We enjoyed Hotel Cozzi Kaohsiung. There is a lounge area for guests and there are snacks and drinks. The breakfast buffet is amazing! Lots of TW and American food. Self serve water refill station in every guest room floor. Service is excellent! Super convenient to the train station. Highly recommend!

I was only here for one day, but it was the most spacious room I had for my 11-day business trip. Also, the view from the 25th floor was spectacular. It was a great way to end my trip in a quiet and comfortable room with excellent bathroom amenities.

Parking is easy and very friendly front desk. However, I don’t believe I was recognized as a platinum member that stayed at VIP hotel. I was not offered any upgrade offer or was not mentioned. The lounge offered to guests was a great idea and the drink and snacks were all proper the tasty. However, the lounge was way too small. It only had a small corner within the pretty large restaurant area that served breakfast. The night I stayed had not many dinner guests but the lounge was full of guests and can’t find an extra seat. The downside was the elevators were not fast or available enough to get to the basement parking level. It took about 10 mins of wait time from the 25th to B-4 level

It’s definitely a weird experience. It seemed the same price as five star resorts and other cities, but definitely not an international hotel. Definitely geared towards Asian only clientele. No robe in the room, semi buffet food, lobby on the 30th floor. Overall, mediocre and odd experience.

pretty decent hotel. however, no international electrical outlets were available in the rooms, requiring us to buy a local electrical plug to charge our electronics. furthermore, there were only 2 lifts serving the ground floor, so it took a long time for us to reach the lobby.

The location is convenient near the MTR but there is no pool or other amenities at the hotel. It is kind of inconvenient to go up or down from the lobby of the hotel. It is located inside a commercial building on the 30th floor and sharing the elevators with the rest of tenants in the building.

Lovely hotel, great for families

I had a very comfortable stay at Hotel COZZI. The rooms were big, bathroom was nice and wall sockets were universal. The breakfast selection was good, they had western and taiwanese fare, and also a section for kids on the weekend.

Great hotel for family and kids friendly! First time here, from check in staff are friendly and kind to assist my kids. Breakfast is a plus, room is clean and spacious, also we enjoy the view from our room to see the beautiful sight at night. Highly recommend.

Literally right outside of the metro station, super convenient. Area is safe, there were many dining options late at night. The staff were great and helpful. Check in and check out was a breeze. The views from our room were spectacular.

Wish there was a stand for suitcases. Bathroom lighting was a little dark. Very minor details for an otherwise great stay.

This hotel is a testament to convenience. I was able to get off the Red Line Metro and go directly to my hotel. It’s only a minute if that to my room. Also, our room was luxurious and spacious. We love the well appointed bathroom and modern design. We were blown away by everything. But just when you thought that was enough, their free breakfast was spectacular. We will be back. Thanks

We had great time at Hotel Cozzi. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were impressed by the sitting area for breakfasts. The location was great, walking distance or biking distance to any popular local places, and 10 steps away from metro system. The room is spacious and the hotel facilities and staff per se are excellent. The only problem is the hotel is located inside a commercial building and the first 22 floors of the building are occupied by other commercial tenants. So the lift lobby doesn’t look like a hotel lobby and some of the lifts look quite dated.

Great hotel.

Hotel needs to do a better job as maintenance. If you look closely you can see the wear and tear has starting to show.

The chain of Cozzi Hotels lives up its reputation as a fine choice among hotels in Taiwan. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is well-appointed with shower, stand-alone bath, and bidet. This branch of the Cozzi Hotel in Kaohsiung is located on floors 23-30 in a building located in the shopping district and steps from the subway. Interestingly, check-in and breakfast in on the 30th (top) floor which for breakfast, provides a magnificent view of the city, the port, and the South China Sea.
