Excellent location, right in the middle of town. Room was spotless, fast lifts and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food, fruits and nuts.

The hotel was going through some renovation on lower floors and the same floor we were on but it didn’t bother us as the work was carried out during normal working hours when we were away. The hotel is well maintained and when the work is complete it will be even more comfortable to stay.

The only -ve this is single glazed windows as you can hear the road noise even from the sixth floor where we were staying.

The hotel staff is very professional and polite.

Rooms were spotless, staff fantastic. Reception staff were fantastic as was the hotel manager especially when my feet were swollen and I asked about a Dr, the manager called a taxi and told me exactly which hospital to go to advised me to take passport and insurance information.
I will be back again.
Great location also and a varied fantastic breakfast, missing my fresh raw honey from the hive already. Sad to leave.

good location, close to all amenities in the center of old town; albeit a bit noisy on the sea-view side rooms; we were woken up at 6 am by the call to prayers; some decor of this renovated room still looks a bit dated. The gentleman at the reception was very nice and helpful; and he arranged a nice private tour for us to Side and Purge.

Location was great!!!! Overall it was good but the cleanliness in room was not the best nor at the breakfast. Under the bed...really bad as well the floor had not been washed as there were spots all over even after it was cleaned on day 3. In particular at the breakfast both coffee machines and area were a total disgrace. Nothing cleaned and staff just kept walking around not noticing (ignoring) that cleanup was needed. As a best western PLUS, it failed miserably....try to do better.

The location of the hotel is great as it is close to the Grand Bazaar and Kaleici. However there is a mosque right next door so expect to to woken up very early every morning.

This hotel quite tired looking and is going through very significant renovation which I was not informed about when I booked it. The renovation work was quite disruptive although it was during the day as the workmen were using the main stairs and lifts to move building materials around. Also, the gym was closed for half of my stay and that was the main reason I chose this hotel.

The breakfast was good and the staff were pleasant.

I truly appreciate the attitude by the hotel manager who was kind enough to choose the right room for me during the check-in.
The young people at the reception desk are outstanding — well trained, attentive, responsive to any need or request. I had some insignificant problems with electric lights in my room. The service was IMMEDIATE.
The restaurant during breakfast offers a great variety of meals. People like Dene and Kibar there make you feel at home.

PS. (The toilet seat in Room 809 definitely needs to be replaced).

Hotel situated in a great location to visit the Old Town. Breakfast was nice.

Booked a suite, which states Queen bed and single bed. Room looks tired, bathrooms look like they had been refurbished . It was a put you up bed, no top sheet, only a think heavy blanket. No complimentary tea or coffee. That said I went to reception and both the above was remedy straight away.

Normally I don't have a problem with sleeping but the bed, was soft, had no support, so not the best night.

But like I said overall the hotel was OK, friendly welcome on arrival

Compared to advertised pictures, the reality is different. Rooms look old and are small. The hotel is old, sorry but I couldn't feel the comfort of a 4 stars hotel at all. The breakfast is so limited and not tasty. I only spent one night there, that was enough. The only positive thing: the staff is nice. But that's not enough for a good stay.

We have stayed in Best Western plus khan hotel from 8th to 13th July. On check-in the staff tried to charge me a higher fare but on presenting the prints from my side they accept it. Then the same person started to sell me the tours which I later found was too over priced. We booked a double room with one double bed but they gave us two single beds room and on our complaint join them to make a double bed. One of the beds matteress was in need of replacement. AC was sometimes very noisy and less cool but sometimes it was ok. We complained about it but there was no improvement. Room was clean but needs renovation. Breakfast was good with lots of choices for everyone. Location suits us, near the old city, shopping area and Mark Antalya Mall. Housekeeping was also good. Overall in terms of value for money in the month july it was OK.

All went very well except return shuttle took us too wrong airport terminal so we had to take a taxi one and a half miles to the correct one apart from that every thing was smooth going. Best western hotel in Antalya is perfect, near shops, cafes, trams, easy lift down too lovely marina, beach. Expedia did us proud, making our holiday perfect, would recommend, and use again.

I stayed at the Best Western Khan hotel for a ten night leisure break in October.

The hotel is ideally located just above the old town, and not that far from the top of the new lift which carries people up the cliff from the harbour, easier to walk down through the Kaleici and then catch the lift back up to the top.

I booked a standard room with a King bed and (minimal) seaview, the room was spacious and a had a decent internet wifi connection, the breakfast buffet was excellent.

I'm rating this hotel a high 3 out of 5. Overall the hotel is good, location is good and breakfast is just fab but we had slight issues with the room. Our shower kept releasing very hot water when showering which can be extremely dangerous when you have small kids. The other issue was the room service. We ordered a chicken sandwich which we wanted hot chicken to be put in it and instaed they served us a cold sandwich. After complaining what came back was the same sandwich but warmed up chicken. We didn't pay for that in the end.

The hotel is about 20 years old, the location is right downtown. The reception area is quite small, which wasn't a big deal, but the staff was nice. Elevators new, the Suite 701 was well kept and the bed was comfy. The room was really big. TV little bit small, but there were 2 of them. They had turkish, german, french, italian & English channels. The view of the ocean and mountains was beautiful. The noise level with closed windows was ok. The AC was not too strong but good enough. 1 concern could be the \"height\" of the bathtub, the rim was as high as my leg, and I have long legs, for 60+ guests might be challenging and a safety concern. Bath amenities good, hairdryer really good and strong. The breakfast buffet was very good in terms of variety, no sneeze guard, but turkish standard is a little different. Coffee cups very small, good bread choices, they also had an egg station (omelets etc). The pool was nice and quite, good size, also few exercise equipments in the small gym. convenient mid-range hotel in Antalya

stayed here off-season in late nov 2014 for 2 nights. had a different room each night, first one had 2 single beds that were pushed together and second night had a queen bed, but both were comfortable. I guess they have many twin share rooms to accommodate large tour groups in peak season. Both rooms had a small balcony. Hotel is situated in a convenient area for visiting old town, within just 10 min walk to many restaurants and bars as well as Hadrian's gate and the edge of the harbor. front desk was 24hr and all 4 people that I interacted with at reception spoke English and had interest in being helpful. The breakfast was a substantial buffet with hot items (included in price for our stay) and was enjoyable. free wifi as well, just a little on the slow side. It's not a luxury hotel but it's also not a budget hotel - it's a mid-range hotel that is totally adequate for staying a few nights.

Perfect hotel for the relaxing holiday we wanted.

Having just come home from a wonderful 6 night stay in this perfectly situated hotel, I cannot recommend it enough! The location was well-suited to short strolls down to the beautiful harbour, where we spent a great deal of our time, eating, drinking and taking boat trips, and the hotel pool was perfect for the days it was too hot to do much walking! I worried beforehand that the pool may be a bit small and crowded, but during our stay there was never more than 8 people there at a time, with sunbeds and more than enough space for at least 25! Our room was a good size and although 2 single beds were provided, we pushed them together and they were then made as one bed for the rest of the holiday, which we appreciated. Room and bathroom were clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet had quite an impressive array of foods. Staff were always helpful and polite. All of this considered, along with the fair price we paid, led to me being very impressed and happy to recommend this hotel to anyone who will listen!

Wall to wall carpets In all rooms. Ongoing maintenance waking up 8 am to ppl hammering down the doors. Terrible breakfast. Got a new room the 2nd day due to maintenance outside the window of the first room, instead of a king size bed which I had booked I then got two single beds pushed together. The 3d day I demanded a refund for the remaining five nights, which I actually got - that was the best thing about the stay.
The so called fitness room is a tiny cell with next to nothing regarding equipment.

Calling this a 4 star hotel is a bad joke. Difficult getting my head around the seemingly good reviews other ppl give this place. My advice is to stay at one of the five star resorts in the suburbs, there is literally no price difference and taxis are dirt cheap.

Great value for the price. Location was very central to shopping, food, and travel access. The staff made sure we had whatever we needed. The included breakfast was the best spread I have ever seen at a hotel for breakfast. Beautiful and very plentiful in choices. The pool was very beautiful and clean setting atop the 2nd floor roof, which overlooked the city streets. Our room was a bit small but comfortable. Be sure to take electric converter and plug attachments, but hotel provides also. My flights left very early, hotel provided me room service breakfast at 4 am with no charge! Great stay, beautiful city!

The Best Western Khan is conveniently located in the heart of Antalya. From the hotel it is a short walk to the harbor and ocean front. The Antalya Museum with its wonderful marble sculptures is easily accessible as well. We attended a world sporting event at the Exposition Center. The Expo Center and airport are a 15-30 min taxi ride from the hotel. The hotel itself is comfortable and clean. It offers a good value for those who are interested in exploring Antalya and neighboring sites. We would readily stay at this hotel again on subsequent visits.

Hotellet har ett bra läge och ligger centralt. Modern inredning och fungerande AC. Städningen var dock inte så bra, mycket damm på lampor och på väggen bakom sängarna och badrummet städades inte så bra. Vi behövde be om ny toalettpapper och schampo osv för att de inte fyllde på själva.
Jag lämnade kläder på tvätt och fick tillbaka dem otvättade utan att de berättar om det vilket var jättedåligt.

Nice hotel right in the heart of Antalya

The rooms are clean and comfort with good size. Breakfast is also good enough, not superb.
Location is amazing. Staff are helpfull but lacks proper english skills.
Overall we had a wonderful stay
