Room was very clean and also the interior was clean. However the hotel would need some refurbishment, as the furniture looks run down already.

The stuff was polite and helpful except the waiters. That is a shame and I have never met such unprofessionalism ever.

The pool was really big and warm. Sauna/SPA great. Library and fitness was also very usable.

Handy location. Some distance from the ski lifts but easily reached with the ski-bus. Clean and large room but situated next to the stairs and a little noisy. Breakfast and dinner excellent quality and organized.

Lovely stay at Bad Gastein, Austria

Very impressive hotel in a spectacular location with excellent swimming and health facilities, very tasty breakfast and a lovely nearby local restaurant. A nice stopping point for travelling in Austria before putting the car on the train for Mallnitz.

They are very slow in everything- to clean the table in the breakfast area took half hour.
They are very nice peoples.

Serene Gastein Trip in a Comfortable Hotel..

The stay was amazing on the lap of fresh nature, room was spacious having a nice balcony and staff was amicable. Food option was limited and suggest to have more varieties especially on Chicken menus. Public Transport is not convenient as it is 4 miles from Central Station and no restaurants are available in walking distance. Overall stay was fantastic in Gastein Valley....

We stayed during summer 2018. 3 family. Three rooms. We wanted to see real Austria. We all left very happy with town and entire Austria. Very nice and clean hotel. Perfect service. Everybody is very nice. Stuff is very friendly and patient with tourists. Locals are very polite and try to help. Hotel location is at the entrance into the town and far from downtown but it has it charm and since we had cars it was not a problem. Great view of mountains and Bad Gadstein itself. Sauna was very clean. Restaurant - good food. No complains at all. Great country. We will come back.

Stayed for the spa facilities.

This hotel is outside of the main town but has marvelous spa facilities. Everything is clean and fresh. The pool is made up of fresh mountain thermal water but the hotel controls the water. They remove the radon and add some chlorine but not too much. The water feels very fresh. They also lower the temperature. The spa area does not offer any hot pools or jacuzzis. They do have steam rooms and saunas downstairs from the pool area which is typical European (unisex and nude or towels only). The hotel provides towels, robes and slippers in a nice tote bag located in your room to use in the spa.

The hotel has a restaurant. We had breakfast there. It was very good.There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance if you want something different from what the hotel offers. We wanted apple strudel for dinner so we walked to one close by.

They have bicycle's you can use as well to explore the area. It is a good uphill climb to get to the town of Bad Gastein. We did not use them though since it was raining.

The room was large and nice. The bath room was modern. The bed was a little hard for our taste but not unreasonably so.

Overall, a very nice stay.

This once great hotel (my once favourite in Bad Gastein) has become a let-down under the new management. Complere change of personnell, what was once super friendly, competent and helpful is now the opposite.

Awesome hotel for couples or family

One of the best hotels i have ever been to, so nice and clean and quiet for people seeking relaxtion its out of the center of badgastein and not too far, staff are incredibly nice like they're from another planet, professional and very helpful, the place is crowded with old nice folks, facilities are supurb and the food is so good especially breakfast, plenty of free parking areas and free wifi service for everyone but the coverage isnt good enough, overall i won't go to a different hotel on my next visit its the best u can get.

Das Zimmer war ranzig, wurde uns aber als das beste verkauft, abgenutzte Bettenseiten, und sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Service begnügte sich jedesmal mit den Worten, ich bin neu hier und kann ihnen nicht helfen, das Frühstück bestand aus Zutaten, welche am Vorabend wohl schon rausgestellt wurden, leider habe ich davon keine Fotos gemacht. Das schärfste aber war, wir durften nicht ins Restaurant zum Abendessen a la carte, wahrscheinlich gab es das. Gar nix, uns wurde gesagt es gibt keinen Platz mehr und ich könne wohl keine Halbpension nachbestellen. Komisch, aber zum Frühstück waren wieder genug Plätze verfügbar. Ich hab mich auch die ganze Zeit gefragt, wie man an die 4 Sterne plus gekommen ist, bzw. An die gault millau Auszeichnung? Ich hab bessere 3 Sterne Hotels erlebt als sowas.

Überforderte Rezeptionist

Wir waren zwei Kollegen auf eine Motorradtour. Um die Kosten zu teilen, buchten wir ein gemeinsames Zimmer, da aber keine mit zwei einzelbeten gab, reservierten wir die mit ein Doppelbett, dass aber für bis zu vier Personen Platz haben soll, Nach eine lange Fahrt in das Hotel angekommen sagte uns der Rezeptionist, dass das Zimmer nur einen Doppelbett hat und keine extrabeten hat. Er beharrte auf die Meldung, die er hatte und war nicht Lösungsorientiert. Im Zimmer angekommen entdeckten wir ein Ausziehe Sofa, den wir selbst auszogen. Ich fragte an der Reception für Bettwäsche, um das Sofa zu beziehen und der Rezeptionist meinte, dass momentan niemand von Housekeeping im Hause sei. Nach paar Stunden kamen wir aus dem Nachtessen zurück und trafen wir Zwei hilfsbereite Housekeeping Damen an dem Floor die von diesem Auftrag nichts wüsten. Die aber uns halfen und das Bettsofa bezogen.

OBS på at man gerne må have hund med, og der er gulvtæpper også på værelset.

Virkelig skønt hotel med masser af plads på værelset, gode faciliteter og lækker morgenmad. Vi rejste en familie på 4 med to børn på 4 og 6 år, og der var en skøn legeplads, tennisbaner og swimmingpool i flotte omgivelser.

Gehobenes Hotel mit sehr gutem Service und sehr nettem Personal. Große saubere Zimmer mit modernen Bad, Wellnesbereich mit einem sehr großem Pool, Liegen und Spa-Bereich. Seperater Fahrradraum, der mit Zimmerkarte aufgeschlossen werden kann. Für Alpe-Adria-Radfahrer gerade nach der sehr steilen Etappe sehr zu empfehlen.

Posto incantevole dove potersi riposare e rigenerare. Hotel ottimo sia come posizione sia per la qualità dei servizi offerti. Personale alla reception gentilissimo e preparato. Camera grande con salottino, armadi con tanto spazio, frigo e TV. Bagno con doccia grande e con tutti gli accessori di qualità, compreso accappatoi e ciabatte. Piscina interna ben tenuta. Il personale è tutto accogliente e gentile, ma una menzione particolare va ai ragazzi italiani del ristorante, Filippo in cucina, Kamilla ed Alessia in sala e al super Claudio che per tutta la nostra permanenza è stato prodigo di consigli e suggerimenti su come muoversi sul territorio, sempre pronto a soddisfare le nostre richieste alimentari, cordiale, gentile e professional. Io è mia moglie lo ringraziamo di cuore per come ci ha trattato.
Un ringraziamento particolare va al direttore Davide, sempre premuroso e cordiale. Struttura consigliatissima.

Das Hotel liegt nicht ganz zentral in Bad Gastein. Dafür hat es eine ruhige Lage, wo man gut schlafen kann. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück ist recht umfangreich. Das Abendessen - 3-Gang-Menü- absolut Klasse.
Im Fitnessbereich hatte ich nur den Pool benutzt - sehr angenehm.

hotel využíváme již řadu let. Stále si udržuje dobrý standard. Nabízí dobrou lokalitu, kvalitní služby,chutné jídlo a přijatelné pohodlí a zábavu pro dospělé i děti.
Prostour saun by si zasloužil už asi trochu zvětšit. Během jarních prázdnin tam bývá hodně plno.

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Golfplatz, gute Bausubstanz, herrliches Hallenbad mit grosser Liegewiese, grosses Zimmer mit grossem möblierten Balkon, komfortable und gediegene Zimmereinrichtung, sehr guter Schlafkomfort, grosses Bad mit Dusche; tägliche Zimmerreinigung; freundliche wenn auch nur teilweise deutschsprachige Mitarbeiter/innen, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, Abendessen teilweise vom Buffet, teilweise (Hauptgang) am Platz serviert; Salatbuffet reichhaltig, Suppe qualitativ in Ordnung, Dessert auch ok, aber beim Hauptgang hat es zweimal gehapert; gegrilltes Fischfilet qualitativ ok aber mikroskopisch klein; Wienerschnitzel „vom Kalb“ leider minderwertige Fleischqualität, zäh und nahezu ungeniessbar; Reklamation wurde kommentarlos entgegengenommen; schade, dass so etwas den ansonsten sehr guten Gesamteindruck trübt; als Golfer werde ich dem Haus gelegentlich wieder einen Besuch abstatten und hoffe, dass die Küchenleistung bis dahin passt; ansonsten empfehle ich bis auf weiteres uneingeschränkt Buchungen nur mit Frühstück, für den stolzen Aufpreis der Halbpension gibt es in der Nähe auch gute bis sehr gute Alternativen für ein Abendessen

Dejligt hotel med rigtig gode muligheder for at slappe af ude som inde. Fantastisk mad. Stor morgenbuffet. Angående buffet morgen, såvel som aften, bliver der gjort for lidt vedrørende COVID-19. Eneste minus i vores 10 dage lange ophold, var rengøringen af vores værelse. Der kunne godt ha været støvsuget et par gange.

Heerlijk genieten!

Fijn faniliehotel, lekker eten, mooi zwembad , speeltuintje, groot grasveld om te relaxen of lekker te spelen/lopen voor ons zoontje. Zouden eigenlijk maar 5 dagen er zijn, hebben nog 2 dagen bij kunnen boeken. Heerlijk genieten! Mooie omgeving waar van alles te doen is l!

We were superhappy with our stay in Cesta Grand! The food was delicious, I truly recommend the half board for everyone. The breakfast buffee was huge: delicious cheeses, sparkling wine, a lot of fruits (one day there was even mangos available!), eggs in different styles, etc... We are gluten-free and a lot to eat for us, too. The hotel rents good e-bikes with cheaper prices than external providers. The spa is also nice: only one basic, but quite big inside pool, but 3 saunas and big relaxation area. Also sunbeds outside. Gym is also better than in most of the hotels.

Godt sted for en vinterferie

Opholdet var næsten perfekt.
Vi have at ophold med halvpension, vi troede at det var servering og ikke buffe, dog var bufferne i en OK kvalitet.
Der er mange god faciliteter på hotellet, som man kan (hvis man af den ene eller anden årsag ikke kan stå på ski)

Definitivt inte 4+ i stjärnor, men har inte heller mycket att klaga på. Vällagad mat, bra val, god frukost, fattas bara lite extra känsla. Lite mer service anda om man kan beskriva det så. Definitivt prisvärt, lite stelt, inte den österrikiska gästvänlighet som man är van vid. I stort sätt inte något att klaga på, men det lilla extra för den sista stjärnan.
Hade en trevlig vistelse, vill inte vara grinig gubbe, bra hotel prisvärt!

Schöne, große, komfortable Zimmer, modernes Haus, schöner Wellnessbereich.
Negativ war der völlig unaufmerksame Service im Frühstücksrestaurant. Als Einzelreisende wurden wir nicht mal beachtet. Während die Reisegruppen immer ihre Tische mit Kärtchen hatten (ca. 90% der Tische waren reserviert), mussten wir uns dazwischen irgendwo einen freien Platz suchenOftmals waren die Tische weder abgeräumt noch gedeckt. Das Personal darauf angesprochen reagierte gar nicht oder bestenfalls mürrisch. 1x gab es schon um 8:30 kein Brot mehr. Wasserkessel beim Teebereiter leer, etc. Das war mit Abstand das schlechteste Service das ich jemals in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erleben musste.

Gutes Hotel / Sauberkeit im Zimmer kann besser.

Tolles Hotel mit super Angeboten. Restaurant hat gute Küche mit viel Auswahl, service war gut. Schwimmbad und Sauna waren auch voll in Ordnung. Preis / Leistung war sehr gut (mit deal) Ein Minuspunkt: leider nicht immer sauber. Beim Ankunft gab es viel Staub am nachtkästchen und Bett. Nach der Reinigung noch immer zuviel Staub. Auch einzelne Haare in den Handtücher. Das Mood light hat nicht funktioniert, das Management sollte ab und zu die Zimmer checken.

Montagna e poi Spa

Hotel molto confortevole ottima la sistemazione in camera ed il bagno. Bella la Spa e la piscina. Per me ottima la posizione appena fuori dal centro un po caotico. Colazione e cena a buffet con vasta scelta. Ci siamo trovati bene.

Versprochene vorabsprachen wurden nicht getätigt! Babybett war nicht wie besprochen im Zimmer nicht sehr schön bei Ankunft um 23:00 wenn das Kind einfach nur ins Bett will! Nach Nachfrage musste man das Bett zusammen mit dem Nachtdienst dann ins Zimmer tragen. Wir wollten gern noch etwas trinken, der Barkeeper war an der Vorbereitung zum Feierabend bei der Nachfrage war es angeblich nur noch möglich Fanta Cola usw aus Flaschen zubekommen und keine Cocktails mehr. Das für ein 4 Sterne S alles andere als zufrieden stellend!!!

siamo stati 4 gg in questo hotel 4 stelle superior nel complesso abbastanza bene
colazione abbondante e varia prodotti molto buoni
le camere ampie
piscina carina semplice ma senza idromassaggio o altro molto piccola se penso al numero delle stanze dell'hotel
zona relax saune piccola ma carina
abbiamo trovato l'ambiente relazionale molto freddo solo una persona alla reception ed un barman alla sera...... per chi vuole sedersi nel dopocena nella zona bar con camino (sempre spento nonostante il tempo uggioso) regna un silenzio al dir poco imbarazzante viene voglia di salire subito in camera..da tener presente che parliamo tedesco per cui non abbiamo problemi linguistici con il personale

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt und es war für jeden was dabei. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und alle Sportgeräte und Saunen sind auf dem neuesten Stand. Uns hat es sehr gefreut, dass das Schwimmbad Thermalwasser gefüllt ist. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen und die drei Tage waren auf jeden Fall zu kurz. Vielen Dank nochmal für die schöne Zeit!

Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden, bis auf eine Ausnahme. Ich finde es ist unmöglich den Wellnessbereich in der Hauptbesuchszeit reinigen zu lassen, das hat für mich nichts mit entspannen nach dem Ski fahren zu tun, wenn ab 17 Uhr (obwohl mehrere Menschen dort anwesend waren) der Bereich einmal Grund gereinigt wird. Finde ich persönlich sehr schade, denn sowas gehört gemacht, wenn dieser Bereich nicht in Betrieb ist, also von 21 Uhr bis 7 Uhr. Dort wurde absolut keine Rücksicht auf die Gäste genommen.

Classic Zimmer schön groß geräumig :) Massage großartig - schönen Hallenbad :)

Küche nicht so hervorragend - das ist einzige Minuspunkt ! Frühstück geht noch .
