Beautiful, clean rooms with an amazing view of the city! Great central location with easy access to many attractions, restaurants, cafes and there is a 7-11 and Starbucks attached to the hotel - so convenient! The all you can eat breakfast buffet was so plentiful and the hotel staff were super friendly and accommodating! Would definitely recommend and would for sure stay here again next time I'm in Bangkok!

The staffs are great,helpful and friendly.The Room is spacious compared to what you paid.The air con is acceptable.If you are sensitive to the heat,you may need to be patient with the aircon to do its job.What I dislike the most is the so called Smart TV without any app pre installed ,whcih is also an old fasioned,if not out dated model. Generally speaking,the hardware especially the so called Smart Tv should be renewed.I deduct the star because of its hardware.

I had some difficulties with a food delivery service I used, and the staff personally took care of it, and found the delivery man several streets away! The staff were wonderful and my room was lovely and clean. The rooftop pool was also a wonderful place to swim, and big enough for lengths. The Ari area has plenty of cool outdoor bar/restaurants and is a nice option if you want a quieter Bangkok visit.
A small downside was breakfast. I still enjoyed it every day but the fried eggs were often cold, the bread for toast quite sweet and the butter difficult to use. There were lots of other options though, so three stars. One other thing: the sky bar had no beer.
But the upsides definitely outweighed and I would stay here again. Thank you!

Wouldn’t stay agin but it’s ok and quite cheap.

Rooms are very large but dated. We could hear water from the next rooms bathroom (their shower/toilet/run off) constantly as the pipes are located within the main bedroom. Not within a roof cavity but actually inside the room. So it’s very loud, and quite yukky to listen too all night.

The pool is nice as it’s open air on the roof top but very dated and poorly maintained.

The gym is great although gets busy as they open it up to people who are not guests in the hotel. Wouldn’t book it again.

Service was great as staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and it had a reasonably good spread for breakfast for that price. But the furnishing of the hotel seems to be falling apart as you can see warped doors on the cupboards. I was assigned the highest floor which really loved the view, but unfortunately, it was leaking and the sound of water dripping into the room made it hard to sleep! The ceiling board also softened, causing the curtain frame to partially drop off as well, which was kind of dangerous too. The staff did promise to get it fixed after I checked out, so I hope they really manage to mend it. Whilst the rooms were generally quite clean, I still spotted a small cockroach in the toilet … hence overall the stay was not that pleasant afterall.

Staff was friendly but couldn't understand English, this was challenging for us. Tien to use AI?
There was to be a 10am - 5pm power cut, and we had to scramble to change our bookings - but Expedia got on the ball with us and quickly jumped in to supprt, hopefully I am refunded.
Area nearby is Ari, an upcoming wealthy hipster hood (oxymoron?) with uber cool restaurants, very worth checking out if you love design branding architecture interiors.
Hotel very functional, shower didn't switch from hot to cold - so showers were rapidly had!
Rooftop pool and city scape views of BKK lovely. Rooftop bar extremely ugly - please get better design, very lame furniture and no ambience whatsoever, waste given the super location!
Breakfast was in a massive well lit room, with lots of food but measly fare if you are veg.

Ari hotel 8-min walk from ARI BTS station.

This was the only hotel we could find in the Ari area, close enough to the BTS, during Chinese New Year. It was literally full, and because of that, very noisy.
The room was nice and spacious with a desk and walk-in shower. It had a fridge, kettle, closet with a safe, and a large flat TV. And of course AC.
I think overall the hotel is quite nice. There is a huge gym, beautiful infinity pool, and two different places to eat in the hotel and in the \"mall\" section attached in the building. There's even a Starbucks and 7-11 you can get to without having to step outside!
This worked well for me and my husband, because while he worked form the hotel room on his laptop, I was able to go down to Starbucks and use their wifi to get some work done too.
Here's one downside: I can appreciate it being easier to roll my suitcase down a hallway with hard flooring instead of carpet, but that creates a loud echo throughout, including inside the room, whenever people are walking around, children shouting, even people talking, etc.

Wonderful soft beds. Excellent lighting, clean. Unreal view of the city. I made a last minute booking for a flight at Don Muang airport and wanted to leave with 3 hkurs to fly time. This proved to be a challenge as grab and taxis were stuck in BKK traffic. The taxi stand gentleman walked me to the bus stop and made sure I found a ride to tha airport! Amazing service

Wonderful Hotel!

The Quarter Ari is conviently located near the Skytrain. We had a very comfortable stay with great views of the city. The pool-side bar on the 33rd floor was nice too.
Only downside is they tell you you get welcome drinks upon arrival and more if you don't change your sheets. If you want soft drinks its great. Otherwise the free coupons are worthless.
The lobbly has everything you could need for your visit too.

Unprofessional Reception - booked through expedia at a certain value but hotel reception wanted to charge me almost double!!! Bad 1st impressions!!!
Air conditioning not up to part, not on the 30th floor anyways. Roof pool falling to disrepair, broken/cracked glass. Small space. No ambiance. Lots of short visits with free drinks vouchers to locals - i guess media influencers???! They took pictures and left. Breakfast manager was the worst type of client liaison I’ve experienced… wanted to enjoy hotel breakfast but i’d forgotten my mask at the room. She refused to offer me a mask and told me to go to 7 eleven (popular local corner shop). Disgraceful. 😤 would i stay there again? NO! Plenty of much nicer hotels in Bangkok.

Some issues and concerns on this hotel situation.

1. The hotel is now stop providing a free parking service for the customer (since when I don’t know but they going to charge me on the day I stay). However, everything went well after we have a long discussion together. Therefore, please not that there is no free parking service for this hotel.
2. The hotel has been used for a Thai TV series or Thai movie shooting. This directly affected the hotel customers. I found that at least 2 parking lots have been reserved for the staff of this filming team. Moreover, me and the others customers cannot get inside the hotel and cannot use the elevator sometimes.

The staff is good. But under our room, it was a construction that was very noisy. We phoned the staff and they thought it was construction at the pool! So the noise never went away while I tried to rest during the day. My boyfriend said they shouldn’t even sell they room with construction underneath it.

Loaction was good and near DMK airport, away from the traffic jams of downtown Siam yet convenient enough to take the green line BTS down (just a few stops). Facilities were awesome; gym was new, spacious and well euipped and the views from the infinity swimming pool were excellent! Breakfast selection was okay, and airconditioner was loud and blower strength could not be controlled. Walls were also thin so you could hear your neighbours talking and what tv show they are watching.

We booked a deluxe room and was on level 26. Room was spacious with comfortable king bed, floor rug, a medium sized desk and one office chair. Bay windows, microwave oven, induction cooker and fridge. Spacious bath tub with bay windows in bathroom! Wow the view was amazing. Mt. Sapola lemongrass shower/shampoo products provided. 7-eleven for late night snacks. Cafe Amazon, Boots, Pizza, sushi and a few other restaurants in the same building but closes by 8pm or earlier.

Room walls need a bit of updating, wall cracks and needs minor repainting. Curtains parts of it were off the hooks, too high for us to hook it back for you. Another stool or chair would be great so that 2 pax can eat together on the desk. Bed switches were a bit too far away from bed, not design friendly. Hotel is about 600meters away from Ari BTS. Imagine dragging luggages along the cobbled walkway in the rain, was tiring and couldnt check.in until 2pm. So went into ladies room to dry and freshen up but no hand dryer. :(

I chose the hotel because of its location. However, I thought it was closed to BTS Ari, but it wasn't. Check-in and check-out were very slow. The staff were very pleasant but it took time to get anything done. The rooms are spartan very few amenities and no information. I assumed 0 on the phone would get me to the front desk. Luckily, it did. The walls are paper thin. I could not get wifi to work. Conversations in the next room were heard loud and clear. The breakfast buffet was large but not delicious.

First I want to say that I travel a lot every years I spent 60 days a year in a hotel. This was the worst new hotel I ever stayed. The hotel is so new but the quality of the wall, toilets, shower is so bad. I booked here for 7 nights but have to move out two days before because we couldn’t stay here any longer. The breakfast that we paid extra for it not worthy. The food is very simple and it look very cheap, everyday menu never changes. It the same boring food every days.and don't ask for the service. It none excite. The tv work half of the time. And the life is so slow. The whole time that we stayed here, we do not feel welcome at all. I will not recommended this hotel to anyone I know. Only plus side for this hotel is the view from the room. This hotel is in the same Buiding of commercial building, so you will see a lot of office work walk in and out of that Building. No privacy. And the hotel area is a business district, nothing fun around this area. The train station is 15 minutes walk. But it not safe to walk in the night. If you are tourists this is not a hotel for you.

Good location, only a ten minute walk to Ari BTS, staff were friendly although check-in took a while. Hotel is ok for the price, although it seems like they've not quite finished building it yet. There is lots of ongoing renovation and associated noise. Our room was spacious but again not fully decorated and curtains did not close properly. There are loads of better hotels in Bangkok but hotel was satisfactory at a reasonable cost. One big plus was the rooftop swimming pool which was excellent.

The front desk staff are not friendly. Though the hotel is new, there is only one standard socket available in the room which is near the TV. We brought our adapter, however, it still cannot. The shower area does not have a door or curtain. As such, the toilet floor is all wet. The water in the roof top pool is always cold, even in day time. The overall comment is good.

Very nice brand new hotel. Very good value, nice location with shops and restaurants in the same complex. Quiet area and surrounded by many offices etc.

The pool at level 33, beautiful but the glass are dirty so pity we can't take a nice shot of the city.

On top of being a very luxurious hotel with great amenities, what really made our stay memorable was the staff. Aim, Ben, and the rest of the Quarter Ari staff really made us feel like family from the moment we checked in, until the day we checked out. Aim and Ben constantly made sure that our Grab app was set to the correct destinations as well as giving us alternative options with honest pricing.
