The hotel is beautifully decorated in a travel theme, down to the individual rooms. The room was clean and practical, but very small, and we didn't find a way to turn off the light under the sink so it stayed on all night.

Clean, courteous and great location for access in the city. Breakfast was a good spread of items.

When I arrived I mentioned that had an early flight on the day I'm leaving. They immediately said they would have a taxi waiting and pack me a breakfast. Everything was ready for me at 5:30 in the morning when I came down. Excellent. Thanks.

An amazing hotel! Although I was in Taiwan, it felt like I was staying at a Japanese hotel. Very clean, great staff and the room was VERY well decorated. It was not your typical plain hotel room.

The free breakfast was a nice touch with friendly and attentive staff.

房間雖不大但乾淨，服務人員也相當有禮貌，早餐品項符合它的價位，最棒的是它的地點相當好，就在高雄車站旁邊，搭捷運遊市內也方便。開車來的話必須停在50公尺外的特約停車場，沒有免費，一天停車費200元預先付費，每次開車都要拿發票跟停車場一樓管理員接洽消磁卡片，這點需要注意。

Like the free laundry the most. Breakfast is ok. Do not like the hot food section but the salad bar has lots of varieties.. There are quite a bit of stains on the carpet but the overall cleanliness of the room is good. Close to Kaohsiung station and has many fast food restaurants near the hotels. Will definitely come back.

This is a great place to stay when visiting Kaohsiung. The hotel is really near to all the transportation options, making it an ideal base to explore the city. There are some homeless people nearby, but they are not too concerning. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. I will definitely consider again next time I visit Kaohsiung.

Located on the south side of the new Train station. Front desk staffs are professional. Weel trained and polite. Explained everything when you check-in. Easy to check-out. Free Laundry on ground floor. Free breakfast is amazing. Breakfast has both Western & Oriental food. Also, the main dishes are different everyday so you will not get bore. Overall is a great hotel.

Great stay, friendly staff, excellent location.

Great hotel. Very close to the Red Line subway. The staff is excellent and extremely helpful. The breakfast included with my stay was very good, offering both meat and vegetarian options. I would definitely stay here again!

整體過程舒適但生活細節需要更多巧思

我喜歡頭等艙的CP值，乾淨舒適，地點離車站很近，交通方便，附近速食店與便利商店很多，購物覓食都方便，而這次住的房型，洗手盆在浴廁外面，希望能有方便掛擦手小毛巾的地方，否則掛在底下小金庫的橫桿上有點不方便。另外冷氣無法調節溫度，實在太冷了，只能關掉一陣子之後再打開，這點並不舒適。掛衣服的地方只是玻璃牆上的掛勾，過近的間距造成使用不方便。

房間有點小, 但以CP 計是OK 的. 只是早餐時間太短. 平日星期一至五早餐只安排到9:30, 去旅行都是想休閒點, 但都要一早起床去吃早餐.
星期六日早餐到10 點, 都是很早. 款式是還可以.
早餐生果每款只有一盆, 有四款, 星期日未到9 點就只剩一兩款, 都不會補充.

バスタブはないが、良い具合のシャワー、ウォシュレット、冷蔵庫、使い捨てスリッパかあり、1人では余裕のダブルルーム
チェックアウトして荷物を預けたら、適当に放置することなく専用保管庫に格納されていたことは秀逸
スーツケース置き台が常備されていれば満点だが、高尾駅前でこの値段ならコスパ良くオススメ！

Just opposite Kaohsiung train station and the MRT. Superbly convenient location. May take a bit of time to figure out your bearings from the train station/MRT to the hotel. Breakfast was satisfactory, but not memorable. Same with the room, doesn’t leave a particular impression.

The location and staffs of the hotel are the highlight of our stay. We can access to city buses, underground transit (MRT), or trains to go anywhere in the city and beyond. The staffs from the front desk to the housekeeping to the dining room are all very hard working tirelessly to make sure we are well taken care. The hotel breakfast has both western and Taiwan food choices which change daily (some of them).
A small complaint is that my wife is bitten by some insects or mosquitoes over one of the nights we stay.

Convenient, short distance from train station. This hotel got it all right on all the little thing that makes it a great stay. Luggage scales, fantastic buffet breakfast to please everyone, use of free laundry machine and dryer. Plus they optimized the room layout. Best hotel and breakfast out of the 5 different hotels in the same range I’ve stayed travelling for a month on Taiwan. Highly recommend.

Everything are good except there’s no more toiletries (only got shampoo, body wash & hair conditioner) due to their new regulations. Hence, must prepare own toiletries like tooth brush, toothpaste & vanities.
