夕食はまずまず。朝食は秀逸。レストランスタッフはきびきび働いており、昨年泊まった某有名クラッシクホテルのホールスタッフより数段よかったです。
一番印象的だったのは天文台。説明された方の語り口が絶妙で、生憎の悪天で望遠鏡は覗けなかったが十分楽しめました。晴れた日を狙ってもう一度泊まりたいです。

全体によかったです。レストランでの夕食ですが当日の予約ができないのには困りました。大浴場の温泉がややぬるいのも残念です。スタッフの礼儀正しさや、施設の清潔度はとても良かったです。小さな天文台があり星空観察会に参加して楽しめました。

ジュニアスイートに泊まりましたが、部屋も広く、トイレも二つあり驚きました。部屋からは南アルプスや富士山を見ることができ、とても良い部屋でした。

三連休と夏休みの初日ということで、値段設定が高い時期でした。正直、この規模で高いなーと思って予約を取りました。建物も年季が入っており、部屋の壁紙も剥がれかかってる箇所もたり、コンセントも少なくて不便でした。ですが、家族３人が過ごすには順番な広さがあり、大浴場も露天風呂もとても満足出来ました。夕食は日本料理のお店しか予約が取れず、和食が苦手な私には食べれないものもありましたが、最終的にはお腹いっぱいになり、他の家族には好評でした。朝食は洋食が選べたので、ビュッフェとは違って、落ち着いて食事ができました。朝から大満足な朝食で、スタッフの気遣いも完璧でした。予約時の予想に反して、また利用したいと思うホテルです。星空観測がチェックイン時には全て満席で参加出来なかったことだけ残念でした。

利用2日前の予約だったので、特別な部屋しか予約出来なかったが、逆にそれが功を奏する結果に。夕朝食付きだったので、館内でのんびりできる時間が豊富に。大浴場は利用者が少ないと思われる時間帯に利用。露天風呂でのんびり出来ました。大浴場と部屋のバス共に使い、日常の疲れが取れました。館内にはエレベーター2基が、レストラン行きと大浴場行きの2基。分かれているのが良いと思われました。

また、24時間オープンの売店の無人レジで交通系ICカードを使用して購入しようとしたら、エラーで支払いができず、スタッフが駆けつけるまで5分以上かかってしまい不便をしました。24時間オープンなのは嬉しいですが、何かトラブルがあった際にすぐに人が駆けつけられるように徹底した方が、よりよいサービスにつながるのではないかと思います。
