Hotel was nice I wish I would’ve picked something closer to the old town it was a lot of ubering but there’s so much to see in Prague everything is Uber my dad called and needed sheets cleaned when we got there. Also we had to carry around a large key and drop it off at the reception. Hot water was great doors in bathroom kept dislocating . Cute view. Hotel did what it needed to do great breakfast cute restaurant

Quiet hotel within walking distance to Wenceslas square and the old town (though a little further out of town).Transport facilities (relatively close by if you don’t fancy walking. We enjoyed the breakfast spread and also managed a visit to the picturesque bar. The rooms are of a good size. We found a couple of good restaurants nearby on evenings when we decided not to venture back into the old town. Made use of the left luggage facility on our last day which was very convenient.

Great service and interesting decor.

The staff were very attentive indeed, they did a great job. Loved the decor and style of the hotel. The duvets were unusual being split and rather heavy for the warm weather. It was in quite a useful position 15 or 20 minutes walk from the centre. Breakfast was substantial, with a good variety and choice. The dinners were not the very best in my opinion, and choices far from spectacular. We would be happy to use the hotel again.

If you want a classic hotel experience in a beautiful section of Prague (Praha), you should select this hotel. The room was large and comfortable, but the fingerprint safe was challenging. The breakfast was excellent, but I'd recommend you seek out other places for your lunch and dinner. Reception staff was excellent and helped me arrange a trip to a small village in nearby Germany. Yeah!

Very good welcoming. They arranged for our room to be ready asap as we were arriving from Canada. The room was very clean, good size in a quiet location. The twin beds mattresses were a bit on the soft/older side. The washroom was tiny but functional. The air in the room was difficult to control. The restaurant and breakfast foods were outstanding. The hotel is near a metro station, convenience store and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Really impressed with this hotel. So comfortable & clean. The walk to the old town was a bit long especially in the heat. We could have got the metro though. I mentioned it was our wedding anniversary after booking & was told we would receive a complimentary box of chocolates & sparkling wine on arrival but it didn’t arrive which was a little disappointing. Would still go back there though. Good choice of food for breakfast.

Parking is in a remote lot and you need to be escorted by the concierge in the hotel car. The cost is $16/day. The hotel is located a few blocks from the main museum, tram and subway. You can purchase tickets for the bus or subway at a convenience shop on the left side of the street walking from the hotel to the bus & subway. You can take the subway easily to the castle in half an hour. You can also walk into oldtown (or safely back at 2am) in 30-40 minutes. Outside is a bar with indoor/outdoor seating. There is a glass elevator in the center of the hotel. There is a fine dining restaurant on the main floor. The reception was helpful. There is a secure locked luggage storage onsite. Bed was hard and sheets were scratchy. View from the room was nice. Hot water kettle and mini-fridge in room.

Excellent hotel, and great value for money too. Good central location and helpful staff. Has everything you could ask for city break - hot and cold breakfast buffet, restaurant and bar, tea and coffee facilities, minibar, complementary toiletries, Wi-Fi, safe, AC, etc.
Prague is a big city so expect a 20 minute walk to Old Town, but it’s simple and easy to navigate, or Uber for next to nothing. Maybe not 4* by British standards but certainly above average for Eastern Europe. Would happily stay here again or recommend to others.

Great little hotel. Fine breakfast, beautiful dinner setting, comfortable bedroom. My room was facing onto the street so when the window was open it was very noisy. Thankfully, with the window closed it was so quiet and I just put on the aircon to cool the room instead of the open window. Cute little veranda at the front of the hotel where you can take a beer or a morning coffee. Nice park for running only 5 minutes from the hotel, 20 mins to congress centre and 6mins walk to metro station.
My only negative happened at the very last minute of my stay. Do not take their airport transfer!! From my experience this was a man in an old car (didn't look like a taxi nor was it a branded transfer mini van or similar) that stunk of cigarettes. The driver was standing outside the car smoking as I arrived. He used his mobile phone when driving so I had to ask him to stop. The concierge said to me in person their transfer is safer than a local taxi. I cannot agree.
I would 100% stay in this hotel again. I wouldn't use their airport transfer.

We had the family suite which was spacious and very comfortable. All the standard room amenities were present; toiletries and tea/coffee making facilities. The building and decor was well maintained and the staff very helpful and friendly.
We only had breakfast at the hotel which was very good with a wide range of hot and cold dishes to choose from.
Road noise was a little intrusive at rush hour but didn't have a great impact on the enjoyment of the hotel.
Location was good with a main tube and tram connection about a 10 minute walk away. Walking to the top of Wenceslas Square was about 20 minutes walk.
Overall a good hotel that I would be happy to use again.

The hotel staff were very accommodating and happy to help.

Plug in sink could not be pulled up, so water stayed in sink. Reported this to front desk at departure. Bobbypin found on floor, and that is something I don't use, so was carpet vacuumed?? Dining room was amazing for food and ambiance.
