My stay in 123 Takasaki

The experience is generally good.

Transport
If you need to travel to the hotel from Takasaki station, you can go straight from the East Entrance, walk straight across the bridge and go downstairs turn left. It take only 3 minutes, only opposite to LABI department store. Excellent convenience.

Great location by the train station

The room was tiny, but mostly quite clean...the only exception was the decorative drape over the bed was very stained and one morning one of the towels was dirty. The beds are very firm, but we thought they were quite comfortable. We really enjoyed the breakfast - usually includes a type of fish, sausage, rice, eggs, miso soup, rolls, yogurt, coffee, tea, etc. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful!

Comfortable and convenient hotel

Really close to JR Takasaki Station, only about 5 min walk. The hotel is clean and our stay is comfort overall. Would recommend for those who stay Takasaki.

We only spend one night there.
Stuff is nice and helpful, we find the bedlinen not very clean, tell them they change within 5 mins.
Breakfast is included and it is served in a buffet style and have free coffee whole day, It is excellent.

A pleasant stay!

This is definitely value for money.

Hotel condition is great except that the air-coniditoner of initial room assigned dripped. We were then moved to another room.

This is a 3-star business hotel. Room is small but typical japanese size. Bed however is too soft for me.

Hotel is located next to the JR station and department stores.

Great location and a worthy choice.

The staff are nice and helpful, the facility is clean and bright but with few options if you want to have some snakes or drinks nearby as there's only one supermarket right in the station main building yet closed at 20:00.

3-5 mins walking distance from Takasaki JR station, great location and convenient transport purpose.

The breakfast is provided as light buffet, it's delicious and good for both Japanese&western style.

Great find and the price

The hotel was only a few minutes walk from Takasaki station. Very clean and nice beds! The overall room is excellent for Japan. We stayed in two semi-double bed room and the bed size was nice and very clean. The room size is a little cozy however I felt very comfortable. Nice breakfast and I enjoyed the free public bath (Japanese hot bath) to relax in a hot bath! I would definately recommend this hotel.

最近は予約か取りづらい程人気のあるホテルです

最近は直前では満室で予約がこれないくらい人気ホテルとなっています。コスパとサービスのバランスがよいと思う。朝食つきがうれしいですね。

交通方便、價格便宜、購物也很容易。

飯店很乾淨舒服價格也很合理，早餐好吃。離 JR 車站很近, 如果使用 JR PASS 的話, 其實住在這裡, 到其他週邊的輕井澤、草津、長野、越後湯澤..都很方便。
另外, 在高崎的 JR 站裡, 有很多連鎖商店，藥妝店、uniqlo、無印良品、眼鏡行 JINS、美食街、ABC Mart...百貨公司，如果買這類連鎖品牌的話, 也不用特別跑去其他地方, 這裡就一次解決了。

從新幹線高崎站出站後直接走二樓空橋過馬路，下去就可以到飯店，超方便，飯店二樓有免費的咖啡，也有澡堂可泡澡，且附自助早餐可省下一筆錢，房間非常乾淨，如要玩輕井澤、草津溫泉、日光等住這裡非常方便

不錯的酒店, 性價比很高

首先這個酒店在近郊的中心點, 方便前往輕井澤和湯澤等地方,前往JR 高崎站只需5分鐘。
而且房間可以有2張單人床,勉強放到2個行李。
價格合理, 還包括早餐, 但係早餐款式偏少,味道就不過不失。
員工態度很誠懇，感覺很舒適。
性價比很高

Great location, decent room with free breakfast

The room was bigger than other hotel rooms in Japan. Close to the Takasaki JR station so it's very convenient.
Free hotel breakfast was decent.
The only thing can be improved was that it took me about 20 mins to finish my check-in process. Seemed there was some misunderstanding. The receptionists' English were not very good so had some problems on communications.

距離高崎JR站大概5~10mins, 比較方便. 入住的2人雙床房空間大小跟一般日本酒店差不多, 但床還算大的. 酒店設施稍微略舊, 房間的電視遙控電池已經壞掉很久, 冷氣機出風弱, 大衆浴池小而平實. 房價相對很優惠而且含簡單早餐, 適合要求不高的旅客

高崎に来る時はいつもここです。コストパフォーマンスからすると、かなり優秀です。家族でも、1人でも、近隣ホテルもいくつか宿泊していますが、一番バランスが取れてます。

朝から…

部屋は綺麗にまとまっており、使いやすかったです。
男性従業員の無表情で無愛想な対応には辟易させられましたが…
チェックイン・アウト…どちらも同じ対応。
ロボットかなぁって思うほどでした。
朝食付きはありがたいのですが、料理をお皿に取り分けようかなと手を伸ばした瞬間に、料理が残っているのにもかかわらず、下げられたりと… 朝から気分が悪い思いをしました。

駅前で便利

LABIが目の前なので食事にも行きやすいし、コンビニも近いので不便さは一切ありませんでした。チェックアウトも鍵を箱に入れるだけで、時間のロスが無いのがいいです。

遅いチェックインでしたが、フロントの方が親切でした。
25:00まで入れる大浴場があり、のんびりと湯船につかれました。
朝ごはんのおにぎりはとても美味しくて、3個もあったのにペロリとたいらげました。

概ね満足

チェックインからアウトまで滞在中の不満はベッドが非常に硬い事位で概ね満足しました。朝食が付き、大浴場もあり、部屋には加湿器が備わっており、コインランドリーもあり、ビジネス滞在には非常に良いと思います。非喫煙者ですが、喫煙室でも臭いは無く気になりませんでした。

JR駅から歩3分と近くわかりやすい。

⑴チェックインして初めて部屋に入った時、電話が機能していなかったのは驚いた。（コンセントが抜けていたらしい)
⑵エアコン(三洋製)の操作がわかり難い。
⑶大浴場は朝6時から使えると明記されているのに、閉まっており、係員もいなかった。10分待たされた。

到着時に雨が降ってきて、少し濡れていたのですが、チェックインの時にタオルを持ってきてくれるという
サービスが嬉しかった。翌日に荷物も預かってくれて、富岡製糸場への観光に便利でした。
朝食バイキングも美味しかったです。コーヒーがいつでも飲み放題なのも嬉しい。浴場にはミネラルウォーターのサーバーも設置してありました。

期待はずれでした。
チェックイン時からスタッフの対応には不満を感じたままの滞在となりました。
いかにも眠たそうな顔でのフロントの対応はホテルとしていかがなものかと思います。
