Room was prestinely cleaned, including the bathroom. Bathroom had all basic amenities - including conditioner! Friendly staff and breakfast selection was very good. Overall, we had a comfortable stay here and would definitely pick Kindness hotel again if we ever come back!

Staff are very nice and helpful, free breakfast, coffee, tea, ice creams and snacks available 24 hours. Room is clean with fancy lighting , bathroom is large and equipped with multiple spray heads. The best is free usage of washer and dry, which is my very first time experiencing. My only complaint is that the dryer is not hot and functioning well.

Very warm welcome by the staff when we arrived. The breakfast buffet has a very good spread and it is also a snack bar from 6-10PM.
Our room feels spacious and it has a very big TV with numerous channels. The bed is comfy and clean. Our toilet is the best. It has a bathtub with all the needed toiletries for a couple nights’ stay. Very good indeed.
The hotel is about 10mins walk from the Central Park KRT. Please don’t walk with your luggage because it is so tough to pull it along the pathway.

This hotel, in a manner which I think is common across the Kindness chain, provides very thorough and helpful service and excellent amenities for a 3 star hotel. The staff are extremely helpful, and although they do not speak perfect English you will not have any issues as a non-Chinese speaker. The breakfast options are varied enough, although not comparable to a big buffet breakfast - the difference is that the quality of the food that is provided is very good indeed! The free dinner snacks are also perfectly suitable as an alternative to having a meal elsewhere if you are pressed for time. The internet speeds are excellent if you use the wired connection (LAN cables are available at the front desk). Rooms are spacious, and I was impressed to find that my bathroom had a bathtub. The location of the site is very convenient. There is an on-site laundrette with free detergent and fabric softener provided. Those arriving from the airport will fint that the Central Park MRT exit is closer than the Sanduo Shopping Center exit. I highly recommend staying at this hotel, or another in the Kindness Hotel chain. I have rarely, if ever, felt so welcome at a hotel!

Fantastic 3-bed room with neat setup. The spectacular bathroom comes with massage shower and a bathtub. The hotel offers free hot food in the evening which are nicely prepared. The location is great, walkable to train station. Shops, restaurants and a night market nearby. Staff members are polite and helpful. We were very happy with this place. Highly considerable if we come to Kaohsiung again.

The staff was extremely friendly, offering suggestions for food, sight seeing, etc. The availability of a complimentary bicycle was great as Kaohsiung is easiest explored on bike. The room was as expected, very clean and comfortable but the window did out completely keep all the sound from the street out.

深思的住宿環境
老實說，這次住宿蠻讓我意外，一晚三千多的價值完全不值得，高雄有其他更好的選擇，先說房間好了，一堆釘釘補補的壁紙，然後早餐只有粥配菜與吐司，再多兩樣熟菜，實在簡陋，要入住之前實在要再三考慮與比較。

1.網路上大家都說隔音不好會聽到大馬路上的吵雜聲，住了三個晚上倒是沒有聽到，隔音也沒有大家說的那麼差，不過可能我入住期間的客人不多所以沒有被影響到
2.網路有點慢，但不致於到會一直斷線的程度
3.浴缸算大，但放水的速度稍慢，沐浴乳與洗髮精有分男女，也有洗面乳，但是沒有肥皂
4.冷氣是可以調整溫度的，但若調太低溫就會出現冷氣噪音
5.整體的整潔度我覺得很好，房間的佈局很有家的感覺，對外窗看不到什麼東西，插頭很多，吹風機的風量是大，電視也很大台
6.服務人員超有禮貌，看到人都會站起來打招呼，我回飯店的時候還會說您回來了
7.早餐真的比較弱，沒有水果，但附近有一家包手早餐店，可以去試看看
