This is an ok hotel. The rooms are clean and the rooftop pool is decent. It has really gone done hill after COVID-19. They used to have a beautiful full service spa on the 23rd floor, and a proper gym. The current \"gym\" is an unsanitary compilation of random rooms with exercise gear from 1980. The spa is gone. They used to have 24 hour room service, but No longer do. I would stay at this hotel if it's strategically located to something you want to be near, but for the money, they're a much nicer amenities around the area.

good place for the price

Place was good for its cost. Outlets are dated just one outlet next to each side of bed taken by the lamp. Bed was extra firm for me made it tuff to sleep well. Staff was fantastic and helpful.

This was truly a grand property when it was built, but that was some time ago. It's perfectly adequate and clean for a quick trip, but it doesn't have some of the basic necessities such as adequate electrical outlets or a walk-in shower.

Terrible stay. Air conditioner was broken. They wouldn’t let me switch rooms. Stayed for 4 nights. Breakfast was not worth it. Exercise floor smelled like spray paint every day. Rooms were not soundproofed as advertised. Absolutely avoid this place and don’t give them a dime. My services were not as described whatsoever.

Poor - bad service

Ok hotel but very poor experience, which it did not have to be.
So many negatives - 20 mins waiting whilst they found my 'lost' booking, even though they had already charged the money to my card days ago. Very poor wifi all through the hotel, even when in reception or standing next to wifi router, made it impossible to book taxis or do things. Lots of traffic noise in the rooms.
And just VERY unhelpful staff - when i asked for local restaurants and other things they kept telling me '20 mins walk' even though stuff round corner. Could not help me get taxi when leaving.
Will not stay again.

No English TV, 30 min walk to the nearest Train, Far from city center, poor Breakfast, similar item everyday, Old property, poor internet, Wawa, the night manager unwelcoming, dismissive, not friendly!!

The room I got was not like the one I selected when did the booking. In the website they show a superior class room, but it is not the one you get. The washroom was ok, but found some mold on the washroom furniture. Other than that, was ok.

Yes, I would recommend this hotel for a stay. Older but well maintained - it’s a taste of classic Bangkok at a reasonable price. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Wifi wasn’t a success for me and the pool was closed during my stay but the impressive views from my room and the roof are great! Unique gym!Breakfast cafe open in the morning. Quick check-in, unique elements, good vibe will have me return. Bang Sue is the closest MRT so you’re a little further out from the city centre(s). Black out curtains are great, no weird smells but no mug or spoon use with the kettle provided. Otherwise - recommend!

On arrival at the hotel I was informed that the pool would be out of commission for at least 6 months.
I booked the hotel hoping that I could use the pool in the afternoons after my trips around the city in the relative cool of the morning.
Also, the in room safe was not bolted down but free standing. Unacceptable in my view.
I can not recommend this hotel at all

Surprisingly pleasant

Before booking we read reviews and prepared ourselves for an old run down hotel - that was according to most reviews.
But it really wasn’t bad. Clean everything and proper room service daily.
The clerk at the desk was a love/hate kind of “Hausmutter”, one minute she was smiling over her glasses and laughing with everyone and the next arms was in the air and sighing about absolutely everything. Take it with a smile like everything else in Thailand.

One mayor annoyance was that our whole window was covered with a poster hanging from the building making it like looking through a bus window with advertisement on the other side.

Hotel is close to Chatuchak and Ari, not bad.

Aged budget inn/ hotel.

The location is not convenient. No BTS station or shopping around. The building was perhaps better in it's hay days but it is definitely rather aged now. Wifi was quite fast so no complaint here. There are no amenities in the room, not even a kettle so everything was very very basic. The impression was that it is quite isolated and you don't see people around in the lobby or anywhere - except during breakfast where you know you are not the only guest there. Breakfast was so so.
The staffs were very friendly and nice. While cleanliness is generally ok, the age of the place does make it less appealing.
The bed was ok, but the beddings and covers were quite comfortable.
I only chose this place for a night stay because it is walking distance to my meeting place. Do set your expectation because it is a budget hotel.

Confusion on arrival check in

On arrival we were told that we had booked two rooms, after 15 minutes this finally got sorted out. I hope we don't get charged twice? I will look at my credit card when I arrive back home.

Confusion on the amount of deposit we had to pay. 2,000 Baht, we had to insist on a receipt to ensure we received the deposit back on departure.

The accommodation had been paid in full through Expedia

Disappoint on the hotel's reception

The hotel's reception lacks the sense of caring and servicing. She blamed me and didn't help to contact her agency or the Hotel.com's contact center when she found issue about booking code. Finally she found that the issue was caused by her mistake then she just say \" sorry\" to me.

J’ai réserver une chambre avec lit double, j’ai eu une chambre avec deux lits.
J’ai donc informé la personne à l’accueil, et elle a était très désagréable.
Elle nous a manqué de respect.
Nous n’avons pas eu le choix d’accepter cette chambre.
Pas de serviette pour la piscine, on nous a dis de prendre les même que la douche, et c’est vraiment pas hygiénique.
Ensuite le lavabo de la salle de bain avait une grosse fuite.
Baignoire mais pas d’eau chaude.
On as pas mis le panneau pour le nettoyage de la chambre mais elle sont quand même rentrer quand nous étions pas là.
C’est vraiment un mauvais hôtel.
Qualité de la literie bas de gamme.
Service déplorable.
Et personnel très désagréable.
Fuyez cet hotel.

Fint hotel til prisen personalet var ikke gode til engelsk. Fine værelser med god udsigt. Rigtig dårlig wifi vi kunne ikke komme på kun i receptionen. Havde fået at vide at vores 2 mindste børn kunne spise morgenmad til halv voksen pris så vi valgte morgenmad med. Næste morgen måtte de ikke få halv pris selv om de ikke spiser ret meget. Dårlig service fra damen i restauranten.

チャトチャック目的で選びました。バイクで5分

日曜帰国前に、土曜日にチャトチャックを見て回ろうと、金曜の夜に移動してこのホテルを選びましたが、周辺はスクンビットのようには、お店もないので不便かもしれないですね。電車の駅も少し離れていてタクシーやバイクを使うつもりにしていなければ、中途半端な場所かもしれない。アソークのような渋滞がないので、良かったかも静かで家族連れなら平和だったかもしれない。今回のようにチャトチャック目的だったらもう少し近くか、電車に駅路でホテルを探した方がよかったかな。ホテルは、アパホテルのような位置付けか、やたらと多くの部屋がある。エレベーターは2機しかないので待ち時間が異常に長い。それほど綺麗ではないが、寝るだけなら十分。お湯量は、タイ最高の湯量を誇りますね。お風呂はおすすめです。Wi-Fiは遅いので動画は止まりがちです。朝食は付けなかったので分かりませんが、ビュッフェレストランを見る限り品揃えは多そうな感じですね。欧米人も多いみたいなので、料理はしっかりしてると思われます。

if the idea is for you to look after or to sneak in some work while you live here or to let the children watch a movie or play some games? Forget it!!! in my five days I stayed here the wifi didn't work properly any day!! also be careful to scroll down and look at the bottom if the pool is open, which I unfortunately missed!! I still think that if you check that you want a pool and gym, then you should get suggestions for a hotel that doesn't have a working pool!! but the gym was perfectly fine anyway 👍

地點近jjmall那邊，入住後才知附近很難找到吃的，入夜後行十分鐘才有一間711開着，夜間的櫃臺先生很有禮貌給我解答問題，日間的大閘出面的員工很好，很禮貌，這間酒店大致都可以，只是沒風筒，可以叫人拿，沒牙膏牙刷要買，還有最差的是要拿水壷落大堂加熱水泡茶，但半夜叫人加太煩人吧，這個設施太out了，不介意要自備旅行熱水煲和風筒，但如果能良，這也是其中可以選擇的酒店。因出市區的路不怎塞車。
