禁煙室を予約したにもかかわらず入室したとたん煙草の臭いが鼻につき、フロントに連絡したところ早急に部屋を変える対応をしてくれました。しかしながら、もし満室で交換する部屋がなかったらどうなっていたのか？ 宿泊者のモラルの問題ですが、清掃時に気が付かなかった疑問です。古くからあるホテルなので設備が古いのは仕方がないことと思いますが、サイドテーブルの照明スイッチや洗面シャワーの温度を示す印刷が剥げて消えていたので不便でした。

フロントの女性の対応が不満でした。部屋がオートロックでなく、部屋の鍵が一つしかないために、先に風呂から戻った家内が寝込んでしまったため、フロントの女性に告げ解錠してもらうため一緒に部屋まで行って貰いましたが、時間がPM11:00頃でしたが私がいるのに部屋のドアを強く叩き、家内を飛び起こしました。翌日朝、家内が昨晩の女性に『女性の大浴場の暗証キィ―がかからなかったため不安だった』と告げましたが、『調べます』と言っただけで、原因について何の説明もありませんでした。セキュリティが非常に心配になりました。仕事で車を利用しておりますが、翌日AM10:00にチェックアウトしましたがフロント正面のコーヒースタンドに旅行バックを忘れたのが当日PM6:00帰宅後気付き、慌てて電話をしたところ、『カバンはあります』との返事だけでした。忘れた私が悪いのは当然ですが、部屋で忘れたのならともかく、忘れた場所がフロント正面なのですから気付いて当然と思います。チェックイン時に名前や住所や連絡先も記入しているにも関わらず、こちらから連絡するまではありませんでした。ルートインは仕事で良く利用し気に入っているビジネスホテルですが、このルートイン本庄駅南は二度と利用しないと思います。

受験会場の近くだったので利用させて頂きました。とても快適に過ごせました。この時期は乾燥が心配でしたが、加湿空気清浄機もあり朝まで快適に寝れました。また、ロビーのコーヒーも美味しかったです。朝食付きだったので、朝から温かいお味噌汁等頂き元気が出ました。有難うございました。また、利用させて頂きたいと思います。
