The property is close to Formosa Boulevard Station but closer to Cianjin which makes it very convenient to travel using the metro. The water pressure for the shower was amazing. However, it is quite dated. And the breakfast options needs more variety. You do need to inform them if you need your room serviced. Most of the staff were pleasant. Overall, this a budget hotel and you get what you pay for.

A stay close to the night market
The hotel was very close to one of the more popular night market in the area and opposite was a 24hr arcade. The room was standard and not as luxurious as expected considering it classed itself as business class. The lobby areas very much had a feel of a hostel (the top floor of the hotel was a hostel). We did have an issue with our shower which was very much like a waterfall when we first used it but was very quickly fixed when reported to the receptionist the next morning. On the morning of check out, there seems to be a tannoy inside our room as we finalised our packing and got a phone call to advised her of our check out time from a mono-toned receptionist. We left our luggage after check out to quickly go to 7-eleven to grab something to eat but felt we had to quickly go back to collect it as it was kept in an area away from the reception and didn’t feel anyone was keeping an eye on it.

My room was pretty small and didn't even have a window, but for the price it was more than adequate, especially since breakfast was included. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the nearest metro station and only a short walk from the Liuhe Night Market, as well as being just across the road from a FamilyMart.

The checkin staff are very abrupt and not very helpful when asking for information, the place is ok but there was lots of long hair on my room floor and in the bathroom. So could be better with cleaning. For economical reasons it’s ok. But I wouldn’t stay here again.

Once, I stayed in a room which was really smelly. There was smell coming from the drain in the bathroom and the whole room had a strong sewage smell.
In general, all rooms are not that clean. Lots of marks on the walls. I found nose poop on the wall above the bed.
The bedsheets always had some marks. I never had a 100% clean bedsheet even after requesting them to be changed.
The mattress was too soft for me.
The washing machines are ok but the dryers are not hot at all. Had to use the dryer two times and my clothes were still very wet.
Luggage storage will be next to reception but could easily be accessed by anyone entering the hotel. It’s not separated from the lobby.
The breakfast buffet NT$99 has a good selection of food and drinks. Also the coffee is pretty good for a hotel coffee machine.
Service was good. I requested to change sheets and room and it was done almost immediately every time I asked.
Conclusion:
You can be lucky getting a room not that noisy or you get a more noisy one. But all rooms won’t be that clean (room itself and bedsheets).

It’s definitely a budget hotel. Some rooms have a very noisy aircon, other rooms are better.
Once, I stayed in a room which was really smelly. There was smell coming from the drain in the bathroom and the whole room had a strong sewage smell.
In general, all rooms are not that clean. Lots of marks on the walls. I found nose poop on the wall above the bed.
The bedsheets always had some marks. I never had a 100% clean bedsheet even after requesting them to be changed.
The mattress was too soft for me.
The washing machines are ok but the dryers are not hot at all. Had to use the dryer two times and my clothes were still very wet.
Luggage storage will be next to reception but could easily be accessed by anyone entering the hotel. It’s not separated from the lobby.
The breakfast buffet NT$99 has a good selection of food and drinks. Also the coffee is pretty good for a hotel coffee machine.
Service was good. I requested to change sheets and room and it was done almost immediately every time I asked.

When we arrived it was still dirty and we found hairs in the bathroom/shower/bed. We asked them to reclean - hairs were gone and it was slightly better and the TV was no longer caked in dust.
Still - No one has EVER looked under the bed, yellow stains between tiles in the shower, black and nasty hair dryer cable etc etc.
Thin walls so you hear your neighbors and the outside. AC was also loud. Fridge had two modes - off or freeze everything (regardless of setting).
I'd spend more money and stay somewhere else.
