The location is super convenient, being very close to Kaohsiung Main Station, but also walkable to other parts of the city. My room was cozy and comfortable, although it did not really have windows, so that can be disorienting at times. The hotel was able to hold my luggage before/after check-in/out. Staff were also friendly. This is a good homebase for a solo traveler who plans to be out for most of the day.

Clean room but poor check-in

The hotel is quite near the Kaohsiung MRT station but abit inconvenient due to the construction at the station now. The room was clean but had problems with adjusting the room temperature and do not like the check-in process. Check-in was self-service. This is done on your mobile, including retrieving your own room key. Do not find this experience pleasant.

Check-in電子化是理解的，但明明櫃枱閒着，卻叫客人掃QR code，然後自行登記。我是早機到的，櫃枱說可先上網辦check-in, 下午夠鈡才取房，但下午取房時，還是要再一次掃QR code, 輸入個人資料，那早上填來幹嘛？
另房是冇USB插頭的。也估計因人手不足，不是每天有人執房的。前提係我已亮執房燈，也沒有要求換床單，只希望有人倒垃圾，但結果都是隔天才有人收拾。

It is right across the street from Kaohsiung main station, so you're minutes away from food options and if that doesn't work for you, you can just hop on the MRT. Room is wonderful, the AC gets VERY cool, and the showers had some of the strongest water pressure ive ever had in a hotel.

The bad parts: I was able to reserve the room with my AMEX, but when i came to finalize booking, they do not accept AMEX as payment. This caused a bit of panic for me because had I known i would have transfered money to a different card first for payment. This hassle caused me to have to change some plans on my trip. Another problem i had was breakfast. It is not continental or buffet style, it is made to order and as such, you need to order it ahead of time. I wish this was explained to me at check-in as it was not.

Pro: large room; clean; courteous front desk service overall; close to subway station;
Con: overly open concept room made staying with another person awkward. Counterintuitive self-check in process as I still needed human intervention from the front desk to complete the procedure. This was annoying as the process took longer than necessary. Why even hire people to man the front desk if you insist on customers using self check-in first? Curtains weren't able to completely block out the sun in the morning.

The front-desk staff was so rigid with the check-in time of 3pm so we had to wait for another 15 minutes in the lobby area after we travelled through Kaoshiung heat-wave and we feel very sick at the time and looked weak and pale. The front-desk / reception staff did not show any compassion and friendly / smiling greeting when we arrived as well. She put us in the lobby for 15 minutes until 3pm...crazy and so inflexible approach.

The hotel's location is superb. Room was so spacious and clean. We especially love the lobby and common area. They made an effort with the room's decor as well.
However, the Kaoshiung train station is undergoing a major upgrading so the noise during daytime was bad. Hotel provided ear plugs for us and it was very thoughtful. Other than the noise from the construction, our stay was wonderful.

Convenient location near Kaohsiung station, Staff were polite and the rooms were clean - and that’s pretty much all that was good about this experience.

The entire hotel reeks of potpourri - smells like its coming out of all the vents. If you have any type of sensitivity to smell or allergies you should stay far away. The “double beds” are just two twin beds put together with the awkward gap in the middle making it less than comfortable. Pillows may as well not be there - completely flat and uncomfortable. Expect to wake up with a stiff neck and shoulders. There was no window in the room which is not explicitly pointed out (it is in most other hotel room listings) - most misleading is one of the room features being “blackout curtains / blinds” which implies there is a window (I suppose a brick wall could be defined as “blackout” but that’s a stretch at best). The doors are not soundproof whatsoever - you can hear everything guest walking by and hear conversations from down the hall. So cross your fingers and hope you have conscientious neighbours!

Hotel laundry machine apparently broke down from overuse, but there are a few coin-operated laundromats nearby.
Construction at the Kaohsiung rear station makes the hotel a little inaccessible. Things will be amazing when the project is done.

Great hotel, friendly service and good value for $

Most enjoyable stay. The staff were very responsive before and after our stay. We highly recommend the Deluxe Double room, very spacious and comfortable. The only downside is the current reconstruction of the Kaohsiung Main Train Station, which means you have to make a big detour around the station to reach the hotel, about 10mins walk.

Nearby the hotel, there are many wholesalers shops but not too many nice eateries.

高雄車站旁特色酒店

酒店位於高雄車站旁，坐捷運或台鐵都很方便；坐落於大街旁的小巷子，即使夜歸也不用擔心太靜；附近有「高雄五分埔」之稱的後站商圈，只要肯細心尋找，可以批發價錢買到美美的衣服。

酒店走工業風的設計路線，從大堂擺設、升降機及房間設計到用具擺設都別具心思，為入住體驗增加一份特色。這次入住的房間，馬桶和淋浴間是分開的，而淋浴間並無特定位置放置衣物，有一點不方便。洗手盆在床頭的位置，對於二人入住或會有點影響，但對獨遊的我卻多了一份方便－－我可以看著電視刷牙呢！酒店還擔心客人會避噪音騷擾，貼心地預備了耳塞，但這次我並未有要用到，因為入住的兩晚都很寧靜呢。

這次住宿體驗一流，如再來高雄也會考慮再次入住

Location is near Kaohsiung Train Station and hotel is actually located within the Kaohsiung’s version of 五分埔. Nice and clean hotel located just beside Anning Street that sells clothing wholesale. No food available nearby; will have to walk approx. 8-10mins across the street to find food. Hotel staffs are always happy to help and greets you whenever you come in and out of hotel. Rooms are made daily; bottled water and slippers are replenished everyday too. Room is a tad small but bed is comfortable. A washing machine and dryer is located in the basement of the hotel for guests to wash their clothing (free). Do note that it may be quite troublesome to walk to the Kaohsiung front station as there are ongoing renovations and hotel is located at rear station. Would definitely stay again if I visit Kaohsiung next time though!

Nice and helpful English speaking staff. Washing machine and dryer free for use. Beautifully decorated rooms. Big bed, tv, chair, a place for your suitcase, fridge, water cooker, safe, and a small workspace. AC was quiet and worked great. Separate rooms for shower and toilet.

WiFi was really patchy and slow. The lock to the toilet didn’t work so the door was always a bit open. Bed sheets were in a sort of silky material which made the pillow constantly sliding away from under my head.

The area feels a bit dingy but it’s safe and close enough to Kaohsiung station with good communications.

Lobby beautifully decorated. Staff did not smile and did not seem friendly, but were nice enough to call me when I left my phone wire in the room after check out. The room was clean with contemporary design and nice amenities, but was too dimly lit and I didn't love the all cement floor. A/C and Wifi were weak. The \"double bed\" was twin beds attached by an annoying velcro strap which made it uncomfortable to sleep on. Would have been nice to have more outlets near the bed and a mirror in front of the sink. The pre-made breakfast lacked choices. It had fresh fruit, but they put soy milk in my tea and hot sauce (very hot) in my Chinese pancake dish. I did not appreciate the staff calling at 10:55 to make sure we were out of there by 11. Still, the stay was a good value for the price.

Hübsches kleines Hotel in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Fussläufig von dort aus gut zu erreichen. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist simpel und modern. Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Für 1-2 Nächte absolut zu empfehlen.

Was nicht so gut ist: In den Zimmern zur Straße hört man den Autoverkehr vernehmlich. Das Frühstück ist recht einfach. Ein Omelett, etwas Obst und ein Kaffee. Schmackhaft und für den kleinen Hunger ausreichend.

離高雄台鐵/捷運站約10分鐘路程。
因為早到了，所以寄放行李在酒店，這邊有網絡上先登記，然後到可入住時間，再確認房間是否已經準備好和提供房間號碼。可惜當晚很晚回去，更新網頁已經沒有通知。不過櫃台還有工作人員，所以順利拿回行李和房卡。

房間安排在小段樓梯上，如果有大型行李就有點不方便。

房間很乾淨，以位置和舒適度，覺得這是很高的CP值。唯一難題是冷氣，怎麼調整都是下降，理想25度，可是醒來是19度，卸妝油也凝固了！！

コストパフォーマンスの良いホテルです。ホテル自体もオシャレで5000円台で宿泊できて大満足です。他の方のコメントに騒音や水の流れる音がうるさいとありましたが、この値段で完璧を求めるのなかなかシビアですね。確かに水が流れる音は気になりますが、耳栓をしたり対策をすれば問題ないかと。ホテルにランドリーがるので洗濯をしましたが乾燥機もしっかりしていて完璧に乾かすことができました。周辺のランドリーだと200台湾ドルしますが半額で済ますことができました。また高雄に来る際はぜひ宿泊したいです。
