What a welcoming greeting. From start to finish the staff were in the customer service business. Everything in Passau is in walking distance or a bus ride (depot is moments away). The breakfast was worth the price. Next time we are in Passau we will definitely stay here.

We stayed there twice, the first time it was great. The second time the room had strange beds which were very hard. We also had lots of noise from other rooms. Staff seemed to shrug when we complained. We did buy breakfast which was lovely

We were very please with our stay at the Centro Hotel in Passau. We found it to be very clean and it was very up to date. It is also in a great location with easy access to the train station, shopping, restaurants and the cruise ships on the Danube. I would definately stay there again.

Great location for walking from train and to all areas on the peninsula. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Our room was ready so we were able to check in early with no charge. They also hold luggage if you need. No air conditioner but we had a fan which was perfect. We stayed in August and it was hot outside.

This hotel has great location and history. The rooms a just big enough and there is no refrigerator in the room. The beds are comfortable and bathroom a good size. The room key situation is a little odd though. You have to use the key to lock the door from inside of your room, so we just left the key in the lock so that in case of emergency we would not have to search for the it to open the door. But over all the stay was lovely!

The location is excellent, right in the middle of town. Passau is a beautiful town and this hotel is an easy walk from everything.
The hotel is clean and comfortable. The room was a good size. The only negative was the lack of toiletries in the bathroom. Just one multipurpose soap substance supposedly for hair and body? No conditioner, body lotion or any of the other toiletry items most hotels provide. The airline had lost our luggage, everywhere else we stayed provided toiletries, we were only in Passau for one night and arrived just as the shops were shutting so it was a bit inconvenient.

The breakfast was good value for money. Not the most extensive selection but a very sensible price for good quality food. Good price quality ratio.

I would certainly recommend it as a place to stay as the location really is excellent - just don't expect the standard range of toiletries.

The location is great but they do not have air conditioning which is important when it is 30 degrees outside. The rooms are clean but the bed wasn't very comfy. The key is attached to a big ball type thing and we found out later that the idea is to leave it at the front desk when you go out so you don't have to carry this heavy thing around. We did have breakfast in the restaurant and it was quite nice.

The property was a good hotel for the price. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, I am not sure how to make sure that your rate you purchase has A/C. When we checked in, the temperature in the city was in the 90’s. When we finally were able to check in and go to our room the temperature in the room had to be in the 80’s. When I went to the front desk to find out about the a/c, they said my rate did not include air conditioning and that I would have to pay more to get it. Not great news after traveling all night. We paid it, but make sure you check the rate and what is included.

Our reserved handicapped room (for son with CP in wheelchair) was given to another guest before we arrived. We had reserved two rooms on same floor. Evening staff offered only apologies. Morning staff was good to try to alleviate the problem by offering breakfast as a concession. Staff kept changing their story over why our room was given away (kept blaming Expedia although we reserved and confirmed through Orbitz). Seems staff requires more customer service training. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well situated near many interesting sights, and beds were comfortable. Note that window was a sensor that will not allow A/C or heat to operate if it is open. Also, long term handicapped parking for overheight vehicles is not readily available.

Great location for central Passau

The hotel is in a good position in the centre of the town for shopping, university, walking along the river and seeing the sights etc. The room itself was ok, very clean - the duvet was folded in the centre of the bed each day so basically you had to make it yourself before you could get in - there was no tea and coffee making facilities which I would expect for the rating of this hotel. Staff pleasant. Overall I would stay again if only for location.

Booked based on reviews. Temp in the room approched 95 degrees in the evening. With windows opened no help since no wind. I went down to front desk to see if they had a fan but no luck. Opened the windows taking a chance that there were no bugs. Bugs not a problem but lots of street noise. Thankfully had a bottle of sleeping pills and survived a night with a few hours of sleep.

Beautiful Corner, right next to a walking area. Happy to finally find a hotel where they have for the family room 2 single beds for the kids (and not couch bed or any other not ideal solution). Very clean and nice! You can hear the noise of the streets but being a walking area from 10 and not next to clubs or bar and it won’t be noisy till really late. Very happy with this, it’s already a few times we pic this hotel to split our long trip, definitely we’ll choose this again and again!

Leider hat mir das Hotel nicht so gut gefallen, ich finde es schon schrecklich, wenn man nicht genügend Ablagefläche im Badezimmer hat, keinen richtigen Schrank, wo man seine Sachen unterbringen kann.
Die Zimmer waren soweit sauber, obwohl man den Teppichboden mal reinigen oder vielleicht erneuern sollte.
Die Dusche war nicht so toll, hinterher im Bad
alles nass, musste Handtücher auf dem Fußboden
legen (wurde mir vom Personal gegeben), damit man nicht noch alles verteilt.
Frühstück war in Ordnung, leider war nicht genügend Personal da, um immer alles gleich wieder nachzufüllen und die Tische abzuräumen. Haben sich aber bemüht.

Zentrale Lage, sauber und ruhig

Das Hotel Premier Inn zeichnet sich durch seine sehr gute zentrale Lage aus - sowohl zum Bahnhof, zur Donau mit seinen Schiffsanlegestellen und zu zahlreichen Restaurants und Geschäften sind es nur wenige Schritte. Das Hotel ist grosszügig gestaltet, ruhig und sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend gross, gut gepflegt und absolut sauber. Eine ideale Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip über wenige Tage.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und eignet sich hervorragend für Leute die mit der Bahn anreisen.Vom Bahnhof zum Hotel läuft man nicht einmal 10 Minuten . Man kann fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erkunden. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung- allerdings gibt es meiner Meinung nach zu wenig Ablageflächen oder Möglichkeiten Kleider aufzuhängen. Die Dusche ist eine Fehlkonstruktion. Sobald man die Türen der Duschkabine öffnet läuft das Wasser auf den Boden und alles ist überflutet. Das Zimmer wird nur am nächsten Tag gereinigt wenn man darum bittet. Wir wurden wohl leider vergessen… Zum gastronomischen Angebot kann ich nichts sagen. Wir haben es vorgezogen das Frühstück in einigen der netten umliegenden Cafes einzznehmen.
