Room was outdated and the bed had no mattress. The refrigerator was filthy with mold. Bathroom was old and sink was dirty. Old Toilet and fowl odor. The door knob was old and barely locked. No ventilation the room and had strong cigarette smell,. The windows were filthy and dusty. TV was outdated and speaker was broken. Definitely not recommended.

Only the bed was properly prepared, rest whole room looked like old age home with dust, dirt and hairs on the floor. Even after requesting staff to clean they just ignored and said the bed us clean.

The location is very affordable, right across from the subway and train stations, and the area is bustling with many shops and eateries. Although the facilities are somewhat outdated, the price is very cheap. It's an excellent choice for business trips or for travelers on a budget.

Not much else though if you walk to the other side of the station (near the bus stop) there is a lot more food and cafes etc.

In need for a refurb
Facilities were quite aged and in desperate need for a refurbishment. Location was very convenient. Front desk staff was a bit cold but the old lady at the service desk on our room’s floor did her best to try and explain the facilities. Hot water was also not running well in some rooms. We had to run the water for a hour before One of our rooms could get some hot water (under the old lady’s instruction). Given the location of the hotel, I think it’s such a waste of a prime spot. They couldn't find my paperwork. Opened the door to my room and was hit by terrible smell. Then I saw the Playboy bunny on the wall.Picture on website not representative. Maybe they have newer cleaner rooms but mine was not one of them. Not even going to say what I had a view of.I was given a coupon to go to McDonalds to get coffee and eggmuffin for breakfast. They gave this to me after I had been there 5 nights. Water was lukewarm at best. TV worked sort of....

This hotel is very old and not modern. The staff are nice, but in the rooms you can clearly hear the street noise and people talking in the hallway. The beds are very hard. Pay a little more and find a better place. Will not recommend.

Visited Kaohsiung as part of a group of students from the US, spending a week in Taiwan before studying abroad in mainland China. We chose this hotel based on its proximity to the central train station and its low price, and there's a convenient 7-11 and other shops very close for all your needs. The location is excellent, and the rooms were very reasonable for the low price, clean and surprisingly spacious, but the hotel is very much a \"love hotel\" style establishment. As college students, this was more an amusement than anything for us, but if you are visiting here for business or with family or otherwise in a situation where the appearance of the hotel you are in is more important this may be a factor to consider. The desk staff speaks good English and was very courteous and helpful, and were more than accommodating when we split

Decided to stay here throwing caution to the wind as the other reviews were not so good, but it was the cheaper hotel in the area and I had to stay for a few weeks. It turns out the hotel is situated very conveniently near Kaohsiung station which is a hub for doing things in the south. It is a really old hotel but it was clearly at one point a super nice place, it is just in need of quite a bit of renovation. I stayed in a strange room had a mirror above the bed! But in any case the hotel staff were all really kind. I speak Chinese and it is apparent that if I didn't know mandarin, I would've had a more uncomfortable stay I think. I was able to order fresh breakfast every day when the breakfast buffet wasn't available and that was really nice. The room was also spotless, cleaned when I wanted it to be and they gave fresh toiletries every time. Don't expect a super nice hotel, expect a convenient, safe, somewhat rundown hostel type place.

The hotel is overpriced. Decor is tacky and ageing. Bedding is clean. TV only has basic channels - no cable. Area is centrally located - right behind Kaohsiung station. Water took forever to heat for a shower. WiFi works well.

コンセントの数が少な過ぎて、冷蔵庫、テレビ、扇風機を違うと空きのコンセントは洗面所にしかない。仕方ないので、一番使わない冷蔵庫のコンセントを外して充電などに使用した。
部屋の明かりが少ないし、暗い。夕方くらいから本当に辛いので、作業などは出来ない。絵画など飾ってあり、暗さもあって少し怖い。窓の設置が良くなく、窓の鍵もひん曲がっている。二重窓の隙間には、いつのものかわからないタバコの吸い殻。
ルームクリーニングをお願いしても、ほぼ毎日長い髪の毛が床に落ちていた。お風呂も辛いがらバスタブがあって良かった。階層やヘアにより、バスタブのクオリティや部屋のクオリティにかなりの差があるので要確認。
最初の部屋では入るならゴキブリが2匹。2つめの部屋では、小さい蛾のような虫が飛んでいた。テレビの映りが非常に悪いが、チャンネルによってはなんとか見れる。
各階におばさん〜おばあさんのスタッフがおり、英語は通じにくいが親切なひとが多い。それだけが救い。最初の2部屋で終わっていたら大クレームレベル。証拠写真と動画、多数あり。

超級讓人驚悚的老飯店，設備老舊又有煙味，本來安排在六樓房間，很像老電影裡的茶室之類的，跟照片十分不符合，因為演唱會客滿沒什麼選擇，但放了行李去吃晚餐，我們決定至少要換房間，不換就要退房….換到四樓有好一點，但廁所仍是舊式的，馬桶也沒什麼力，房間裡的杯水一杯被搓破，一杯封膜快脫落…..

說實話雖然價格勉強低，但這種低價也不想再住第二晚。
整棟旅館不管是外觀還是內裝，只能用破舊來形容。
首先是電梯，除了樓層是可以按的，開關門的按鍵根本是裝飾。
二、門把是舊式的喇叭鎖，頂多就是在門後多了一個門鍊鎖。為了防止晚上有人進來，還特別把行李當門擋。
