The staff at Hotel Brio were very kind and welcoming, and the hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and offered good options. The only thing to keep in mind is that breakfast service can be a bit slow, so it’s a good idea to allow extra time to wait. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The AC kept the room cool, everything was clean and neat when we arrived. We were even welcomed by a bag of goodies from the from the front desk! It was a bag of a local popular shop that made puffs and the hotel even gifted us a perfume. We felt very welcomed. An almost perfect hotel. We stayed here for four nights in November as a base to explore the city and surrounding area.

Check-in and check-out were fast and efficient, with a complimentary gift and local sweets offered on arrival. Service was excellent throughout our stay and the staff were friendly, helpful and professional.

The hotel is well located, right next to a Metro station and close to plenty of shops and restaurants.

Our room was modern, spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. Complimentary water, drinks and snacks were provided in the room and restocked daily, as well as slippers and toiletries. The air conditioning was quiet and easy to use.

The rooftop bar and restaurant is a pleasant space with very good food. The hotel also offers complimentary food and drinks (including ice cream and beer) in the communal lounge each day. The range and quality was very impressive.

Noise was the only downside. While the hotel is generally quiet, the rooms are very close together and noise from other guests occasionally carried through. The doors slam shut which is really loud. This woke us up several times during our stay; something that could be mitigated with slow-closing doors. We also heard a lot of what sounded like furniture being moved around coming from the floor above.

Aside from the noise issues, the hotel is excellent and extremely good value for money. We would definitely stay again.

Clean, modern, and great service! Very convenient as far as transit goes, since it's basically on top of the MRT station. However, it's about ~10min walk to nearest convenience store, which may be \"inconvenient\" for people who may used to be having them in a stone's throw away as is common in East Asia.

Hotel is very close to Capital park MRT station only 1 minute walk. Quiet and even walk to Formosa station or Liohue night market is only 14 minutes or just 1 station apart. Breakfast is not buffet style but very tasty and different each day. The hotel offer yeti snack times and filling. You can skip dinner.

The best hotel experience I’ve had in Taiwan! The staffs are all very helpful and friendly, the room was exquisite with so many little things that made the experience so much better. Stephanie was wonderful! She was so gracious and provided excellent customer service! Though there was a very slight delay (only a few minutes) getting the reserved room ready, she arranged for a wonderful room upgrade and shared all about the great amenities (I.e. dessert bar + coffee available). Would highly recommend Brio if staying in the area!

This was a great hotel with a ton of extra amenities. Although there is some construction adjacent to the hotel; you wouldn’t know it once inside. The hotel was located along a convenient MRT line, and we were met by friendly staff who quickly confirmed our reservation and offered to store our bags since we arrived well before check-in time. Upon return for check in staff were kind, informative and quick to help with bags. In the lobby there is an afternoon tea and snack buffet set up, as well as a late night snack bar for 2130-0030 that is all included with your stay. Otherwise a water station and packaged cookies are available 24hrs also included with your stay. In all I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

It was an excellent hotel with great design and services. The hotel is built at a small black but it’s thoroughly planned out and really is making the best of it.

Arrival gifts for adult and children; snack bar services at the reception area are amazing… great for business and family visitors/travllers.

We stayed over the New Year’s Eve period with our 4 years old. The hotel had an excellent new year’s event: drinks, food, entertainments and excellent prizes for all ages.

We had a hired car and the parking service is amazing. We didn’t drive during our stay because the hotel literally is next to the underground station. It’s great for us traveling with our little one.

The services are certainly go above and beyond! We highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a modern luxury look and the rooms are clean and spacious. There are different themes for the rooms and I loved the theme for my room. A selection of food and drinks are provided for free at hotel lobby during tea-break and night time which is a good way to relax after a day outside. The location is just beside a metro station exit, very convenient for commuting. I had breakfast at the rooftop restaurant, food was delicious accompanied with a nice view by the window.

Beyond what I was expecting. The staff was constantly amazing. The snack bar on the LB level was something I was not expecting but was a pleasant surprise. The morning breakfast on the rooftop was on another level for a free breakfast. And while the Lookout may be a little more expensive for dinner than other places in the area the food and service makes it worth it even if it is just a single night as a splurge.

This property was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I advise getting the breakfast add-on for a few dollars since it's close to $20 per breakfast if you pay out of pocket. There are a lot of amenities and snack bar options throughout the day. Most everything is included in the stay including water. Best of all, they have rooms with double king sized beds. Many times in Asia you get two full sized beds so this place is a plus. It's just around the corner from the MRT red line. The only real downside is there is construction on either side of the building that was going on during our stay.

飯店有提供停車位，開車或坐捷運也很方便因為飯店就落在中央公園捷運站旁，走路幾分鐘即達~

Brio is a very clean and very modern hotel. It’s very easy to get to being right next to Central Park MRT, and if you do drive, the parking lot is very accommodating.

The only things that I wish were improved was the lighting as well as a breakfast buffet option (only set menu). During late afternoon if you don’t have the curtains open it feels fairly dark, but at night time the lighting in the room is sufficient.
