I didn't expect much so I wasn't too disappointed. Chose this place for: 1) dog friendly 2) location 3) price.

No breakfast, pool seems permanently closed, nothing extra at all. Not sure if they even had an ice machine honestly, we didn't look. There was a good sized little fridge in the room. We ate across the street and got drinks at the dollar store.

Very friendly staff. They seemed to be constantly cleaning because the laundry room was open all the time, with cleaning carts blocking the hallway to the parking lot, strong cleaning chemical smells, and i almost got hit in the head with a bucketful of soapy water that got dumped off the 2nd floor walkway into the parking lot next to my car where I was standing.

That being said, you'd think it would have been cleaner. Floors made my socks dirty just walking around, and tub wasnt fully clean.It's shabby and in disrepair- light fixtures hanging loose on the wall, bathroom door off the hinge - you could close it if you lifted it by the handle and shoved it, but it was sticky from too many layers of paint. Tile floors broken in the corners, no threshold transition peice between tile and vinyl plank so it was sharp. Big gaps at the ends of floorboards. A peice of 2x4 holding up the window frame outside the room.

Was given a wifi password but couldn't stay connected for more than a few minutes at a time, and definitely not play any video. I had to Slack my team from my phone and let them know i was offgrid Thursday and Friday.

These people are rude unfriendly and could care less about you or your business. Staff except cleaning girls act like they hate the country and even running a hotel.Managment belittle employees seenitt myself.Change happens alot because im sure low pay and have to deal toxic environment with unhealthy attitudes. Rooms run down had stsined blackbwash cloth and no coffee in the rooms and good luck getting any before 11am.Mostly rent immigrants parking lit full of their vehicles. Stayed here for weeks at a time act like never seen you before think can boss you around and guve terrible servuce

The room was clean but the hand soap (basically empty) was labeled lotion and the lotion was labeled hand soap. In the morning, it was discovered the body wash was empty and there was no shower curtain. The one lamp in the room was on the desk. Prefer them on nightstands. Breakfast was starch heavy and basically gone with 20 minutes left. Otherwise, easy check-in and nice accommodations.

Found a German cockroach in the bathroom when we first got there. It was the only one we saw, but still gross. Beds are not comfy and squeak when you move on them. Pillows are old and hard as well. Poor sleep quality per my smartwatch. It was the cheapest in the area, but you get what you pay for.

Upon check in. I waited almost 20 mins. Granted it was 11:30 at night. I had to call the customer service line to even get someone to come to the desk. It took the customer service people calling the property for them to finally come and check us in. I wasn’t very happy about having to wait for them to come to the desk for check in. Someone should always be at the front to check people in even if it’s 11:30 at night in my opinion. I always use red roof in for my stays cause I like the rooms and it’s affordable. But sometimes affordability isn’t always the best to go if you don’t get the service you deserve. They need to fix the front desk problem.

Bathroom light was not working. Reported it to the on duty managers before I moved anything into the room. Left for an hour or so. Came back. Was already after 9pm. Had to get up at 4am. Still no bathroom light! I tried to take a shower and skipped and fell. Reported it to same manager, who seemed very unconcerned. He had his money and could care less about guest. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT A HALF DECENT, SAFE ROOM! I wont be going back!

While the stay was better than I expected for a red roof inn, I still wasn’t impressed. The room smelled like cigarettes and mouse urine. I’m fairly certain the mouse smell was coming from the ac unit. The bathroom had very clear water damage that hadn’t been properly fixed. Upon closer examination, several areas were not cleaned well- dirty lamp shades, layers of dirt built up into the light switches, dirty walls, and even a handprint still on the headboard. It was close to the road so it was loud all night. Breakfast consisted of two basic cereals and bagels that we saw out the night before. That’s all. You get what you get for the price paid, but I wouldn’t stay again unless necessary. It wasn’t the worst, but it was far from great.

Outside entrance. Trash & broken ACs laying around. Pool had only rainwater in it and super green. Property felt unsafe. Room over front desk & smelled of owners food cooking. TV didn’t work but they came in to fix. Door had gap when closed so ppl could look in. Used towel to cover crack. Could feel springs in bed. AC struggled to cool room down. Property has lots of cameras but stood at front desk for good 7-10 min before anyone showed up to check us in. No one watching cameras. No breakfast. Spent $10 more than a worse rated property that we stayed at night before & it was quite disappointing.

Everything was nice managers were very very friendly. The only complaint I have is in the shower area you go to pull the knob up so the water goes up to the shower and I thought it was gonna take the Spicket off because it was so loose, toilet seat was loose and the TV had these weird white spots in it. It made watching TV hard. I don’t know what the issue is with the TV but the white spots were in no matter what channel.

Friendly check in. Bed linens all stained. Lots of dirt/grud on the walls. Bathroom fan broken and smoke detector went off twice. Lots of mold in the bathroom. Im glad it was next to a Waffle House so I could get breakfast. I will not return to that location or any other. I read reviews and thought people were exaggerating, they were not. I didn't take photos because they're like all the other ones posted. Maybe it's time to clean it up.

Although non smoking - there are individuals who smoked on other side of building and that smell festered in the non smoking area walkway.
Other hotel tenants who arrive were loud and would converse outside of rooms which made it challenging to ignore.
Lastly, if you are looking to grab even a simple breakfast of cereal or coffee this isn’t readily convenient to get to. If the times for breakfast aren’t accessible because hotel lobby is locked allow for entry of guests with scanning of key

The room itself was.... average. The sink leaked, the stairs are not the best, I have a fear of falling, and the stairs almost made me hyperventilate. The \" breakfast included\" was cereal, some toast, and some bagels in a clear bin that wasn't even heated and some coffee in a canister with milk sitting out on the counter. Not going again. NOT for the same price I paid to stay at a Red Roof that was SOOOO much better the night before.

The pool was not in service. But listed on website. Looks if not open for a while. Bathtub faucet was running. Could not turn off. Exterior lights on doors exposed. Outlets not working. And someone was working on a car like a mechanics shop fin parking lot for over 5 hours.

False advertisement ! Site says it has a pool, pool has been closed over a yr. Tile in bathroom is separated from the walls and walls have had water damage prior. Sheetrock at bottom of walls were bubbled and had black mold ! Ceiling also had water damage prior, someone did a piss poor repair on those areas. Either owner is lieing or corporate doesn't give a crap, either way they are taking your money if you stay there.
