The tv didn't work and the air conditioning didn't work either. When we went down to ask them to fix the problems, they said they would send someone up and the problems were never resolved.

Understanding that the facility is undergoing renovations we were still directed to three different rooms before we found one that was not already occupied. Three separate trips to check in. Do not understand why front desk did not have info in computer showing which rooms were already occupied.

The pool was great for the kids- cool waterslides and an area for toddlers.
Our rooms, however, were not great. The beds were dirty, and someone had used the bathroom and didn’t flush. It was absolutely disgusting.

My room door was wide open when arrived and a portable air conditioner or dehumidifier was in there and it was hott . Asked the front desk to switch my room and they did no questions asked. The place is highly outdated and needs upgrades badly. They’re under “remodel” so the place was dirty and doors and such laying around. The only upgrade in my rooms appears to be new flooring. The lamps and cabinets could use some upgrade as well. Especially the showers and tubs. Mine had some weird brown rusty stain on the bottom. The pool area could use some TCL also. Grime on the side of the pool and the hot tub looks atrocious and the bubbles don’t work. For the price it’s not worth it to me.

The room was a little run down. Bathroom door was hard to shut, bath tub had some damage and rust. The breakfast area is really dark but the food taste good. The pool was nice and the kids had fun there. No pool towels, even after asking at the front desk.

On May 21-23 I had booked two rooms, we were staying at the hotel for state track. One room we had zero problems with, the second was a total mess. First, i was assigned to a room with an AC unit that didn't work and maintenance was unable to fix it. They tried to move me to a room that was occupied and then to a room where the AC unit wasn't even hooked up and eventually brought in a portable AC unit. I left the room and came back and my cards would not work, went to front desk who said they worked and again tried and they didn't work. Maintenance told me the card reader was programmed incorrectly and I'd be moved to a different room in the morning. The next morning I spoke to someone at the front desk who got me moved to a room where everything worked and he stated that I'd be reimbursed some for my room and inconvenience. I never was reimbursed anything, my card was charged for the full amount. That Thursday night I put on about 3000 steps running around that hotel dealing with this from about 9pm until about 10:30 pm. I was as patient and understanding as I could be during this whole mess but this is not acceptable.

Everything was fine except the thermostat in our room was missing batteries. So maintenance came and tried to put batteries in but it still wasnt functional. So he brought us a portable a/c that saved us for sure. It would have been unbearable without it. Only draw back was that the exhaust for the portable ac had to be ran out our poolside room door, which made it hard for the kids to get in and out to the pool area, and also we had to leave the sliding door to the pool area open all night due to the ac exhaust. Maintenance guy was awesome in getting us the portable ac. We couldn't of stayed if we didnt get that.

This hotel is in the middle of a remodel. So pretty dated. Our AC didnt work and no one came to fix it. Limited staff and it was busy, so check in was slow. Rooms that face the pool area are very loud, door sounded like it was open but wasn't. For the price, it was okay. You get what you pay for.

I prepaid for this room on hotels.com. The hotel also charged me. The staff has acknowledged that it shouldn't have happened, but the manager is the only person who can reverse the charge. Over two weeks have passed since I first pointed out the error and the manager will not return my numerous calls.

Just okay. Beds were clean but room needs a remodel. AC didn’t work in our first room. Key cards worked off and on. Pool needs major attention and cleaned, the pool ladder was loose and pulled away from the edge, the tiles are way to slippery for a pool area, cracks & holes in concrete around the pool, and the hot-tub, yuck.

I was not given the room I had reserved 2 months in advance(reserved Feb 8, check-in the April 22nd, checkout April 26th). The room we were given was absolutely filthy. Dust, crumbs and garbage under both beds as well as the frames/boxsprings being broken. Gatherings of hair and food crumbs in the coners and along the walls. Ramen noodles and silly string behind the main door. Soda spray on the wall and light fixture above the sink. Stuff leaking out from the exposed side of the extremely loud heater/fan unit. The inside of the coffee maker was disgusting. The sliding door going out to the \"balcony\" had been previously broken and a piece of metal was screwed into the frame to \"keep it from opening\" but was still able to open and not secure.
We asked about their dry cleaning service and were directed to a flyer taped on a desk that was in spanish(?) the phone number did not work. No ironing board in the room.
Our cards to enter the room had to be \"recharged\" atleast 4 times, the batteries in the card reader on the door had to be replaced, the door itself stuck when trying to enter or exit the room (we were told that it was going to fixed on day 2 but it was not). There was no phone provided in our room.
The hotel had what seemed like minimal directions at the hallways intersections which caused us to get lost mant times in the first 2 days.
The reviews were better at the time I made the reservation but things obviously went downhill by the time we arrived for our stay.

TV did not work properly...requested 3 time no one came to assist
Servicing room...when asked why room not serviced told that it was done on request.

Went there for a staycation specifically for our kids, pool was a death trap they had tile so if a child ran they would have slipped, cut up terrace in the pool where toddler could cus themselves if they grabbed it, property was disgusting. Beds everywhere in the hall ways. It was tweaker central. And we had canceled didn’t even stay there more than 30 minutes, went to another total, hotel never checked us out and canceled it so they were trying to pull each night out almost $400 they tried to pull from our accounts for 1 night? Will never be staying there again.

Paid for a balcony room, which was an additional fee. Got there and was told they had no king suites. So they gave me a 2 queen room. No towels, no trash lining, so soaps or make up cloths. There was hair in the rub and dust all over. I called front desk for towels they brought them the next morning. They told me to shower in the room next door. That room was a king suite. The room didn’t have a balcony. It looked like all the balcony rooms were being remodeled.

Arrived at the hotel at 12:30 am and saw a family with two small children waiting. I waited for about 10 minutes, and the lady came and told this family that it would be a few more minutes before their room was ready. I was thinking, it's 12:30 am, everyone is sleeping!
She asked me if she could help. I explained that I needed to check in. The lady looked at her computer and said well she doesn't have the poolside room ready. I explained that it's 12:30 am, and all rooms should already be cleaned, as it was already paid for. She said wait I will go check so she went. This family said that they were waiting and have been for a while, as they don't have any clean rooms. The lady came back 15 minutes later and said oh we have one clean. She checked me in. I leave this family in the waiting room.
I get to the room, and it is so hot when we walk in, the heat just hits you as you open the door. I start looking for the register to turn off the heat. I found it, and it said the room is at 80 degrees. So I put it on cool and turn it down. I think it'll be a few minutes before it cools down. Well, it never did cool down, and I couldn't even shut it off. It was like a sauna in there. I couldn't get anyone to come and check it; the front desk was unavailable. The wallpaper is peeling off the walls in the hallway. Mop boards are peeled off the walls. A cleaning person is cleaning the rooms near ours at 12:30 am.
The hot tub was barely warm. This place needs some work.

Clean room ac works great on the warm days. Fridge and Microwave were very convenient. Plenty of shopping and great food options within walking distance. My favorite hotel in Bismarck with a waterslide park inside. Inexpensive prices and plenty of parking for RV Bus or Trucks with trailers.

I travel A LOT and this was BY FAR the WORST experience of my life. The first room we were put in had a broken lock and we have a 2 year old so that was not going to work. They moved us to another room and it was disgusting, there was poop all over the wall, the blindes were absolutely filthy, the bed hadn't been turned over as there was glitter all over it. The bathroom was dirty and not somewhere I wanted my kids bathing and the thermostat didn't work and it was HOT.
To top it off, my son woke up in the middle of the night throwing up so my husband and I got up and took a walk out to the car to get something for his tummy. We were attacked by the lady at the front desk. As my husband walked out the front door to get stuff out of the car, the lady YELLED \"where are you going\" I responded with my son got sick and my husband is grabbing something out of the car for him (not that it was ANY of her business) she then asked \"who are you? Are you staying here? What room are you in?\" It's was 4am, we were in our pajamas WITH a hotel key. I told her who I was and she said she couldn't find us in the system. My husband came back in, pretty shocked at how I was being treated and explained again that we had a sick kid in OUR ROOM, who we were and she STILL was acting like we didn't belong there. She was BEYOND RUDE and even after figuring out that we did in fact belong. At that point we figured that this must happen a lot and no longer felt safe. Find another hotel, trust me.

Went to check in at 8p. Was told there was a “glitch in the system” and they did not have a room for me. Asked front desk staff why I was not called at any point during the day, before driving 3 hours here, and she stated they didn’t have time. There is not another hotel room to be had in this town, leaving my daughter and I stranded with no place to go and an 8am appt. the next day. No apology and in fact, the hotel didn’t bother to cancel my reservation and I was still charged. Will never stay here again. Customer service while I was standing in line behind others was terrible. The manager had to actually tell one of the front desk staff that he could talk to her after she helped check in a customer.

The hotel staff was very nice. However, I found the supervisor to be a bit rude. The place definitely needs updating; but the property was very clean and my grandchildren had a fun time at the waterpark. They need to replace the plastic lattice that separates the baby pool from the deep end. There is a hole in it that a child can fit through.

Our room was clean & being on the ground floor was nice. Quiet & close to exit. The bedding was quite thin with only a sheet & bedspread. No extra blankets to use & we had to turn the heat way up to stay warm during the night. Second year in a row for that issue & this is North Dakota when April isn’t always all that warm. Will have to bring our own blankets if we stay again in Winter or Spring.

Clean room. The Hotel was under renovations and that is understandable but putting us in a room that was right in the middle of construction was ridiculous. We had painters in our hallway and had to deal with extra noise and mess throughout our entire stay....this was especially an issue considering there were plenty of other rooms available in areas that weren't under construction.

Our room was not cleaned very well. Our room and the hotel itself are pretty outdated and seems like it is falling apart. It did look like they were renovating so maybe they are working on that. The waterslide and pool area were so fun though!

Our check in was pushed back an hour and the lady at the front desk was very apologetic and informative. Stressful situation and she still handled the chaos like a champ! 10/10 will be staying again anytime we travel to Bismarck!

I chose this hotel based upon the stated 24/7 airport shuttle service. Knowing that Bismarck is a smaller town I called ahead, 4 days before my travel day, to arrange for the shuttle service to the hotel upon my arrival at the airport, since I knew my plane's estimated arrival time would be midnight. The clerk was pleasant took note of the request and stated that the shuttle would be waiting upon my arrival. When I arrived, the shuttle was not waiting, the plane had been delayed, so I called the hotel to request the shuttle's return, but was told that they did not have a shuttle request on file and no one was available to drive the shuttle. I was told to grab an Uber, well Bismarck is a small market, not many Ubers or taxis available especially at bar closing time. I waited over 90 minutes for a
5 minute ride to the hotel. Disappointed.

My kids said the pool was warm but it was packed full! The hallway stunk like cigarettes smoke so someone was smoking in the hallway. My son needed a blanket and the one brought up was dirty had to call and get another one.

Rooms are out dated the thermostat on the wall didn’t work. The one that was hardwired on the top of the 747 unit did. Requested to the front desk for trash and bed to be changed on Thursday. They got to Saturday after I stopped the lady in the hallway and asked for the third time. Other than that hotel was in a great location. Very convenient to fast food and other restaurants.

Feont desk didnt have change for a 20 when we bought items. The pool was cold and lights were mostly burned out so it was dark in the pool area. They only gave us a limited amount of pool bracelets. Couldnt even purchase additional ones. It was just constant signs that no parties were allowed in the poolarea, so much so that I felt that i couldnt invite family over to swim or I'd be breaking rules. It was just kinda run down and not maintained very well. A lot of the exercise equipment in the fitness room was not in working order.

The bathroom was not clean bathtub and floor, the hot tub was over chlorinated and had seriously scalding water coming out by the feet. I had checked in and been there for an hour already when my door flung open and a woman came in. They had checked another family into my room. I was not impressed at all with this place.
