Loved the customer service ! Shout out to Chloe for making wonderful recommendation and even helped get jewelry we left at a spa. She personally made sure it was found and delivered to us! Buffet breakfast is not huge selection as other large hotels but the quality was much better! Location can’t be beat and I enjoyed the boutique hotel experience. Walls are little thin so you can hear room next door but they provided white noise machine to help with that. 1000% we would return and stay here. Rooms are very good size as well!

We had a great experience to stay with M hotel in Saigon. The M Hotel’s location is the best in the central of the city was very convenient to get in and out and around. The M hotel was very clean, and staffs were supper friendly and very helpful. Service was great and they were professional, the morning breakfast complimentary was absolutely delicious. Fantastic location - literally a stone-throw away from Saigon Takashimaya, there is a 3 storey Koi around the corner which is perfect for bbt lovers like me.

Good location, near Takashimaya but too much noise at night from the opposite bar n corridor door opening n closing sound. Shower n toilet bowl in one place not a good idea, no place to get changed for shower but to take off first before enter shower, not good for sharing with friends or co-workers!

I had a very disturbing experience at M Hotel on the first night of my 6-day holiday. Around 3am, two strangers entered my room using their old keycards — they turned out to be previous occupants of the same room. This was a serious security lapse that made me feel unsafe and deeply unsettled.

What was worse was the hotel’s response — or lack thereof. I had to call the front desk myself to find out what happened. There was no proactive communication, no real apology, and no offer to help rectify the situation. I was left to find and book another hotel on my own in the middle of the night.

To make matters worse, the hotel was poorly maintained — the room wasn’t clean and the lift was leaking wateR.
This was a very unsettling start to what was meant to be a restful holiday. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I was disappointed by the lack of a meaningful service recovery or follow-up from the hotel. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending M Hotel — I hope they take steps to improve their guest safety protocols and overall responsiveness moving forward.

This property has a very new, minimalist feeling and you get whole lot of amenities. The room is well equipped. Very well located too, you will have a bunch of shopping options around and you can reach many places by walk or a short Grab ride.
The main thing here is the staff: kind, polite and attentive. The service here was 5*. Mainly thanks to them, I will stay there again when I go back to Ho Chi Minh City.

The staff were super welcoming and were great guides to the city (Thxs Trin). I also had a problem with my flight to Phu Quac and Mary went well beyond to help me sort it out with the Vietnam Airlines (since i did not speak the language). The breakfast was amazing, including the staff. The room was modern, clean and water pressure was strong and hot. The noise levels at nights are slightly high if you are a light sleeper due the street bars, but using ear plugs solved the problem. The hotel is within a 2 min walk to Saigon Shopping Center which was great to grab lunch or dinner.

Nice but not as luxurious as expected

Staff were lovely but the suite isn’t really a suite. It’s just a room. Also, the toilet is in with the shower and nothing divides them. The bathroom itself is just a sliding glass door. Not much privacy.

Gym was closed so we had to use their sister hotel’s gym. 15 min walk away which isn’t the worst but wasn’t at all convenient.

3) Breakfast: Really good with international and Vietnamese options.
4) Area: Hotel is in district 1 and it's within walking distance to various sites and markets and overall is safe. Has bars and restaurants. The street at nights is full of \"ladies of the night\" who will of course try to grab your attention if you're a man and even hold your hands BUT they are very respectful and understand NO and still did not make me feel unsafe so please do not worry if you read reviews from others.... I think this is basically what District 1 is like & if you have only 1-2 nights in Ho Chi Minh City then for sure don't stay in another area.

Really great hotel for the price!

Fantastic hotel in the heart of HCMC, close to all the popular amenities, including the very new metro. Right across the street is also a very large mall with a fantastic assortment of restaurants throughout the floors.

The room had a beautiful city view and was very large for Asia. There are only a handful or less rooms per floor, which is really nice!

One thing to note, which is very common in Asia, is that the sink basin is in the room with a toilet-shower combo closet partitioned with sliding glass doors. This means your entire toilet and the floor all around it will definitely get wet when you shower, and using the bathroom may not be as private as you might expect it elsewhere in the world.

RED ZONE, NOT FOR FAMILIES


This hotel is not a family hotel, it is more like a motel where gentlemen go with women who work at night, it is located in a red light district.
The noise from these ladies who work at night is undesirable, rooms are not a family environment, the rooms are dirty, with hair and dirt from previous guests.

I arrived and was assigned a windowless room (floor 1), with no view of anything. I asked for a change but the hotel was “totally full” but when I decided to show them the photos of all the dirt in the room, a room on the 6th floor magically appeared. This was after the receptionist, who has no decision-making power, made a thousand calls and they authorized the change, with the condition that it would only be for that night and the next day I would have to return to my windowless cave.

I had a reservation for 3 nights and we only stayed for 1 night, they kept a percentage of the reservation.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

In addition to the central location, what really makes M Hotel great is the staff. They are unfailingly courteous and helpful, always with an easy smile. They even lept into action when I forgot my expensive rain jacket at a restaurant across the street, only remembering the next morning at the airport. They retrieved it and drove out to the airport to hand it to me. Unbelievable!
