Great location. Staff at the front very nice and helpful. Room is clean but outdated. It took a while to figure out if we can charge more than one phone. And neither one can be on night table by bed while charging. Conditioner worked well and would stop when it’s cold enough instead keep working non stop and freeze the room. As other people said, there is no soap by sink when you wash hands. Beds are uncomfortable, it feels like spring box where they forgot to put mattress. I asked second pillow and managed have better sleep with pillow on the side. Our room was close to elevator. Everyone who would pass our room while talking would wake us up. Breakfast has good variety of Asian food, not European. Service during breakfast was very good.

The location is good - very close to Formosa Boulevard Station & Liouhe Night Market. The hotel is newly renovated. The room is clean & big - It can accommodate a small square dinning table for 4 pax & with my (standard size for checked) luggage opened on the floor. The staff are nice & helpful. The breakfast is acceptable & ‘fit for purpose’ but the dinning hall is big so no need to queue up for food/tables in the morning. The key drawback is the surrounding, a bit shady & dark with cars & motorcycles running around. However, taking into account the overall price, it is the give & take. (Basically, this hotel is managed by Ever Luck Hotel next to it & they shared the same reception.)

This hotel may be dated but it is extremely clean. The staff worked very hard to ensure everything is literally spotless and this impressed me a lot. If the hotel refurbishes and with the current service, it would be easily the best hotel in Kaoshiung. Oh, the location is great too.

Low ceiling lobby. Vip room assigned has no outside window. Switch me to another inferior room. Merged with hotel next door so has to find my way to the hotel and navigate through maze to my room. Unable to resolve wifi malfunction in room and did not offer any means to resolve and compensate. Bathroom has no handwash towel and soap. Terrible breakfast food.

The weirdest thing about the hotel is you have to check-in in another hotel, which is a few doors down. Breakfast was actually quite good, with a lot of choices & good bean-to-cup coffee. The street where the hotel is is very quiet and lifeless, especially at night. I don't feel unsafe but I do feel uncomfortable if I have to walk back to the hotel alone at night. Though, it is quite close to the metro station and a stone's throw away from Liuhe night market. Also, the hotel & its furnishing is very dated.

Price is amazing for the quality. However, there was a lot of hair in my bed... leading me to question the quality of the cleaning of the entire room. Breakfast was extremely Asian - noodles, pork, vegetables, buns, etc. It was disappointing as I am vegetarian and there were very few options for me. The one Western option, (very dry looking) scrambled eggs had meat too. Man who helped with parking was extremely friendly and courteous. Front desk English was ok, they understood me but hard to understand their heavy accents. Room is beautiful and big bathroom, however no outlets in the bathroom was weird to me. Overall, great stay for the price in a prime location in Kaohsiung.

Booked a 3 beds room, we were given a 4 beds room, much bigger room. The bed was quite hard, inform the manager about the hard bed, he suggest us to change another room to try on the bed, try the bed, feel that no different, request manager if we can have another blanket place on the bed, so that it can be softer, and request for 3 more pillows. With the help of the manager, all the 3 of us have a better sleep on the night. Excellent service. Very near to night market.

There were two suggestions that I have for the hotel - 1. provide a soap for hand cleaning at the bathroom sink so that customers don't need to keep going into the shower stall for soap; 2. the closet is too small that I have to fold my bath towel in half and hang it that way. 地點很方便，雖然很近夜市但也很寧靜。早餐也有很多選擇，免費的來說非常不錯。唯一的缺點是淋浴間的水溫很不穩定，明明沒有動到水龍頭但一時太燙一時又太涼。是不會到燙傷的程度，可是不斷熱冷熱冷交替著⋯冬天話應該很痛苦吧
