold, and could do with a couple more juice selections. But hey it was free for us.

I would definitely return and recommend to my friends.

Pleasantly surprised and friendly staff

New hotel with great rooms. Some may not know the hotel however mention Khum Puchome hotel that's inside the same vicinity. Nothing much around the area however Nimman area is about 10 to 15 minutes walk or a 5 minutes drive depending on traffic.

This is a brand new hotel with Art Deco styling. Overall it’s very clean and a piece of art work as a whole. It’s still a new hotel so there’s some on going construction and staff seems fairly new. Once it establishes itself it’ll sure be an even better experience.

勝價比超出我預期。酒店行 24小時 check in ，幾多點入住幾多點 check out 。職員服務態度非常好，等叫車期間會主動閒談，分享清邁旅遊資訊。早餐半自助式，好味豐富。房間企理乾淨。如果一定要挑剔嘅地方就係臨近機場聽到飛機飛過嘅聲音，同埋地理位置未算太方便，附近冇便利店。主要都係以call車出入。

호텔 너무 깔끔했고 직원분들 모두 친절해요!
수영장 이용은 하지 않았지만, 호텔 컨디션이 너무 좋아서 다시 치앙마이 가게된다면 방문할 것 같아요^^
